*Vitamor's POV*

We left the courtyard quickly after Zendra screamed because people started to talk and we were gathering a crowd. We were in the throne room and I was sitting on the throne while Zellfina and Sithis were standing next to me Nuwa was standing over by the far wall to my right and looked like she was deep in thought. Zendra was standing in front of me along with one of her friends. I raised an eyebrow when I actually noticed her standing there. She stood about five feet three inches and was not really in the busty range. She probably had a solid C-Cup, but I don't really consider that busty.

She had jet black hair and she did have an outrageously big ass. Honestly, it could put some popular family's daughter, who was known for her ass, to shame back on Earth. What really caught my attention though was the fact that she was human, or at least she looked like it. I furrowed my brows at the sight of here, but I really didn't think too much about it. There were races besides Draconians on the planet and in the empire.

Something that I remember reading about back on Earth made me laugh about the races wrong use of the word Draconian, but oh well. Words are made by intelligent creatures so why can't we use them in a different way. I made a mental shrug and then put the thought in the back of my mind. I realized just then that I do that a lot. I file things away that I feel are important or that I should go back to, but things that I personally don't feel that I should dwell about are just thrown to the back like trash. I laughed in my head hoping that my trash bin didn't have a limit on size.

I went back to studying her friend and notice that she had violet eyes, well at least the one I could see was violet. The other eye was covered by her hair and I found that very fucking hot. I adjusted myself to try and hide my growing erection and then looked back at Zendra. I heard a giggle in the room before I spoke, "Alright before we continue our conversation from earlier I need to ask you something Zendra." I pointed to her friend, who giggled when I tried to avoid looking at her, "Why is she here?"

I hoped she didn't take offense to what I said. I sighed, in my head, concerning the thoughts that were going through it. I honestly didn't need any more women in my life, but I couldn't really help wanting to have sex with the girl. Her hairstyle was a complete turn on for me and I was the emperor for fuck's sake. If I want to fuck a woman I should be able to, but I will never make anyone do anything against their will. I will never resort to rape, only the lowest of the low willingly do something like that.

I sighed audibly at my thinking. Just because I'm the emperor doesn't mean I should be able to fuck whoever I want. I put my head in my hands and rubbed my temples with my thumb. Harem is big enough. Don't need more. Want her. Don't know what to do. Dammit, I couldn't even make complete thoughts at the moment. My thoughts were interrupted at that moment, "Are you okay dear?" I felt a hand on my shoulder and looked up to see Zellfina looked at me with concern visible in her eyes. I smiled, "Yeah, just a little muddle-headed is all."

I leaned back up and saw that the ones in the room were looking at me with concern, even Zendra. That alone weirded me out, I never thought I would see the day she actually cared about me in some way or another. I spoke to her, "You never answered my question." She furrowed her brows, "I did answer your question." I raised an eyebrow, "Well repeat your answer because I can't remember hearing it."

Some concern crossed her eyes again before she spoke, "I said that she is my best friend and she wanted to be here. Whatever you say to me you can say in front of her because we have no secrets." I sighed, "Okay fine. Speak your piece then." She nodded, "What is this about you knocking someone up?" I pointed at Sithis, "I impregnated one of my women, Sithis. Why or how doesn’t matter. She is mine and if I choose to impregnate her I can."

She frowned, "Then what about mom!?" I frowned and looked at Zellfina, who was looking at her shuffling feet. I will never understand women. So tough to strangers and friends, but so feminine and intimate to those they love. Of course, the same thing could be said about men, such as myself. Granted, I do it because I don't want to lose them and being too tough can be a bad thing. Anyways, back on topic.

I sighed, "It honestly wasn't planned and if your mom wants more children that badly then I will happily make love to her for as long as it takes for it to happen." I saw that Zellfina had a huge smile on her face and it was turning red. I grinned at my tough Immortal Draconian Queen being bashful and happy about having babies. Zendra frowned, "That's good and all, but what will people say when they find out that the first child implanted in someone isn't even from one of your wives?"

I growled, "What they say and care about is none of my concern. Who I impregnate is none of their concern." She frowned, "You really don't care about what your subjects think?" I sighed, "I didn't say that. What I meant was what they say and care about me doesn't bother me. As emperor what my citizens' worry about does concern me but when it concerns my love life they can fuck off. As long as my women are happy I could care less about what people think about my love life."

Zendra kept frowning, "What about what other empires think about?" I sighed, since when did this girl care so much about politics and act mature enough to talk about them. Did something happen while I was gone? I sighed again, "What about the other empires? I don't really give a rat's ass what they think honestly." Zendra sighed, "How could someone so idiotic become our emperor?"

Zellfina spoke up, "Zendra! You will not speak about his majesty that way!" I was getting a headache which I had hoped wouldn’t be possible after rising to God Rank. Speaking of I wonder how my level and stats are now? I tried to access my status table and was greeted with a notification.

After reaching God Rank in power the status table has become useless to you. You can still get notifications of skills you have learned and information on what they do. You can also access the skills and spells list. You no longer gain skill points from leveling up, but you can gain them through real-world interactions and activities. (Skill points only usable to upgrade spells.)

