So. It’s been almost one week since the release of this story. I know, right? Just seven days. And what a crazy week it’s been. I thought I’d take a breather and write this all out, for you guys but also for myself, kind of like a diary entry, just to sort of capture the moment, so I have something to remind myself of later down the line.

First off, the responses to the story have been overwhelmingly amazing. Lots of really helpful feedback and insightful comments. And I love that you guys are really getting to the weeds of the system with me. I wanted to just shout out a few people, not to entice others to follow or anything like that (though more comments the merrier), but just because they’ve really stood out in my mind throughout this week, making me laugh, and fueling my motivation to keep writing.

I think I’ve mentioned this elsewhere, but thank you again to cerealman for all the extensive feedback on story style. I think a lot of the revisions and current writing format stems from their comments. Also shout out to my fellow nerds Plus1, SomeNerd, Not_A_Hat and AGUX, I love reading your theories about the system and how we can break it together. Keep them coming! Another shout out goes to N33, for whatever the hell it is we have been doing, LOL. And finally, shout out to each and every one of you, my readers. Thank you for all the support!

In more story related matters, there are a few things I’d like to reflect upon. As of this writing, the poll regarding story contents stands as:

Crafting (21.01%) Dungeon construction (19.81%) Mob spawning/evolution (18.84%) Biome exploration (14.49%) Kingdom building (11.59%) War/fighting/conflict (7.97%) Harem (6.28%)

I think I’ve set the foundation for most of these, exception kingdom building, which will come in the two chapters. I think a lot of time has been spent on crafting, but then, this is a crafting story. If you’d like to see anything changed about the contents, more or less of something, let me know down in the comments below.

Second, I’ve been thinking about illustrating a new cover, as well as perhaps changing the title. I’d love it if you guys can give me some feedback on the style of cover you’d like to see. I’ve provided some examples styles below. You can select your choice in the poll down below. If you have a different idea, feel free to post in the comments or PM me.
