3rd POV from random Kronan
Deep underground in the chamber of the Golem Hive Queen, the behemoth worm, a few golems were returning with two soaked cores from the flying fish that had dissolved in the water with plankton. They had washed ashore where the golems found it. The queen looked at them and soon ate them whole. Within they gained more mass but because the mutation agent was soaked around it the DNA with became complex before they were once again released from the queen as larger cores used to make the golems. They were taken and buried in the growth chamber where it would soon become a golem.
A few days later the two golems emerged but unlike the others they were different, smaller more compact, stronger and not connected to the hive mind.
As they walked out of the growth chamber they were seen by the queen she tried commanding them with the hive mind but that did not work. It let out a deafening screech. It called some giant golems who soon dragged away the two. It dragged them to an opening, an exit. Outside was raining furiously. It was after the floods already and rain had become common after that. The Giants pushed the small golems until they were thrown out into the rain. A normal golem would have dissolved because of the rain but these two lived and stood up. They had denser skin made of smaller rocks which are more densely packed which didn’t absorb water like the other golems.
The two not knowing what to do and only having each other in their hive mind started walking through the rain. They walked until they met a large body of water. The ocean, the bane of golems and yet they didn’t feel fear from it. One of them walked in to see how it was under it. Golems don’t need air so they just headed in. What he found was moving life forces for golems. A creature that needs minerals to live and they found a source to live from.

The small fish shaped creature seeing him came over and started biting him chipping away at his body. This annoyed the golem and he grabbed the fish and opening his mouth for the first time. He felt that water enter his mouth, it was a strange sensation of a liquid so full of life force enter his body. He remembered the fish as it squirmed in his hand. He put the head in his mouth and with all his force he crushed the head and soon the body.
He felt alive this creature it held power for him it was waiting for him to eat it. He grabbed more and ate until he was satisfied. He soon left the water and found his companion. Through the hive mind he showed what was underwater and soon the other walked in only to return hours later.
Over the next month they grew and once they reached a week old they produced cores just like the queen. They planted the core seeds and soon more golems appeared. It was after their small tribe grew past 20 members that they appeared. Two giant golems, sent by the queen after a golem saw their group. The ate 15 of our offspring which left us in a rage. The five that were left, in their rage attacked and killed the giant. His core was taken by the other and it ran away.
The five left felt rage and sadness something that should be impossible for a golem. They returned to the waters and began eating more of the fish while leaving the cores in the water to replenish their food. Soon their numbers reached 40 and like before a giant appeared it looked like us but we saw it was the same giant we killed it had been reborn by the queen as a stronger monster then before but with our number we killed it and the large core was smashed and thrown in the water. It fed the small fish and they grew stronger as well.

That same day after we killed the giant a small floating ball of ore appeared. We didnt do anything but our leader one of the two original golems since the other had died in the first giant attack. He walked up to the thing and poked it and looked at it. It was foreign to us what it was. We all felt a strange tension around it like it was dangerous as if past lives yelled to attack and destroy but we just looked.
Soon it left but a few days later it returned larger in size and dropped water in the ocean we didn’t know what happen but to us it is just a strange object.
After the ore ball had gone the fish grew stronger and plants that gave us food appeared. We also grew stronger.
Again those floating ore balls appear but this time a strange golem appeared. His skin was really strong. He spoke strangely but he didn't attack. Soon others appeared and began teaching us to talk like them. What they taught passed through our hive mind and we learned to speak and fight really well.
After they appeared our numbers grew more as well as growing stronger. They taught us how to make more food, a concept they call farming. We walked underwater and organized the rock plants they call coral in lines next to each other. This farming gave us lots of room to make food.
Because we organized the coral, the fish grew in size because we provide food for them as well. Smaller fleshy fish also appeared. The creature told us those are food for their people.
They are strong they can fight the golems just as well as we can. They named us Kronan because we weren't golem anymore we were stronger and smarter so we weren't them anymore. The creatures call themselves Terran's or humans can also be used. We like these Terran people they protect and teach us many things and are willing to protect the new tribe that will be going soon. I hope they survive and we meet again but the hive mind will keep us together, also we don't worry much because the Terran will protect them.