I raised an eyebrow at the notification and filed it in the "investigate later" folder. When I turned my attention back towards everyone else Zendra and Zellfina were still arguing. Zendra was almost yelling, "Mom! You have to admit that he isn't fit to rule an empire!" Zellfina yelled back, "Fit or not fit he is still your emperor and your step-father! You will speak to and about him with some respect!" Zendra screamed, "If he is supposed to be my step-father then where was he when the Rex situation happened!?" Zellfina was going to retort, but I interrupted her, "What are you talking about?"

She glared at me, "What!? You don’t even know!" I shook my head, "No, what happened?" I stood up and walked towards her, "What did Rex do?" She stepped back from me with some tears in her eyes, "He didn't actually do anything, but he tried. He took me to be some spoiled rich princess that just called for some domination..." She couldn’t continue as she stared at me in fear.

*Zendra POV*

I can't believe that the person who was supposed to be my step-father and emperor didn't even know when his princess was almost raped! I spewed a line at him, but I was stopped halfway by his eyes. They turned a dark violet and had reptilian slits. Violet flames popped out of his back in the form of dragon wings and his right arm was engulfed in the same time of flame forming a dragon-like claw over his hands. When he spoke, there was a growl in his voice, "Where is he?" I was too afraid to answer, along with everyone else in the room.

Cracks started from where he was standing on the ground and spread to the walls of the throne room. He looked at me again, "Where is he? Tell me where the man who hurt my baby girl is!?" I was utterly confused and scared all at the same time. Since when was I his baby girl? I know he is my step-father, but he is only sixteen for fuck's sake! They have been married for all of a month and he is already considering me his baby girl?

Mom spoke up with a quiver in her voice, "He is at the training grounds with his squad." The flames around him got bigger and he screamed, "You mean he isn't locked up or even better, dead!?" I couldn't do anything but shake my head when Zellfina spoke up, "Xellanr stopped him before anything happened and I chose to not do anything about it to avoid a scandal or something. Nothing actually happened so I figured a dock in his pay for a few years would be good enough."

He growled, "The powerful taking advantage of the weak may happen a lot in this universe, but where I am from it is frowned upon and illegal." Zellfina spoke again with a little less quiver, "It is illegal in the empire, but like you said usually the powerful take advantage of the weak. I don’t like what he has done any more than you dear, but his father is the general of the Third Army which is on the border of the Orc Empire." He growled, "So what if his father is the general, the general has to abide by the same laws as the citizens."

Mom shook her head, "It doesn’t work that way babe. The strong are able to ignore laws and regulations as long as the empire in itself is not in jeopardy. It's an unwritten rule that everyone knows." He growled again, "Unless it's me or those I say no one is above the law! Hell, even I'm not above the law in certain aspects!" He grinned, "Found him." He flapped the flaming wings on his back, even though he didn't need to, and took off through the roof of the throne room. Mom cursed, "Shit."

*Vitamor's POV*

I was lucid during this anger spell and I was actively searching for the bastard. Cheating and Rape where two of the top things I hate most in the universes with rape on top. I don't care if nothing happened, but the attempt was made and that is good enough for me to get pissed. I know that I am a twenty-something year old trapped in a sixteen-year old's body, but when I became her step-dad she became my baby girl. That's how it works for me and you don't mess with daddy's baby girl.

I flapped the flaming wings I felt on my back and shot through the roof of the throne room. I heard rubble falling to the ground and thought we should build the new palace on the continent in metal or something. It’s much easier to fix than stone or concrete. I filed that into the “think about it later” file and proceeded to the training field of the 14th Army. I was far enough in the sky that most people couldn’t see me, but I could see them like I was standing on the ground. One of the perks of being God Rank in power.

I looked around the field and I saw that Rex was sparring with another one of his subordinates. I grinned and changed my flaming half-dragon form to a lightning form. Violet colored lightning wings replaced my flaming ones as well as my claw. This form also had a pair of lightning horns that arched out from the side of my head to the front sort of like a circlet. I disappeared from the sky and instantly appeared in between the two sparring. One fist crashed into my right arm while the other crashed into my left. There was a shockwave from their collisions that blasted outwards.

They jumped back and shook their hands from the shock, literally. I stood there with violet colored lightning crackling around my body. I was shocked at the amount of control I had over this form along with this being what my half-dragon form looked like. I was thinking it would be something more physical. There was a giggle in my head, “It can be more physical if you want it to be, dad. Just like switching it from flames to lighting just switch it over to flesh.” I cringed in my mind, “I bet that is going to hurt like hell.” She giggled again, “Probably…” I didn’t like the way she just let that hang and thought about trying it later in a more private situation.

They both quickly kneeled when they saw who I was, “Your majesty!” Everyone at the training field kneeled after they yelled. I quickly waved at everyone when I saw this, “Everyone stand up and continue with what you were doing.” They all stood and right when Rex started to stand I exerted some pressure on him, “Except for you bastard. You stay right where you are.” Rex was shocked and even though he couldn’t stand he did look up at me and speak, “Why? What have I done your majesty?”

