"Merchant really are different, even with the same skill level as us, they still can craft better quality equipment.Good job by the way, thank you for the nicely craft equipment."

Chrono get the praise left and right from his equipment crafting which motivate him to craft more.He continue his diligent way of equipment craft until he finish all 100 equipment set. Then he ask Sitka to asked 100 more clan member to meet him so he can move on to craft their equipment.

But as the repetitive grinding goes on, Chrono tried his hand on his accessory craft just for a change. This time, make a mask for every clan member he met before. Every mask he craft is unique to the clan member characteristic which mean not even one mask look alike.As he craft more mask, the time needed to craft it get shorter.

Now, every time Chrono get bored with his equipment crafting, he craft mask to distract his mind before he get back to equipment crafting.But by the time he finish to craft 300 equipment set, Chrono realized there's no way he can craft for other clan member equipment set.

Beside the first 300 clan member that are newly recruited, other member are veteran member that either very high level or already achieved max level.Unless Chrono get blacksmith and clothing skill to advance level 1, there's no way for him to craft their equipment set.

Because of this, Chrono tried to raised his blacksmith skill by crafting spear for himself while crafting mask for the previous 300 clan member.But even after a hundred spear craft, Chrono only manage to raised his blacksmith skill once. His crafting skill increased by 1 level instead after he craft all 300 member mask.

"Chrono, the leader looking for you."

In the middle of his spear crafting, Sitka told Chrono that the clan leader summon him to the assembly hall.When Chrono arrived at the hall, the leader and almost all the clan member already gather there waiting for him .Chrono walked Jurek to talk to him.

"You summon me sir?"

" I heard you can't craft more equipment because of your low level skill"

" Yes, but right now I'm working to increased my skill but it may take awhile to get it to the supposed level."

"I understand, but while you working on increasing your skill level, I need you to do a few thing. But firstly, Aramis! Give me the scroll."

Aramis hand the scroll to Jurek but his micro smile make Chrono feel uneasy.

"This is the scroll we get on our last robbery, it's pretty expensive at the current market price because only a user that already master both alchemy skill and scroll creation skill can make it. But only merchant and a few mage can learn alchemy skill, since we got no mage that can learn the skill, I want you to learn it."

"Are you sure I can use it? Thank you for your kindness."

"But the clan member said, it's not fair to just handing over this super expensive scroll to you without getting anything.I will just give you a simple quest to satisfy them."

Clan Quest : Satisfy the clan member!!

The clan member want you to do something fun.

Condition : Complete after all the clan member clap their hands at least once

Reward : Super expensive alchemy skill scroll

Rejection : Upon Rejection, will automatically get kick out of the clan.

By the time Chrono get the quest the crowd already get excited.They scream in unison

As Chrono dancing, the crowd cheer him as if it's fun to see a crappy dance. But in the middle of his dance, suddenly Sitka join in his dance.

'Festival Dance'

Sitka start to sing while dancing gracefully like a goddess make Chrono enjoy it dancing with her.

Looking at the current situation, the clan member start to join the dance one by one while laughing happily. Chrono had heard about it before that Sitka has one of the hidden class called 'Dancing Minstrel' it seem right now her dance and song cheered up everyone and make them feels like a festival.

It turn out the event turned to a party with everyone dancing and singing(screaming) while some of them take out the food and drink for the party. Aramis stand at the corner of the room smiling while Jurek dance around with his giant body without caring he actually hurting his clan member around him as he dance.

Alchemy skill learned

After the party, Chrono used the scroll that Jurek gave him immediately. Jurek told him, he need someone that know alchemy mainly because he need someone that know on how to make an explosive. Jurek thought that if someone can make an explosive, it will give him more option to ambush and robbing user's.

Chrono can asked anything he need to increased the 'Alchemy' skill level. This is a good opportunity to Chrono but his workload increased with the extra task.To get access to explosive creation, Chrono need at least level 1 intermediate in 'Alchemy' . Jurek told Chrono that to take it slowly and he gave the scroll to Chrono just because he stumble upon it in the recent robbery.

Chrono back to his workshop to grind his manufacturing skill.He craft more spear and a few sword to increased his 'Blacksmith' skill for a bit and then he shift to create mana and health potion. He plan to give 5 mana potion and 5 health potion to each 300 newly recruited clan member. Since he can only craft lesser potion, the 300 clan member get more benefit from the potion than veteran clan member.

Potion creation take more time than creating a mask and need more focus. This is because one mistake and the potion would get ruined. Sometime, the ruined potion looked like a normal potion until a user actually drink it and get all kind of abnormal stat from the ruined potion.Only the potion creator know whether the potion is ruined or not.

Since the material to make the potion is quite expensive and the failure rate to create a potion is quite high before beginner level 5 'Alchemy', only a handful of rich user raise the 'Alchemy' skill.But in returned, the alchemy skill is easier to raise.

Every race got a different body and some innate ability from a race will effect the potion.A standard potion is base on human body but it get better or less effective and maybe give an extra positive or negative effect on other race.An elf need pure material and the solution can't be artificially made for the potion to be effective while an orc need more concentrated solution for the potion to take effect.

