My dad was sitting next to a 50-year-old man with my sister right behind him, there are twelve people in the room and all of them are glaring at me like I was some sort of criminal.

I HAD ENOUGH! Everyone is pushing me around as they see fit! Ever since I got my cheat I felt like I grew wings and escaped from the boring life that was reality but then came the new assholes first it was my luck then it was Kara and now my family.
''Adam tell us the truth did you make a deal with a demon!'' My dad said angrily while standing up.
''I didn't make a fucking deal with a goddamned DEMON dad!'' I yelled at the end, I almost never lied to my dad and tried to be as honest as possible but my dad still didn't believe me it seems.
''It's OK son, I will handle this.'' The old man said getting up and petting my dad's shoulder.
Oh WOW so not only can mom teleport apparently I have a grandfather.
''Listen, Adam, you getting an ability is impossible, so the only plausible way is for you to make a deal with a demon and that puts the whole clan at risk.'' The old man said walking towards me.

I sensed a familiar presence behind me and turned my head around, it was Kara with a sixpack on her hand. She slowly moved and sat next to me, opening a beer she passed it to me. We didn't speak for 10 minutes before she put her hand on my shoulder and started caressing me.
That's when my tears started to fall.
There was another 10-minute silence, this time I opened my mouth.
''It's raining like a bitch tonight.'' I said while wiping the tears.

We got up and she gestured for me to follow her, we got to a dirt road and a black limousine was waiting for us.
I stayed silent for the ride and she did the same. Although this wasn't a normal car at all, it was like some Men In Black shit when they hit the red button.
Not even 5 minutes passed and we were in front of some ancient manor in some kind of forest.
There were a lot of people here but they avoided eye contact with our group.
We were passing some kind of training yard when I spotted a book on the ground. I tried picking it up out of habit but when I touched the book something happened.