Was he serious? Did he just ask me that? Are you fucking kidding me! I snapped, “Are you seriously fucking asking me that right now!? You seriously can’t remember what you tried to do to my baby girl!?” I was so pissed, I don’t understand what was going through his head when he thought he could do that to the emperor’s daughter when he was just the son of one of the generals. Grabbed his neck with my non-clawed hand and raised him up in the air, “Just because your father is one of my generals makes you think that you are entitled to get away scot-free? I am here to let you know otherwise!”

I started to squeeze his neck but a part of me knew I shouldn’t just kill him. I sighed and then glared at him, “As much as I want to kill you my step-daughter is correct in some ways. I need to learn how to be a better emperor, but that will come with time. Right now, I am going to start my first act of being a better emperor by sparing your life and punishing you with an imperial ruling instead.

I amplified my voice and removed the destruction element, “This is an Imperial Decree! Rex here will no longer be a part of the military. He will have his military record scrubbed and it will be like he was never a member. He will also be made to serve a minimum of fifty thousand years in a maximum-security prison. After his sentence, he will be forced to serve the rest of his life as a palace maid!”

Someone said something to someone else, “Palace maid? How? He is a man.” I heard this and smiled, “Oh yeah, I forgot something.” I reached down and ripped his manhood from his body. He squealed as I ripped balls and all from him. He was lying on the ground screaming in pain and I got tired of it, so I knocked him out. I looked at the nearest soldier who had a petrified look on his face, “Get the man a medic.” I used a flame to burn the filth in my hands to ashes.

I flicked my hand a few times, “Ugh, I can’t believe I did that.” While walking away I saw that a medic was tending to his wounds. I shook my head and then issued a decree again, “From now on anyone that attempts to rape or actually rapes someone, and it is found to be true will become a eunuch! They will serve the same sentence as Rex or worse if they succeed!”

I finished my decree and then flew off towards the palace again. I went through the same hole that I made and used my time magic to fix it back to the way it was. No one was in the throne room when I landed, and I immediately went in search of someone. I needed to get this disgusting feeling off my hand. I walked through the room and out the door. I had recalled my half-dragon form and was walking through the hallway looking for any of the girls.

I found Zendra with her friend walking down the hallway. I groaned because it was them and they couldn’t really help with my issue. They saw me and Zendra headed straight for me, “What did you do!?” I put my hands up, “Hold on! I didn’t kill him if that’s what you’re asking but being a man, I might as well have.” She furrowed her brows, “What did you do to him?” I squinted my eyes at her, “Why do you care what I did to him?” She sighed, “His father is one of the generals of the armies. He is an important piece in the army and if we lose him we lose a valuable piece.”

I sighed, “I understand what you are saying, I guess.” I proceeded to tell her what I did to him and when I got to the part where I castrated him she was tearing up a bit. She stepped forward and wrapped her arms around me when I was done. She started crying this time and I quickly wrapped my arms back around her. I just stood there and held her while she bawled her eyes out.

Seeing her like this and comparing it to her original self I started to get pissed at myself for not killing the bastard. I held here for almost an hour before she finally stopped sobbing and pulled back from me. Her friend was still standing there waiting for her. I looked down at Zendra and saw that she was smiling at me. She made one last sniffle, “Thank you. I really needed that.”

I smiled back at her, “That’s what I’m here for baby girl. I am available for you twenty-four seven. Even if I ain’t here personally I’m just a phone call away.” She nodded, “Thanks… dad.” She quickly said that and ran off down the hallway leaving me and her friend alone. My jaw was almost on the floor as I watched her run off. I then quickly smiled and laughed. Her friend spoke up, “By the way sir. What were you looking for a second ago? I saw you coming down the hallway and couldn’t help but notice you frantically searching.”

I rubbed the back of my head, “Uh, I was looking for someone to help me with something.” She raised an eyebrow, “Anyway I can help.” I almost blurted out the word, yes, but I shook my head, “Not really. I need Zellfina or Sithis. I don’t know if the other girls are back yet or they could help too.” A flash of understanding went through her eyes, “Oh, so its something that only a girl can help with?” I swallowed some saliva, “Yeah.” She battered her eyes at me, “Then why can’t I help?”

I swallowed some more saliva and took a step back as she moved closer, “Uh, well, I really don’t need anyone else in my harem is why.” She grinned, “So its that kind of girl thing then?” I mentally smacked myself for what I said. I looked around, “Yeah, I guess.” Her grin widened, “I can still help and not join your harem you know.” I quickly shook my head, “No you can’t.” She stopped and furrowed her brows, “Why not?”

I swallowed some saliva and tried not to stare at her hips. God those could be great to hold onto while I… I shook my head, no! I can’t think of her like that. She is Zendra’s friend for fuck's sake! I frowned, “I don’t share. Even if you wouldn’t be a part of my main harem you would still be mine. Your body would belong to me and no one else could touch it. I don’t fuck and share… period.” She nodded, “I wouldn’t expect you to.” I frowned deeper, “What?”

She scooted closer again, “If you fuck me then I would be truly yours, even if you don’t want me in the main harem.
