“Goodnight darling”
It's been a while since I've heard that voice… I wonder why I heard it just now, Hiro thought, I just wanted to go to sleep peacefully for once in my life since he left; I guess that's never happening. Oh man, I wish I could see him again.
Hiro was dating someone a few years back his name was Robin. Robin had to leave for college right after graduation for scholarships. They promised to keep in touch the whole time he was gone, which did happen… until the school year officially started. They tried to keep in contact with each other as much as they could but they just couldn't keep it up. The time distance, homework, and work they had to do always messed it up. After the school year ended they could keep in contact with each other more, but one day Robin just started to get more distant. He would dryly reply to his texts and just ended up ghosting him. Hiro is trying to stay positive and thinks that he'll be able to talk to him again, but some thoughts just keep popping inside his head.
What if he is cheating on me? What if when he started to ghost me he wanted to break up? What if I made him uncomfortable with how much I was nagging him? Was it my fault? What if I'm never going to see him again?- Oh god please, please let me see him again. I don't want to leave him just yet!
Whenever he tried to sleep he would always cry to sleep; praying that he’ll be able to talk to him one day even if it was just once, even if it was just for Robin to break up with him. He just wanted closure, to be able to sleep peacefully again.

“It's time to sleep now, Hiro!” Hiro’s mother yelled from the other room. Hiro went home for the week because it was a holiday. He wasn't sure if he should just stay here for the rest of the year and drop out because school was mentally draining him, or to stay in school, although he didn't want to make that decision by himself especially because he wasn't in the right mental state. He wanted to ask his mom to get her opinion, even though he knew what her response would be.
“Hiro! Remember to take a shower and brush your teeth before you go to bed, you hear me?!”
“Yes, mom!” He got up from his bed and went to the shower then went to bed.
