Back at the ballroom, Hokori’s comrades walked up to him as he enjoyed his meal. “Wow! Never knew that key lime pie had quite the bite on it!” He took another slice. “Hmmm… that’s odd. The bite’s gone now….”

For the first time in her life, Kenkō was genuinely impressed by Hokori’s music choice, talking about it to his partners. Unfortunately, it did not stay this way.

Just as the love song he played was now over, another track played, and it was the one Kenkō dreaded ever since she joined the party. Everyone else stood in utter confusion, hearing the first verse of Akon’s “I Wanna Fuck You.”

“Oh, fuck yeah! It’s my jam, y’all!” He looked at one of his partners. “Hmmm… you know what? The music’s makin’ my rocket go turbo. Whaddayasay, girl? How deep do ya want it?”

“Why is that your priority right now?! Turn it off!!” Kenkō shouted at him from afar.

“Aight, aight… Chill…” Hokori pulled up The Every Hub.

In the guest room, the clothes of the Minagawa couple littered the floor. Tokino laid beside her husband, smiling with her eyes closed.

“So… how did it feel this time?” Haruto looked down.

She moved closer. “It felt amazing… A bit rough—but I never knew you had that in you….”

He sighed with his eyes closed. “I guess so… But I hope I don’t hurt you next time. Come…” he got up and picked up his shirt, “…our Yukino might worry for us.”

Moments later, they wore their attire again slowly. As they did, they heard highly suggestive sounds in the other room. It was a stark contrast to their passion before—straight out of extremely smutty erotica, particularly ones from Japan. Between the moans, flapping noises, and hand slaps, they also heard a voice all too familiar for them.

“Ah shit, girl, tame it! Fucking tame it real good! Your cake’s outta dis world and den sum! Holy fuck, your number two’s way better!” Another slap made the recipient moan again.

“Ahhh…! Th-Thanks…! I-I’m glad you love it…! I’ll always be of service…! Ahh…! Ahhh…!” She stuck her tongue out, eyes rolling back as the immense pleasure continued.

The moans came out faster, along with the flapping noises. Two hours later, the climax occurred. “Oh, Lordy! So much spurtin’ out! Ain’t no stoppin’ now, girl! Can you feel my love tonight?!!!” He thrust deep within.

“Yes! Yes! By the Gods, I feel it so much! Aaahhhhh!!! Ughhh—Ughhhh—Ughhhhh……….” she bent over backward as far as she could.

Throughout the whole ordeal in the other room, Haruto and Tokino did not blush. Instead, they stood horrified with their eyes widened, now mentally scarred as their imagination ran wild—made worse when the woman spoke softly. “Oh no, look what you’ve done… So many stains….”

“Eh… don’t sweat it. I can clean it up in a second.” Hokori did just what he said via casting blood runes.

Even when the Minagawa couple got out of the room, their eyes opened to their limits. They got startled easily by Hokori coming out of his room, even though he only gave them a simple hello. Along with his partner, they all walked downstairs together.

In the ballroom, Kenkō joined Yukino to play with the twins. Kakuno sat from afar and smiled. After the playtime session, Hokori walked to all of them alongside the couple. “Sorry for not introducing y’all to my girl here. Everyone! I’d like ya to meet Lana.”

She politely introduced herself to Hokori’s family. Tokino politely asked in return about her past. While she did not like going into detail, she revealed to everyone she was once a struggling singer turned drug addict.

An idea popped into Hokori’s mind when she mentioned it, so he walked closer. “Say, Lana… Wanna give it a try? Ya got a fantastic voice. I know that.”

Her eyes squinted. “Hmmm… I don’t know. What should I sing?”

“Dis one!” Pulling up The Every Hub, Hokori showed her an instrumental version of a song.

“Oh, okay! I love that!” she smiled, now very excited.

Among the guests, Danielle complained to Aria for eating all the hors-d’oeuvres. She responded by bending her back again and pointing a long, sharp index finger at her. “Pathetic, Danielle. You were all but too weak and powerless to stop me….” her eyes showed pure disgust.

A nerve popped on Danielle and poked Aria with both fingers. Even then, it did not faze the latter. She straightened her back, acting as if her eyes did not bleed. Feuer stepped in and scolded Aria, yet all he got from it was an insult. He sighed with his eyes closed and walked away.

Moments later, the guests were all called for their attention by Harald, who announced an unexpected event for the night. Done out of Hokori’s request, a special presentation was to occur. Dance performers prepared themselves on the grand staircase.

Using The Every Hub, Harald played a very catchy tune. Just by the intro alone, it dawned on everyone’s mind that they would dance like there was no tomorrow. Haruto quickly realized what song this was. It was a cover single from the same movie his mother loved. He turned to his wife again for a dance.

Above the grand staircase, the spotlights shined through a woman in a glistening white dress and a microphone headpiece. The performers moved next to her. “Ladies and gentlemen… Lana Sykes!” Harald announced, walking out.

