We were still floating above the capital as we loaded the Vassals onto the ship. I was standing by the captain’s chair and looking out the window towards the palace. I couldn’t help but think about the beautiful draconian I had to leave behind for now. I stared at the palace for a few more minutes and with a sigh I walked out of the bridge.
The doors slide open and when I stepped out into the hallway I saw Violet waiting patiently across from me. She was standing at ease next to the wall and when she saw me she saluted, “Your majesty.” I smiled at her, “You don’t have to be so formal when it is just the two of us.” I had gotten more acquainted with the ship and its crew over the last couple of days. Zellfina even came up to check the ship out yesterday. Well that was only part of the reason; the other was that she came to see me. It was an exciting night to be honest. Just thinking about it was causing me to blank out.
There was a rubbing sensation at the corner of my mouth and when I came back to my senses I saw Violet rubbing it with a napkin. She smiled, “You’re drooling sir.” I smiled a bit and laughed. I headed towards the hangar to see how much longer the loading process had. Violet followed quietly behind me and off to the side. She was taking her role as assistant very seriously.
We made it to one of the ‘horizontal elevators’ is what I call them. They have a technical name, but I honestly forgot what it was called. We stepped into the elevator and I told the A.I. to take me to the hangar. She responded quickly and I felt the room shift a bit. A couple minutes later she announced that we were there and the doors opened.
The ‘horizontal elevators’ were amazing in my eyes. They could move you from one end of the ship to the other in ten minutes max. Now being that the ship is the size of Dallas back on earth that is pretty damn quick. Could anyone make it from one side of Dallas to the other in ten minutes? I also realized that the ship was pretty empty. For the size of the ship fitting ten thousand people into it was nothing. The ship could easily hold a million people, hell you could probably fit the capital of Chiron inside of the damn ship.
It’s amazing and a little bit confusing at why they would build such a massive ship. I was even more shocked when I was told that they were going to make it bigger, but when they measured the capital ship hangar on the ArchAngel they realized they had to stop making it bigger. The interior of the ship was easy for them to build after that and they quickly finished building the ship.
When we walked out of the elevator we were greeted with a massive hangar. This was the last hangar being loaded with the Vassals. The other hangars already had their share of them and this was the last of the units. I walked up and saw Brandi talking to a few mechanics. I walked over to their group and spoke up, “Hey Brandi.” When I spoke it caused her to jump because I was approaching her from behind. She quickly turned around and saluted, “Your majesty!” The other mechanics in her group saluted as well and I waved a hand at them. They stopped saluting and started to talk to each other, some even talked to me a bit.

None of the mechanics had that usual ‘scared to offend’ attitude around them that you read about. They seemed quite at home talking in front of the king and it actually was comforting. I really didn’t want people acting differently in front of me because I was the king. I will say though, that if they were rude to any of the girls I wouldn’t stand for it. Being rude to me I can let slide depending on the circumstance.
I asked Brandi how the loading was going and she told me that it was almost done. They had a few more units to load along with some more supplies and they would be done. We would be able to head towards the ArchAngel in a few hours. I nodded my head and told her thank you. We stood there talking for a few more minutes when Violet’s phone started to ring. Her [Galactic Phone] was actually the bracelet she was wearing on her wrist. She looked at it and then tapped it. She started having a mental conversation with someone after that.
I continued to chat with the mechanics about random stuff. A few minutes later Violet tapped me on the shoulder, “Your majesty, Admiral Xyldrick requests your presence on the bridge.” I groaned, “We just left from there.” She smiled, “I’m sorry sir, but it may be important.” I said my goodbyes to the mechanics and started muttering to myself while heading towards the elevator.
Some of the mechanics were laughing and Brandi spoke out loud, “It’s like a mother sending her child to school and he doesn’t want to go.” Violet laughed when she heard this and I decided to play along. I fell down and grabbed Violets leg and looked up at her with wide puppy eyes, “I don’t want to go to school! I want to stay home and make cookies with you!” This caused the mechanics to roll on the ground and hold their stomachs in laughter.
Violet smiled when she looked down at me, “There will be no cookies for you if you don’t behave.” I pretended to pout while I got up, “Yes mother.” This brought another round of laughter from the mechanics and brought a smiled to my face. We entered the elevator and when the door closed Violet looked at me with a weird expression on her face. I didn’t tell the A.I. to take us anywhere yet and raised an eyebrow, “What’s up?”
