Well the fight destroyed most of our village and killed my grandma. While dying, she told me how great it is to see her grandson in the hands of a strong woman. She had some serious problems...

Anyway, after mourning and burying her as well as telling Diana that it wasn't her fault I'm now where I was a week ago! Well, not exactly. I at least have all the old documents that belonged to grandma! Maybe, if I'm lucky I'll find something in there that will help me. Let's hope for the best.”

*Sirius POV*

I'm currently in front of the red throbbing orb and think about how to go on now. At first, I wanted to enter it even though it's a stupid idea. The reason is pretty simple, I want to help Saxin.

By helping the spider, I would probably gain a lot of respect and trust from her and those are the things I need in order to win her over. Now, on the other hand I could fail horribly. I thought about things and decided that my plan could backfire greatly.

What if I'm just a hindrance? Those people are way stronger than me after all. If she has to protect me she may lose her trust in me. So, what to do? I don't want to just sit here and wait like the others, I have to profit from this whole situation!

Hm...

I may have a great idea!

*High Fae Alleria POV *

Damn, I underestimated this thing! At least it underestimated me as well. Aspects are ancient and very strong but their strength differ greatly. The spider seems to be a bit stronger than the average Aspect and I would have died instantly if I didn't have a scroll of space-magic with me. She was so sure of herself that she just used up all of her mana, rendering her useless.

At least that was what I thought.

She actually has so much physical strength that she is still able to push me back while running on zero mana! I don't want to imagine how this fight would have went if she didn't throw all her mana out of the window like that. I managed to destroy one of her hands because she was furious and not thinking straight. I may be able to kill her. All I need are a few good hits in.

Saxin tries to grab me which I'm able to dodge easily now. After getting her hand exploded she is a lot more careful and a bit slower than before. After swinging her hand a few more times towards my direction, she seems to start getting frustrated. I have to make her even more mad so that she gets clumsy.

“What is it?! Did you not tell me you are going to show me true pain?!” (Fae)

“Do you actually think you'll be able to offend me enough so I start making mistakes?! That won't happen!” (Saxin)

Damn, did she noticed? Well she still seems pretty angry to me so it doesn't actually matter.

Saxin suddenly vanishes into the depths of the bloody ocean. After submerging into the sea her presence vanishes as well. Not that again! I have to be careful since it's very hard to see through blood.

After waiting for a few seconds, I jump in the air after seeing a small movement under me. The Blood spider emerges out of the sea and tries to once again grab me. I jumped high enough to be out of her reach and used another skill afterwards. 'Falling Meteor' allows me to descent from the skies with high speed and deal a lot of damage while doing so.

I fall from the sky and manage to hit her on the side. If she didn't dodge in time I probably would have killed that thing right there. While descending in great speed I manage to cut off one arm and two legs on her right side.

Saxin screams in pain while staggering a few steps back. Her offensive capabilities are low now. She has one arm without a hand left and her two missing right legs also decrease her mobility greatly. * Sigh * I'm really relived. I thought for a moment that this could be my end.

Like I already said, she underestimated me greatly. She thought I was 'Just an X-Rank' which she could overpower with physical strength. Well sadly for her I'm the best under the X-Ranks! Well, after that freak of nature Rutherion at least. But he doesn't really count since he's barley even an adventurer. And dragon blood really is an unfair cheat you know?

I slowly get closer to Saxin while grinning from ear to ear.

“Was it worth it? To hide and protect a stranger and die for him?” (Fae)

“…” (Saxin)

“I wonder if I get some rewards from the guild if I show them your head. Well, I will at least be able to say I killed an aspect. I haven't done that until now, you know?” (Fae)

“…” (Saxin)

She just glares at me. Seems like she's kind of depressed. She doesn't even look at me, but behind me instead. Well it doesn't matter. I ready myself for the final strike but... get interrupted?

Suddenly, skeleton hands start to grab me. I turn around and see more and more skeletons coming towards me! At first only six then another ten and the fifty of them! What the hell? All of them are incredible weak and probably barely level 50 but they just keep coming and coming. They may be weaker than the spiders but a lot more annoying. I have to actually crush their skulls or they won't stop moving. All they do is grab on to me, what the hell is this?

Where are they even coming from?

Hm?

Where is Saxin!?

Shit, is she under me again?! I can't see because of all of those useless things around me! I just have to get lucky when jumping up int-

Before I can finish my thoughts, Saxin emerges from under me and bites into my body. Her arm long teeth mostly don't manage to go through my Holy armor but one of them get me on my arm. I use my spear to blindly pierce into her mouth and she spits me out. Seems like I managed to hit her on the inner side of her cheeks. Luckily most of the skeletons were shattered by her big body. This could have ended very badly for me.

I kind of feel dizzy somehow. Maybe I lost to much blood? Hm? Why is that bitch grinning so confidently?

“What's with that smile? Do you think a few skeletons will save you?” (Fae)

“Fufufu they already did. I think you are missing something. I'm a spider you know.” (Saxin)

Missing something? What could she be meaning? Damn, if my head wouldn't hurt so much all of a sudden, I'm sure I could have guessed it. What can spider do?

Ah! that's right! They have poison!

…

Shit.

*Sirius POV*

Oh man, do I feel exhausted! I just used all of my mana to reanimate most of the bones the spider kept from their victims.

“Are they really going to be useful? They seemed weak” (Doro)

“Well Doro you see, usually I would agree. After all quality is a lot more important than quantity. But since I won't be able to create something that could even hurt that X-Rank I just created something really annoying. Those minions will just hold onto her and stand in her way.” (Sirius)

“Ah! Master is truly a genius!” (Doro)

Of course I am.

Is what I would like to say.

To be honest I have no idea if I'm really going to make a difference. Well, at least she will recognize my goodwill, right? I hope she does.

Huh?

The red orb suddenly begins to throb even faster and glow even stronger! What is happening? Is the Domain going to vanish? After a few more seconds the orb shatters and its small shards vaporize in the air into red smoke.

Saxin is now standing where the orb did. Seems like she won, huh? Well she's pretty hurt to be honest. There are some pretty grieve wounds on her body and a few limbs are missing. A lot of blood is also coming from her mouth which is kind of scary. Next to her lies a person on the ground. Hm? She kind of looks like Aya. Now that I think about it she REALLY looks like Aya! There are some differences but they really look alike. Are they perhaps related to each other?

Who knows...

Who cares…

Hm? Why is Saxin looking at me like that? As if she wants to eat me or something. Did my plan backfire!?

…

I hope not.
