Okay so some readers have brought this to my attention, but someone by the name of Kane Halo has published my story on Amazon's Kindle store.

To be clear, this is not me. I publish my story here for free.

Just to be sure that the guy didn't simply write a similar story to mine, I downloaded the sample. The sample is a word for word copy of my first chapter. The only difference is that they changed the name (Tom to Thom).

If possible, please report this person so this story can be removed. Even putting up reviews to state that the guy is a thief will help. I have tried going through the copyright claim function, but it apparently required business information and such which I do not have since I'm a niche author.

I'm getting back to this story after I finished writing a homebrew one-shot for the Alien RPG tabletop game.

Update: I have created a ticket with RR for information of what I can do and I also e-mailed [email protected] about the situation.

So it looks like my story that was posted on Amazon by someone by the name of Kane Halo was removed from the kindle store.
