12,23,332 EXP awarded.
Level 10 already reached. Unable to level up further.
"Oh, fuck off," Noah groaned in pure agony at the sight of all that wasted experience. All that hard work gone to waste, that was easily a few levels right there!
Title Unlocked- Master Assassin
A commendable feat that is exceedingly difficult notwithstanding the rank it might be performed at, this title is awarded to the assassin who accomplishes the earth shattering feat of assassinating a Primordial Spirit user one rank higher than his own- whether a feat accomplished via tremendous skill, extreme patience or heavenly luck, it is yours to be proud of nonetheless.
Hidden Stat- Perception (PER) unlocked!
+10 perception
A euphoric sensation overwhelmed Noah, and in an instant he went from a miner hundreds of feet under the ground, only able to make out the surroundings around him, to a mountaneer, surveying the lands below him with with the world appearing insignificantly small in front of him. Even if someone were to try and sneak up on him from a blindspot, Noah wouldn't be able to see them... but he would be able to sense an intangible aura that they projected, the flow of origin through their bodies... he would be able to detect it. His stat was still to low for him to have a high degree of confidence in evading such attacks, but it was preferable to being completely in the dark like before.
You have failed the A+ ranked quest: Assassinate the Saemanis Sect Leader. Repercussions may follow.
He sucked in a cool breath of air at the mention of repercussions, but he wouldn't let anyone dissuade him now that he'd come so far.... and well, the hidden stat title had mollified him for now. With some excitement building up, he lightly whispered, "Loot Tab," and waited.

"I... just hit the fucking lottery," Noah absentmindedly muttered to himself, looking at the crazy fortune in local currency he'd inherited. During his stay at the Wailun Sect, Noah had accustomed himself to the local currency. Bulai was kind enough to give him a daily allowance of 300 silver takkim a day, which was the yearly income of some of the outer sect disciples from what he'd gathered. He'd used it all up to buy various types of consumable bombs, mostly harmless ones like smoke bombs or minor illusion ones, like his arrows in Gridlocked. He didn't think it'd come handy when dealing with someone as strong as the Saemanis Sect Leader, but there was never really any harm in stocking up weaponry for the local tower apocalypse, now was there.

"Oi lad, I'd keep an eye on that bracelet if I were you. Just owning that thing will make you a target for a bit, once people figure out its value," Liam casually replied, and then added, " But then, it wasn't nearly as impressive as the dagger you used to down that poor chap. A bonafide, fragmented-rare artifact is easily more valuable than an actual rare item, the scales used to measure their powers are completely different."
Noah felt his hands trembling as he was starting to fathom the true value of the item he had scammed, and with trepidation, willed the last item in the open.
It was a pitch black box, a perfect cube that had no creases or folds that indicated it could be opened. The moment it fell into Noah's hands, a tremendous amount of weight that he could barely manage drew every ounce of strength his muscular arms could muster just to keep aloft.
"What the hell is this?" Noah muttered in evident disappointment, it sure as hell wasn't the legendary one-hit-one-kill artifact he was expecting to receive.
"Oh.... bollocks," Liam looked at the item in Noah's hands with frightening intensity, causing Noah to flinch with both anticipation and an odd sense of foreboding that was creeping up on him. "Remember how I said that a Fragmented Rare Artifact was superior to a Rare weapon?" Liam asked, recalling a conversation that had transpired only minutes ago.
Noah nodded, the anticipation edging over the nervousness for now.
"Well this, right here, lad... it happens to be one of the few exceptions," Liam said with a solemn, almost respectful expression on his face.
"How do I use it?" Noah asked, looking at the heavy box with grudging respect. This might be a winner just yet.
"Place your right hand on the box and mentally command it to open. As simple as that," Liam replied with a gleam in his eye, Noah had seen that look before and it meant nothing good- but he followed the instructions anyway.
Black smoke started evaporating from the box, and Noah could feel its outer layers dissolve into nothingness. Moments later, he was left by a perfect sphere of flowing lusterous silver metal- it felt soft, squishy almost for a ball of steel, and he realized the weight on his hands reduced. First he thought that the box carried the majority of the weight, but then he realized that... it was floating.