She shook her head, “What was that all about?” I figured she was talking about the cookie thing so I laughed, “Oh just trying to get along with the crew. I figured everybody likes a good laugh.” She shook her head, “That really isn’t the type of attitude a king should put on though.” I shrugged my shoulders, “I could care less about the attitude a king should have. I am me and I will act how I want; besides you went along with it.”
She had a serious expression on her face, “That’s because I was shocked and acted on reflex.” I smiled, “It was a good reflex, right on cue too.” She was glaring at me, “Don’t worry, I know when I need to be serious and when I don’t.” She started at me for a minute before she smiled, “Okay.” I smiled and told the A.I. to send us back to the bridge. The room shifted and we arrived shortly after. We stepped out of the elevator and walked towards the bridge. The door opened with a ‘swish’ and I stepped into the room.

I saw the Admiral standing next to the co-captain’s chair and when he saw me he saluted. I saluted back and he spoke afterwards, “Your majesty, I have been told that there is a disturbance on the continent.” I raised an eyebrow, “What kind of disturbance?” He quickly described to me what was going on. Apparently, after I had wiped out a few of the groups that didn’t want to cooperate with the draconians, the other groups gathered together and started raids on the troops setting up towns.
I sighed, “I understand. I guess we really should get rid of the enemy in our own back yard before we leave.” I contacted Xenova and a split second later the space next to me ripped open. The beautiful succubus stepped through the rip in space and it closed quickly behind her. She bowed to me, “You called master?” I looked her up and down and smiled. She was wearing regular clothes and it was still pretty sexy.
She hid her wings and was wearing a purple halter top and a pair of black tight fitting jeans. There were a black pair of heals on her feet and her tail was swaying back and forth. I smiled, “Yes I did, there are some pests that we need to take care of on the continent and I was hoping you would help me.” She looked up and smiled at me, “I will do whatever you ask of me.”
It was honestly quite boring if you ask me. We took a drop ship to the continent and went on a massacre after we landed. The Demi-God ranked beings were easily taken care of by Xenova and the rest of the Immortals and lower were taken care of by Xylnick and myself. Xylnick mainly watched over me as I fought. I wanted more training and fought the Immortals by myself. He only joined in if I was going to be ambushed.
I could take on two Immortals at a time with my strength and it was mainly due to my aura. Just activating the aura did damage to any Immortal around me. Some of the lower ranked beings were directly killed by it or scared shitless and didn’t move. After a week of constant fighting we had cleared the entire continent of any high ranked beings. The highest to be found now was at the S rank.
Before we left I gave an order to the troops on the continent that if a being was to hit Rank SS they were to monitor it. If it got to close to a town or city they were to eliminate it. Once a being reached the Immortal rank they were to cooperate with the empire and if they didn’t, the troops had authorization to use any means necessary to remove the threat. As long as it didn’t harm the innocent they could do what was needed.
We took the drop ship back to the ship and contacted Zellfina about what happened. We talked for a bit longer before I said goodbye and ended the video call. I headed towards the bridge and sat down in the captain’s chair. Xyldrick was sitting in one of the co-captain’s chair and Xylnick was in the other. I checked the status of the ship real quick and then told Xyldrick to give the order. He started hollering orders towards different soldiers in the bridge and after a ten minute preparation he gave the final order to leave the atmosphere.
I could see and feel the ship start to rise. The horizon started to go below the ship and we started to enter the clouds. A few minutes later and we were leaving the atmosphere. It was really miraculous at how easy the ship left the planet. It literally just floated up and didn’t really have a sudden jerk or boost in movement. Once we were in space I saw the ArchAngel floating in orbit a bit away. The sight caused me to stand up and gawk at it.
It was bigger than the last time I saw it. The color scheme had changed and I could see my emblem plastered on the biggest wall. There were more room modules added and it looked like more weapons. It literally looked like a space fortress now and nothing like a space station. After a few minutes of staring I sat down in the chair again and had a smile on my face. I am actually controlling a massive spaceship! The kid inside of me was screaming at the top of its lungs.