The moment she sang the first verse, people already danced to their heart’s content. It went:

What’s the sense in sharing this one and only life?

Ending up, just another lost and lonely wife

You count up the years, and they will be filled with tears

Tokino immediately grabbed Haruto’s hand to the ballroom. Her dance was very energetic and full of life, but he viewed it as a tad provocative and blushed in front of her.

Eventually, their daughter joined in, and even Kenkō participated; Kakunō bobbed his head, still sitting. Hokori moved his feet along with his partners, doing pelvic thrusts.

Aria began her Riverdance routine. While others stood perplexed, Danielle facepalmed.

Everyone danced harder when the chorus went:

Young hearts, run free

Never be hung up, hung up like my man and me (Ooh, my man and me)

Young hearts, to yourself be true

Don’t be no fool when love really don’t love you (they don’t love you)

With the second chorus, they all danced even harder. Haruto’s two left feet came back to haunt him, never keeping up with his wife’s peerless footwork.

Yukino jumped up and down; the Kizoku twins followed suit. Eventually, Kakunō finally joined in the craze. Even during the interlude, everyone kept moving.

The only one left who did not dance was Feuer, still embarrassed by Aria’s behavior. It took Danielle to encourage him to do so, telling him to enjoy it while it lasted—because even the king himself was having the fun of his life.

Feuer somehow managed to be worse than Haruto; he had soles of lead and no nimble feet.

After singing the final verse, Lana struck a pose below the staircase alongside the performers. Streamers and confetti flew above. She got overwhelmed by the guests’ applause and teared up excessively.

Lana ran back to Hokori in the distance.

“Dat was an instant classic, girl. For real….” He smiled.

“Yeah, I know… It felt so damn good. It was like a huge fuck you to my ex. Even though I never had one.” She giggled.

Haruto from afar smiled at them. Suddenly, he saw Tokino running up the grand staircase. He followed his wife.

Tokino stood on a balcony, looking at the fireworks outside. She clutched her chest, tears welling up. Haruto tried to hold her right shoulder, but she shrugged. Unexpectedly, his wife told him to be left alone.

Naturally, he quickly knew there was a problem. “What’s wrong…? I’m sorry, but this isn’t the usual you. Shoving me away won’t work. I’ll always be with you….” he walked closer.

Tokino turned to him briefly, then looked back at the sky and sighed. “I don’t know what to say, Haruto… Don’t get me wrong, I still don’t like Hokori. And yet—I never expected him to be so considerate….” her eyes lowered.

He held her shoulder again. “Tokino… Do you believe everyone is just like how you imagine them to be? I didn’t expect him to understand me, either. But I never doubted his empathy. Because I know people change constantly. I was taught this in my previous life…” he smiled and looked at her, “…So, tell me… Why do you still view him as the same person right now?”

Tokino’s tears flowed further, sniffling. “Because I’m not like you… I’m aware that I’m not very understanding—but it’s like I can’t change at all. When I see children, I think of them flying kites. When I see the elderly, I think of them wearing glasses. It’s like a curse—along with my quiet anger….”

Haruto dried her eyes out and wrapped his arms around her. He gave her a bit of his love. “You know… I never kissed you on the cheek ever since we’ve been together. Do you prefer it this way?”

Tokino held his arms. “I’m not sure… But you can do it again if you want….” With her consent, Haruto gave her multiple ones. Eventually, he moved his lips to her neck. Next, he gently sang “I’m Kissing You” to her ear. Tokino giggled, and she lyrically joined in and began waltzing with him.

They danced far enough back to the second floor, back inside one of the guest rooms. Tokino laid on top of Haruto in bed, eyes closed with a smile. “Thank you… Thank you for being a wonderful husband. You’re my one and only….” Another session occurred between the two.

Unfortunately, they could hear another session with Hokori and Lana in the other room. However, the couple ignored them and carried on.

In the ballroom, Yukino imitated Aria, who still did her strange dance routine; the Kizoku twins followed suit.

Kakunō sat by, looking at them. However, he noticed an odd occurrence at the corner of his eye. Countless ravens roosted out of nowhere in the rafters. When he told the others to look up, the birds disappeared. Suddenly, a man behind him said, “Hmmm… Quite exquisite Champagne you have here….” He had an unfamiliar yet delicate voice.

Kakunō quickly turned around—but saw no one. Just as Harald called everyone’s attention again for the final event, the lights went out, and the guests screamed. Kakunō cried out for his comrades, only for the lights to turn back on. What everyone else saw in front was beyond their wildest nightmares.

A gray blazer-wearing stranger pulled a silver revolver at Harald’s forehead. “Nevermore… is what I would say to you.” He put the gun down and turned around to the guests. “I am not bound by fate. And so, I express that by coming here. No invitation needed…” he smiled intimately.

Before the mysterious man turned around, the guests noticed the Australian flag on his nape.
