"And then he said he knew Jonathan! Can you believe that?" Felix laughed, after taking a second to compose himself the looked back to the woman on his torture table.
He burried a blade into her leg, the blood flowing down as the room became filled with muffled cries.
"So yeah, I had fun!" Felix said with a smile moving, gliding the blade across her bone and out to get a perfect section of her leg flesh.
He placed his fingers into the wound and grabbed onto the loose flesh.
"There you go!" he said holding the piece of flesh out in front of his new victim.
Muffled screeches came from the gagged person as Felix dripped a red health potion onto the wound stopping the bleeding.
The violet-haired woman he was tormenting went silent.
"That's it..." Felix's fingers twitched,
"Maybe I'm the weirdo here," he laughed placing a hand on the cut-up person in his basement.
"But I always get this... tingling sensation in my fingers as I do this! It's so refreshing to just... rough up a person, y'know?" he sighed.
Felix stepped away from the mess.
"Huh... yeah, I have to admit to you guys, I might not be completely mentally stable!"
Felix glanced over to his coal shaft and saw the violet haired man shooting him a monstrous glare, if a look could kill, this one would annihilate your soul.
"Still upset?" Felix asked.
"..."
"That's right! I sewed your mouth closed because you were saying very hurtful things!" Felix said with crossed arms.
Felix pinched the bridge of his nose.
He gestured to the violet-haired girl laying tied to the torture-table.
"I go as far as to bring you your sister for company and you still resent me... ungrateful..."
A tense silence came and went as Felix began laughing.
"I'm just joking, relax, you won't make me upset, of course, you wouldn't show gratitude to your killer!" he laughed.
Felix contemplated wrapping up for the night, he'd have an early morning tomorrow.
A grin spread across his face, he reached into his pocket and pulled out a gold coin.
"Let's play a game!"
"If the coin lands on the number one, I'll leave your sister be for tonight!" he said, he displayed his open palms to the man showing that he didn't cross his fingers.
"If it lands on the blank side, I'll take an eye!" he offered.
The man continued shooting him that killer glare.
Felix tossed him the coin, it landing just before him.
His hands were tied together, but he had enough mobility to flip a coin.
The man flipped the coin, it flew out of his cell and Felix lost track of its whereabouts as an air of excitement came over him.

"Where could it-" he was cut off when he saw the coin flew to the other side of the room.
"Tsk - you're not a great-" Felix was cut off when the violet-haired man reached his tied hands out of the cell and over Felix's head, placing the rope to his neck, choking him.
As Felix summoned a dagger from his ring, his windpipe collapsed.
Felix's body slumped forward as the man kept him in the choke-hold for another minute.
He looked for the key but saw it was too far away.
The violet haired man looked to his sister, he snatched one sword from Felix, he had once chance to cut both of her bindings and buy her a chance to escape.
"I'm sorry..." he thought as he aimed his blade for her throat, throwing the blade at her and decapitating her in one swift slash.
Five minutes later she'd respawn somewhere in this city, hopefully, she'd have the common sense not to respawn in this room.
Hopefully, she wouldn't choose to have her soul annihilated.
Five minutes later plus after about two minutes of walking, Felix burst into his basement.
He was clutching a pistol in his hand, aiming it at the man's forehead.
"I was hoping to give you two some bonding time, but it looks like you're too dumb to get that!" Felix placed the gun to the man as the violet-haired man tore the stitches open, his mouth open in time to say one last thing.
"I'll see you in hell, bastard..."
Moments later his brain was coating Felix's wall
The next day...
Bromy was having a look around the newest victim, the kid was holding his skull open as Bromy looked at the mush that was meant to be brain matter.
"Muscular, tall, violet hair, died of a gunshot to the head..." Bromy remarked.
The kid poked the brain.
"Squishy isn't it?" laughed Bromy.
"I guess this city is getting pretty dangerous..." Felix said covering his mouth upon seeing the cut-open man.
"Mm, but there is something else we discovered," Bromy added.
He lifted the cloth that covered the nude corpse.
"Interesting discovery, I guess the curtains match the drapes..." Felix remarked.
"I'm talking about his thighs..." Bromy said gesturing to the collections of lines cut into the man's thigh.
"WHAT THE HELL!?" thought Felix.
"What is that?" he asked.
"There is a thick slab of skin missing, several lines... I'm guessing it's a map, though there's no 'X' or anything..." Bromy scratched his head.
Bromy sliced the slab of meat off and covered the body back up.
"We'll have to inspect this slab of meat..." he said walking over to a table covered in blood and knives.
Bromy's inspection of the body went as follows...

"One thousand five-hundred and ten hairs..."
"Skin..."
"Bruises..."
"A mole..."
"Twelve lines that if our map theory is correct would represent roads or alleys..."
