To describe it, well, imagine if you could literally control the energy in the air all around.

Imagine if you could control fire like that famous superhero. Now imagine further that the fire is everywhere around. The very fabric of reality bends to manipulation at a quantum level.
Yes, that’s kinda what this talent does.