Vampire need human blood mix in the potion, Draconian potion need to have a bit more corrosive solution. Dwarf can't take human potion, instead it need to be tune down to be usable as a potion.Some dark type race such as werewolf can't take any holy material in the potion, instead, it has to be replaced by other underworld material.

An ogre like Jurek doesn't need potion since their body regeneration was high and raw food gave them potion like effect. But in return,ogre user's didn't get any benefit from drinking potion .

In a clan, user's that has 'Alchemy' skill usually divided their work and only make potion for 1 or 2 race each. Basically, they specialized themselves in making 1 or 2 race potion because remembering every race characteristic is too much.

But in BloodBrothers, Chrono is the only one in the clan who knows 'Alchemy' which mean he need to remember all the race characteristic in BloodBrothers. Since its a bandit clan, all kind of dark type,demon type and monster type race reside here because these race cursed with permanent chaotic status from level 1 which mean they had no choice but to become outlaws.And standard race like human,elf, orc and hybrid race isn't lacking either here in BloodBrothers.

'Alchemy' skill level was easier to raised than any other skill. Chrono just need to successfully make a few potion and the skill level would increased. But the hardness to use it goes to practical form. To raised 'Spear Throw' skill for example, Chrono need to throw at least thousand of spear and maybe a few thousand for higher level.But to raised, 'Alchemy' Chrono only need to make a few hundred potion.But, unlike simple act such as throwing a spear, Chrono need to be focus in mixing the solution and considerably knowledgeable for the potion to not get ruined.

Chrono take note on every race characteristic and start his potion creation.Like when he forging the equipment, Chrono diligently create the potion.

In the middle of his potion creation, Sitka came to Chrono and asked him to cook for the entire raid party tomorrow.Since the raid party is quite large this time, a lot of preparation needed and the party member doesn't have time to prepare for their food .Jurek thought it's a good opportunity for Chrono to raised his cooking skill for the clan own benefit.

"The leader even created a proper quest for this cooking request, I will pass it to you."

"Really? Thank you"

Chrono smile brightly because it's a proper quest. To make a proper quest , one need an expensive quest scroll to write the quest detailed. The quest creator usually give a reward upon quest completion because most of the time user's create a quest for important things only.It's because a quest scroll lowest price is 60 gold which is quite expensive and a waste if it used for unimportant thing.

The clan leader, Jurek want you to cook for the entire raid party

Condition : Complete after cooked the entire raid party meal.

Reward : We will treat you nicely

Rejection : Upon Rejection, will automatically get kick out of the clan.

"So what is the quest reward? Is it good?" Since Sitka job only to pass on the quest, she got no idea on the quest content."

"(So the leader love to mess around.....)"

Chrono went straight to kitchen after he received the quest. Since the clan member usually cook individually, they have a different kind of favorite meal. Which mean, instead of cooking a large portion of meal, Chrono need to cook different dishes for each of the clan member.

"(I would make more potion after this)"

Unlike cooking for himself, cooking for other is less tempting for Chrono. He didn't cook the food halfheartedly but he had no passion to cook for other people. But since it's a given tasked, Chrono do it anyway and thanks for this tasked, Chrono gained more cooking recipe given by the clan member since he didn't had the cooking recipe for some of the dishes requested.

By leaving some detail, Chrono manage to cook all the food requested by the raid party.He leave the food in the freezer room so they can get the food themselves tomorrow. Chrono continue creating potion after finishing his cooking quest he also manage to raised his cooking skill by 1.

After the raid party arrived at their destination, Jurek told his party the plan. He coordinate the clan member position, trap and ambushed strategy.After the raid party finished their preparation, they eat to full their satiety level and get some buff.

But after a few minute, a warrior fro the party attack his teammate.

"Why did you do that?"

Puzzled, the other member can't react in time initially, but he manage to avoid it the second time.

"Someone stop him!!"

But as the member asked for help, he saw other member also get attacked . And actually almost all of the party member get random stat such as confusion,paralyze,sleep,diarrhea, and more the whole party is in chaos!!

"The food! Somethings definitely wrong with the food!"

When creating potion, Chrono deal with some dangerous chemical. With Emperor Saga detail, the chemical stays in Chrono hands and body because he cooked straightaway after his potion creation. Now the chemical altered the food effect and turn it to random status base on race because Chrono didn't sterilized himself before he cooked.

As the raid party in chaos, the merchant expedition arrived.

"What's with all the commotion,"

"Civil war?"

"SHH!! Let's just moved don't mind their business."

"Yeah, let's just move."

The merchant expedition just moved away without even knowing what they saw is the bandit that plan on raiding their expedition group.

Finally, the party settle down after 20 minutes. For a status effect get from the food, it's pretty long.Thanks to Jurek holding down the confuse member, no casualties in the party but they can't continue their plan anymore with their weaken state.They just went back to their hideout empty handed.When they finally arrived at hideout, they cried in unison.