Then, in a blink of an eye, the metal- as if with a mind of its own enveloped the entirety of Noah's upper body and torse, the soft, warm liquid metal that was inching toward his throat.
"LIAM YOU BASTARD, WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS!" Noah screamed in panic, wondering if this was some elaborate prank or Liam was not who he claimed to be. Either way, he had no intention of dying by suffocation, so he was ready to fight back.
Just then, a foreign entity brushed against his consciousness, it felt warm, innocent and childish. Noah heard a low crooning that seemed almost apologetic, and Noah instinctively knew that this wasn't Liam's doing. The metal started condensing back into a ball, and Noah's jaw dropped as his wisdom stat connected the dots and brought him to a disturbing conclusion: ... No, he didn't even want to think about that, he needed a moment for the world to fall back into place and things to start making sense again.
The Revostrium has formed a bond with you. The Revostrium is now your familiar.
Revostrium, Sentient Metal (Inferior- Growth)
'There are good weapons, then there are excellent weapons. After that, come perfect weapons, fashioned by masters for the sole purpose of honing the art of killing to the greatest possible level. Finally, there is Revostrium,' Lord Azhak Dhul, Gatekeeper of Varahnis.
A sentient metal that can take the form of any weapon it has consumed, creating a perfect imitation of the original in both purpose and effectiveness. The Revostrium is sentient and can respond to basic commands once a deeper bond is attained. No weapon or artifact below the [******] grade can destroy a Revostrium Blade. Current Limit- Rare.
The foreboding feeling that was stalking Noah all this while finally blossomed, as he stared at his waist and realized that his trusty gladius was missing from his waist. Noah felt like screaming in frustration, but the liquid metal's intelligence was at the newborn level and he'd feel terrible if he scolded a blameless sentient lump of metal that was hungry. A loud sizzling noise rang out, and Noah could almost feel his precious gladius being dissolved into nothingness.
"HAHAHAHA," Liam slapped his thigh with a guffaw, adding, "Oh that look on your face, priceless. Good luck babysitting, lad," the man had the audacity to laugh in such a situation, Noah could feel his fists balling up in response.
The Revostrium has consumed the [Gladius of Piercing Frost]. The Revostrium has evolved to the Uncommon level. [Gladius of Piercing Frost] is now available as one of the possible transformations.
"Try to mentally communicate with it, lad. Envision what you want the blade to do," Liam decided to actually be helpful for once, and Noah tried to project an image of his majestic... or well it was probably acid by now, so his ex-majestic gladius back in the glorious days, and merely an instant later Noah felt the familar weight of the gladius in his outstreched arm.
The Revostrium sensed Noah's relief and projected a feeling of pride and happiness, making Noah feel terribly guilty for being so harsh on it before.
He inspected the gladius, realizing that it was identical to its previous forms, and even all the special skills on it were intact. Noah marvelled at the utility of such a weapon, or well, an entire freaking armory... its value was hard to quantify in words, but he understood why Sir Prayn was so desperate to get his hands on it.

Old synopsis "Hi, my name is Alexis," I say into the camera, as I attempt to calm my nerves."And I'm Sab," I hear my best friend add from beside me. It's good to have her there, it's been far too long."I'm trying to focus," I tell Sab as I look into the camera. Will anyone even watch this?"What, just cause I didn't get sent to another world, where magic and dragons are real, I don't get to be a part of this?" she questions me. I can hear the hurt in her voice. I wish she'd been there. Things might have been... different. I can't believe I thought it was a game. If it had been, she'd have been the better choice."I said I was sorry. It's not like I knew I was going to be kidnapped by the system," I lamely apologize. She deserves more, but this is important."Coming soon, to an earth near you," she might be making light, but I can hear the fear in her voice."It's not funny Sab. It really is coming," I can't help but reply to her words, even though I know she didn't mean it."Come on Lexi, it's a little funny." she tries while chuckling nervously."Sigh. Look, can we just get back to telling them?" I ask, pointing at the laptop."Sure, but first you should show them some magic," Sab declares while waving her arms around."I told you. It's not that simple. I only showed you because you could tell it wasn't fake. They'd just think it was special effects," or come after me to try to lock me in a basement."Yeah, well they're not going to believe you anyway. It sounds pretty crazy, even to me. And I've seen what you can do," she proclaims. I didn't think it was that special, but she was super impressed by my magical abilities."Maybe, but I have to try. We don't have much time," I state as I stop the recording, before starting a new one."Hello, my name is Alexis," I pronounce, projecting as much confidence as I can at the little camera."Remember, the world ends on a Tuesday."

New World to Experience
YGGDRASIL was ending, and Apoc was hoping to see the game as it ends. And fortunately, he did. But he was transported into a world that is back in the past, yet seemingly not the same world, and coincidentally in an island that was cut off from the mainlands. What should he do? Find a way back home? Or stay and change the flow of time? A little note here; this story is a bit rushed. Considered that it is old and I have little time to revise the story whole. But unless you dont mind it and decided to just read it for the sakes out of it, then be my guest... Not in a offending way obviously.
