A few days later it was time for Robin and Hiro to leave their home and go to college. I was sad that I had to say goodbye to my parents and to Robin. Robin and Hiro agreed that they would meet at the airport before going to their flights and saying goodbye. It was a few hours until that time and Hiro was really anxious wondering if they’ll actually meet there and if Robin will keep his promise. Hiro had gotten checked in and went through security without seeing Robin. Hiro noticed that he had an hour before he had to board his plane so he went to get food at Mcdonald's. He decided that he would text Robin to meet him there when he was done with everything.

Around 20 minutes have passed and Hiro was starting to give up hope that Robin would come, but before he got up and threw away the rest of his food Robin came running up to him.

“Hiro! Wait up!” Robin yelled out of breath while running.

“Robin? I thought you wouldn't come.”

“I know, I know I'm sorry Hiro! I didn't mean to be this late but my parents were doing stuff and really wanted to bring me to the airport so I had to wait for them and when we finally left the house there was a lot of traffic…” Robin started to ramble, “I finally just got through security… listen Hiro I meant to text you but my parents took my phone so that I would have my full attention to the-” Hiro cut him off with a kiss.

“I- what I thought you would be mad at me because I was late?!?”

“Of course, I'm not going to be mad at you! I'm just glad that you kept your promise!” Hiro exclaimed with a wide smile on his face.

“You're really the best boyfriend in the world!”

“You're just lucky I love you.”

Hiro and Robin spent the next 30 minutes hanging out with each other around the airport because Robin's flight doesn't get there until 50 minutes. They loved spending these last few moments together before they had to leave for months on end. Finally, it was time for them to separate. Hiro had to go to his plane and get ready to board while Robin had to go to his plane which was pretty far away from Hiros.

“Bye Robin. I love you!”

“I love you too Hiro, hope you have a good flight! Text me when you land.”

“They both kissed goodbye. While they both were walking away they waved at each other.