It was everything I had not to start laughing like a maniac. One of the soldiers announced that our current speed it would take us around thirty minutes to reach the ArchAngel. I nodded my head, “Good, patch me into the ArchAngel.” He immediately did as I ordered and the ArchAngel’s A.I. came through the speakers, “Hello master, what can I do for you?”
I smiled at no one in particular, “We are headed in your direction and will need to dock in the capital ship hangar in about thirty minutes.” The A.I. quickly responded, “I will prepare for your docking master.” I tried not to laugh at the A.I.’s choice of words, but it was really kind of hard. I heard a snicker from behind me and I saw that Violet was trying not to laugh as well. A few minutes later Camellia walked into the bridge.
Her long red hair was put up in a ponytail and it was swishing behind her as she walked. She smiled at me as she walked in. She walked over and gave me a kiss on the cheek, “Hello dear.” I smiled at her, “Hello.” She smiled back and then walked over to the Admiral and started having a conversation with him. The door opened a couple of minutes later and I could hear a beautiful grumbling voice. I knew who it was without even looking.
All of a sudden there was a very busy and beautiful elf sitting in my lap with her arms around my neck. Her sweet fragrance made its way into my nose as she kissed me on the lips. She pulled her head back and smiled, “Hello hunny!” I smiled back, “Hello, luv.” I pinched her nose, “Didn’t I tell you to practice magic with Xenova?” She yelped and stuck out her bottom lip, “But I don’t want to study under that dictator!” I laughed and then bonked her on the head, “How can you expect to travel with me if you don’t get stronger?”
She pouted some more and gave me some puppy dog eyes. I grinned and whispered in her ear, “If you don’t study seriously I will cut you off.” She raised an eyebrow, “Cut me off from what?” I laughed again and then whispered into her ear. Her face turned red and then turned a little pale. She looked at me and said something about needing to practice before leaving the bridge. I watched her sashay out of the room and then shook my head.
There was a tear in space next to me a few seconds later and Xenova stepped through the rip. She was looking around and when her gaze landed on me she smiled, “Hello master. Have you seen Lady Dani? I turned my attention away for a split second and she was gone.” I laughed and nodded before telling her that she should be back in the training room. Xenova smiled and then bowed quickly before stepping through another rip in space. I sighed; I really need to learn that spell.
The navigator told me that we were starting the docking process and I looked towards the window. Sure enough we were about to enter the hangar of the ArchAngel. Being so close to the ArchAngel I was amazed at how much bigger it was, the Freedom looked like an ant next to it. The ship passed through the force field at the entrance to the hangar and after a couple of minutes we were completely docked.
We disembarked from the Freedom and stepped into the hangar. There were quite a few mechanics already in the hangar when we stepped out. I would have been surprised if it wasn’t for the fact that Zellfina told me she sent quite a few soldiers and other professions to the space fortress a month ago.
A lot of people got of the Freedom behind me, but most of the crew would stay on the ship at all times. When we were going to visit a planet we would park the ArchAngel in a section of space out of view of the planet and take the Freedom the rest of the way. The ArchAngel would be close by if we needed it, but we will be in draconian space for quite a while so I doubt we will need its firepower.
I saw a few mechanics unloading the new power source for the ArchAngel from the Freedom. I was excited at the fact that we were getting the time bomb out here. I was walking across the hangar with the girls and the Dragoff brothers in tow. I had Violet contact Zellfina through her phone and tell her we docked with the ArchAngel. Violet snickered a little and called the queen. I shook my head and continued to walk out of the hangar. When I walked into the corridor I saw that there were quite a few people wandering it.
When I entered they all stopped walking and then saluted me. I saluted back and they all went about their business. I immediately took the girls to the captain’s room and they all started to explore it. Drexella started to dust the room a bit while Camellia, Dani, Xenova, and Sylvia were checking out the closet and bathroom. I shook my head and left with Violet, Xylnick, and Xyldrick, heading towards the bridge.
When we walked into the bridge I saw Kira standing next to the captain’s chair. I knew she was here because she told me, in my mind, where she was headed when we docked. She spoke to me when I walked in, “I have connected myself to the ArchAngel and you will be able to give it orders from anywhere in the same galaxy.” I nodded and then rubbed her robotic head, “Thank you Kira.” She didn’t say anything, but though the link we shared I could feel that she was a little happy. She was still a bit robotic, but I was happy that her personality was starting to come back.
