《The Primordial Tower [Re]》Chapter 39- Level Up!

Noah had just made his way past the city gates, when he heard a loud rumbling sound behind him. Instinctively turning around, he watched with bewilderment as the Golden Pagoda, which was a symbol of the city rulers, was smothered behind a thick curtain of fog. Next, dozens upon dozens of silhouettes exploded in motion from behind the veil, each flying away in Primordial Spirit form in seemingly random directions, without a second glance at their sect housing.
Noah hurriedly started distancing himself from the city, he sure didn't want to stick around for whatever was going to happen next. An entire sect was buying time for him to escape, he would remember their noble act with kindness in his heart.
Without further hesitation, he started jogging towards the forest, breaking out into a sprint the moment he was clear of any prying eyes. Time passed like a blur, and Noah kept sprinting at his maximum pace without caring for preserving his stamina, and only when his legs were aching and his chest aching so much that he couldn't run a single step further did he stop.
Finally, it was time to see whether his gambit was worth it.
An entire treasury worth of weapons lay glistening under the sunlight, as Noah stared at his dragon's hoard with awe in his eyes.
"Well, what are you waiting for?" Noah addressed the revostrium gladius in his hands, giving it a curious look.
A small voice, or rather a feeling, projected itself in Noah's mind. He could sense a strong hesitation keeping at bay a vociferous desire, and it only took him a few moments to understand why.
"Ah, don't worry those are for you this time. I promise, I won't scream this time. Besides, my anger was never directed at you anyway," Noah sheepishly replied, scratching his head with a rather stumped expression.
The consciousness crooned with joy, and the dagger in his hand reverted into a pool of lusterous silver metal, flowing towards the pile of weapons.
The moment it came in contact with the weapon pile, they started sizzling, and Noah watched with amazement as a two handed long sword that was probably half his height in length was dissolved in an instant, putting up no resistance whatsoever.

Masterwork Creation (Tier 2)
The art of forging is a delicate and complex one, which even when performed to perfection can yield disappointing results. The divine metal Revostrium's very existence is a violation of the laws of forging, as it is bound by no such restrictions.
Forge an uncommon weapon slot item with up to four additional skills that can be replicated from any weapon that the Revostrium has consumed (at or below the uncommon rank). Only one masterwork can be recorded at any given time. Existing masterwork must be deleted, followed by a 30 day wait period, before a new one can be created.
Record (Tier 2)
The Revostrium can record any one passive effect (no cooldown) that with automatically be applied to every weapon of the same rank as an additional effect without any increased requirements. The bonus additional effect will not effect previously existing additional effects on any given weapon spot equipment.
"Well, that's fucking broken," Noah stared at the silvery mass frolicking on the floor, awestruck. He still had 10 uncommon weapons from the emporium, his giant form hammer, and the goblin lord's scimitar. Of course, he wouldn't feed all those weapons to the Revostrium, because it could only take one form at a time, but choices were going to have to be made.

First came the two weapons he had grown somewhat familiar with-
Runic Scimitar of the Duellist, Uncommon
Requirements- 30 Dexterity
A fine blade crafted for the quintessential duellist, with speed, grace and most important of all, finesse, in mind. The blade may not make the duellist, but if one were to indulge in the splendor of the ancient artform, one would prefer to have this weapon at arm's reach.
Spatial Compression- The Runic Scimitar of the Duellist adjusts its size and weight and comfort according to the wearer’s specifications, to a maximum length of 3 meters.
Master Duellist- Each strike from an entity parried increases speed by 5 percent, to a maximum of 50 percent within 10 minutes. Duration- 10 minutes. Cooldown- 30 minutes.
Mark of the Duelist- Each successful strike made within 30 minutes reduces the opponents' speed by 1 percent to a maximum of 30 percent (Dependant on Target's Constitution) Cooldown- 1 hour.
[Master Duellist] was an awfully useful perk, and he wasn't sure if was permanently willing to part with the weapon. Noah had already noticed this, but there was a clear difference between weapons he'd earned through killing monsters and those he had simply bought.... the latter were significantly weaker, his [Gladius of Piercing Frost] couldn't hold a candle to his scimitar or hammer.
Hammer of Minor Gravity Manipulation, Uncommon
Requirements- 30 Strength
A mighty hammer fit for an equally mighty warrior, it is imbued with gravity reduction properties, allowing it to heft a tremendous amount of bulk yet be comfortable in the hands of the wielder. The way of the hammer is of one where there is no room for clever swordplay or genial posturing, only of raw, unfiltered strength and a desire to reduce one’s foe to nothingness.
Additional Effects-
Spatial Compression- The hammer of Minor Gravity Manipulation adjusts its size and weight according to the wielder’s specifications. The bulk and length of the hammer is equal to the wielder’s total body weight and height, to a maximum of thousand kilograms and 3 meters in length.
Gravity Manipulation- Reduces the weight the wielder of the weapon has to carry by up to 65 percent to a maximum of 650 kilograms.
Consecutive Blows- Every third strike made within a minute has a 50 percent chance to deal 50 percent more damage. The blow must make direct bodily contact. Cooldown- Can only proc once every 60 seconds.
Here, the decision was clear- he wasn't sure if his Titan form was smart enough to envision a hammer, so there was no way he was parting with that for now.
Next, it was time to check his new acquisitions out. He couldn't be bothered to read the flavour text, considering half the weapons were going to be reduced to nothingness soon enough, just focusing on the skills.
Longsword of Blazing Inferno, Uncommon
Requirements: 30 Strength
Additional Effects-
Heavy Strike- Every third successful strike on a single entity within 90 seconds has a 25 percent chance to enjoy a 100 percent increase in strength. Cooldown- 420 seconds.
Embers of Flame- Every successful strike on a single entity has a 15 percent chance of inflicting a burning effect (Efficacy of burning effect is dependant on the entity's Constitution a stat)
Flame Bird- Slashing your blade in a wide arc will summon a large AoE flame bird that will inflict a continuous burning effect on any entity or object caught within its range. Cooldown- 1 day.
"Ehh," Noah mused to himself, evaluating the abilities and he found himself pretty underwhelmed in all honesty. It seemed that there existed a clear disparity between uncommon weapons of the same rank, the ones purchased from the system seemed to follow a common theme- one strike attack, one passive and one special.
"Welp, I guess it's yours now," Noah scatched the back of his head, tossing the weapon towards the Revostrium familiar, who gobbled it up without hesitation.
Sadly, there was no level up this time. He had fed the Revostrium over fifteen hundred hecking swords, yet that barely covered half its level requirements. Noah was getting a sinking feeling that he'd never be a wealthy ranker, not in this lifetime.
Soon after, the [Rapier of Piercing Accuracy] and [Mace of Bludgeoning Fury] were ruthlessly tossed into the Revostrium's belly, too.
