For anyone who is still reading this, I am sorry my original plans of posting everything changed. This wasn't a ploy but came down to two weeks of unexpected revision that pushed my deadline way off. The book is for free on KU, and because of that, I'll be pulling down the rest of the chapters except the first 10% of the book as per Amazon's ToS.