I sat down and muttered, “If only you didn’t have your restrictions on your knowledge.” When the words left my mouth Kira spoke up, “What restrictions master? I know everything in the universes.” I raised an eyebrow in shock, “Seriously? You told me that there were some things you couldn’t tell me.” She shook her head, “I don’t remember saying that master. I can’t lie to you.” I was shocked and then thought of something, “Can you tell me which gods tried to take me from earth then?” After a few minutes she answered, “According to what I know it was the human God Kings, Zeus and Odin.” I was surprised, but I nodded my head and told her thanks.
I don’t know why she can tell me things now and couldn’t before, but honestly it really doesn’t matter. Now I can ask her any question I want and she will tell me. I thought about Zeus and Odin and sighed; they are beyond my strength right now, but eventually I will make them pay somehow. Not that I really hate being here, but they shouldn’t have been taking people against their will.
I tapped on the arm rest of the captain’s chair and brought up the status screen for the ArchAngel.

I was staring at the status of the ArchAngel in amazement. I noticed that it was bigger, but damn. What really shocked me were the almost four million people on board. Where the hell did she get so many people and how the hell did she get them up here so quick? I was curious, but yet I really didn’t care at the same time. I looked the status over one more time and then sighed again. It amazes me at how fast they were able to make these changes to the ArchAngel.
It would take the humans on earth dozens if not hundreds of years to makes something this big. I honestly shouldn’t be surprised anymore, but I couldn’t help it. All of a sudden a random thought hit me. I looked over at Kira, “Hey Kira.” She responded quickly “Yes master?” I quickly asked the random question that popped into my head, “Is there anyway of downloading stuff to your system, or the ArchAngel’s, that comes from a planet called Earth?” Kira didn’t answer me for a minute and seemed to be thinking of something. After a few minutes she answered back, “I found the planet called Earth in my databanks and it would be possible to download stuff from their primitive ‘Internet’.”
I laughed out loud at this moment bringing confused stares from the crew on the bridge. I paid them no mind and started to tell Kira about all the things I wanted to download. She started to download what I wanted and it was stored instantly. I asked her if she could access the information and play it in my head. She told me she could so I had her play a song from Earth in my head. All of a sudden “Sympathy for the Devil” started to play in my head.
I was so happy that I almost started to cry. I started to bob my head to the music and the stares from the crew grew worried. I smiled at them and then told them I was okay. They all nodded and went back to their work. Some were still cutting their eyes at me like I was insane or something. Maybe I was, who knows, this may just be one big illusion and I am stuck in it. Maybe Kiralee isn’t real and she is just a voice in my head, hell maybe the people I have been talking to are all voices in my head and figments of my imagination.
The more I thought about it the more my mood started to darken. I put the thoughts to the back of my head and enjoyed the music while the crew finished their preparations. A thought hit me again and I called for Xenova. There was a rip in space and she appeared next to me, “You called master?” I thought it was kind of ironic that the current song playing in my head was the opposite of what I was going to do.
I smiled at Xenova, “Is there any way you can set up a permanent portal between the room and Zellfina’s room on Chiron?” She answered quickly, “I can do this master, but remember only Immortals or above will be able to use the portal.” I nodded, “Please do it for me.” She nodded her head and stepped through another rip in space. I sighed again; I so need that fucking spell.
I called for Dani and Drexella over the intercom. They came to the bridge a few minutes later with a few guards. I motioned for the guards to stand outside and then told the two about the portal and that they weren’t allowed to use it yet. They both nodded their heads and then went back. I didn’t worry about Sylvia using it because she was at the Immortal Rank. I looked over at Violet and made sure she heard my warning as well. She nodded her head and then continued to stand there waiting for my orders.
I stared out the window towards the planet of Chiron and had a small smile on my face. So much had already happened on this planet and now I was about to go and visit I few more. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t excited. One of the crew on the bridge told me that we were ready for warp. I checked out the galaxy map and picked the nearest planet that held intelligent life. I told the ArchAngel where to go and after a few seconds the stars around us started to skew and we entered the warp tunnel. I was told that it would be a few days before we made it to our destination so I decided to go have some fun with the girls.