"Flesh..."
"Fat..."
"Muscle tissue..."
Bromy listed off his discovery.
"It looks like he was pretty dehydrated, his skin is dry... safe to say he was being kept captive... and that would be a map to the place where he was..." Bromy speculated.
"SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT" Felix was trying his best to not look panicked.
"Bromy!" Dylan rushed down the stairs.
"What's up?" asked Bromy looking back to him.
He was lighting a cigarette.
"Don't smoke in here!" Dylan said looking at him breathlessly.
Bromy looked to the rows of corpses.
"Do you guys mind?"
He waited for a few seconds and looked back to Dylan.
"Oh, right, they're dead!" Bromy said sarcastically.
"..." Dylan gave him an upset look.
"Anyway, we found an escapee!"
Dylan gestured for the girl to walk down the stairs, she was covered in dog bites.
She had violet hair and wore a simple white dress coated in mud and what must have been dried-up blood.
"Ohhh.... shit..." Felix thought.
"It's alright! She never saw my face! And I sound way friendlier here, so she might not recognise my voice either!"
"I was hoping you could heal her up... she got into a bit of a fight with some dogs..." Dylan admitted.
Her expression seemed blank.
"Hey! She kind of looks like the violet-haired dude!" Bromy exclaimed pointing to the man he just cut the thigh off of.
Her eyes widened in horror as she collapsed.
"Brother!" she exclaimed.
"No, I'm a single child actually," Bromy said waving his hand dismissively.
The kid laughed.
"What? Bromy asked confused.
"A-anyway... you might want to heal her up!" Dylan exclaimed giving Bromy the dirtiest of looks.
Bromy let out a sigh.
"Alright, come here..." he said putting his cigarette aside.
"No! Not in the mortuary, heal her upstairs!" Dylan demanded.
"What's the difference?" asked Bromy looking exhausted, he was up for two days already.
"MORALITY!" Dylan cried as he dragged Bromy out of that room by force.
"Felix, open the window and let some of the smoke out!" Dylan pleaded.
Minutes later Bromy and the girl were in the first-aid room upstairs.
She sat on the doctor's couch-table as Bromy disinfected the wounds.
"I could use magic for this... but I shouldn't fall out of practice for actual medicine..." he thought.
"...he's dead..."
"Yup."
"...he's really gone..."
"Yeah."
Dylan was listening in from behind the door.
"BROMY! PLEASE ACT LIKE A HUMAN FOR ONCE!" he hissed through clenched teeth.
"Ow!" she yanked her hand back as the disinfectant made contact with her wound.
"Look, miss... I'm very tired, if you want to wave you arms around like a lunatic be my guest, but you're getting in the way of my doctoring..." he sounded like he was pleading.
"What the hell!? Don't you have the tiniest bit of compassion!?" she demanded smacking Bromy across the face.
Bromy didn't reply.
He looked at her blankly.
"Do you want to be helped or not?" he asked plainly.
"What's the point... I'll be dead soon anyway..." she said somberly.
"Suicide? Fair enough, I'd recommend drowning but the water is pretty gross..." Bromy replied.
"No tall buildings either..."
She looked at him with a tearful fury.
He stood up and headed towards the door, Dylan moved out of the way so as not to come off as an eavesdropper.
Bromy opened the door, bathing the unlit hallway in light.
"I'm sure Dylan will let you stay in the office while we look for the murderer..." Bromy said leaning into the dark hallway.
"Isn't that right, Dylan?"
"Eh?!" the fact Bromy knew he was there made him jump.
"O-of course!" he exclaimed.
"Yeah, if you ever decided rabies isn't fun, lemme know and I'll clean those wounds for you..." Bromy walked out of the room and made his way down to the mortuary once more.
The windows were now open.
Bromy walked up to the slab of meat and looked at it again.
"...something is missing..." he thought looking at the piece of leg.
"The mole!" he exclaimed.
"What is it?" asked Felix also rushing down the stairs into the mortuary.
"The mole, someone stole it!" Bromy exclaimed.
Felix faked surprise.
"Wait, someone stole the mole?! So that must have been the murderer's location!" he gasped.
"Yeah... looks like it..." Bromy remarked.
"What now!? We'll never find him!" Felix exclaimed,
"Don't worry about it..." Bromy said with a smile.
He gestured to the meat-map.
"Take a look!" he said.
"What?" Felix walked over and looked at the map.
"..."
His eyes widened as he saw it, the smoke from all of Bromy smoking left a residue everywhere except where the mole was.
With his scalpel, Bromy marked an 'X' on the clean spot of the map.
Bromy looked out the window.
"They must have entered and escaped through the windows..." Bromy thought.
He downed another stamina potion he got Alex to get him from the alchemist and got to work.
"Here comes another all-nighter..."
