《Summoned! To an RPG world (LitRPG)》Part II: Chapter 36: There’s No Place Like Home

I've had to take the story offline as I've enrolled it in Kindle Unlimited and need to comply with their 10% only online rule. Apologies if anyone was interrupted mid read.
If you want to read the book version or simply want to show support for my writing, it's available here.
For those of you who like audiobooks, you'll be glad to learn that there's one in production.
I've also got a couple of stories still running on Royal Road. Summoned! To Grimworld is another LitRPG basebuilding story, this time inspired by the game of Rimworld and the efforts of a 92-year-old artist and an 18-year-old Finnish princess to survive and prosper in a world of many hostile tribes and creatures, having been swapped into new bodies on Grimworld.
The White Dragon is a alternate history fantasy, set in Roman times, where the Romans are intent on an invasion of Farie, or as they call it, Tartarus.
Cheers,
Oisin

Live Life Homunclus
The end is not always the end. Nothing is permanent, and even death itself is merely a transition. This fact holds true for a certain young man who died quite tragically on Earth. Lucky for him, a new life was just around the corner. A world filled with magic, adventure, and oh so many dangers awaited. Everything would be perfect, if it wasn't for the fact that he reincarnated into a homunclus. An artificial life-form said to possess almost zero combat capabilities. An exemplary example of pure breed cannon fodder. Surviving in a world where dragons roam the skies and monsters stalk the lands, wasn't this a bit too unreasonable?

Spot of Mummery: Tales of the Bard Technologist
-Webfiction/RolePlay set in the FFXIV MMORPG world of Hydaelyn- In ancient times, Amon was an infamous, immortal Technologist - one of the legends of the late Allagan Empire. However, when calamity strikes his civilization, he's forced to place himself and the remaining Allagans into a time-locked sleep in order to survive. Fast forward many ages later when Amon and his people awaken once more. The world has drastically changed, and his kind is now deemed a threat. The heroic Alliance responded by sending a raid to eradicate the last Allagans, where Amon was ultimately defeated ...or so the world thought. Through his ingenuity and aetheric technology, Amon manged to cheat death. Only, things didn't quite work out the way he planned. Stripped of his magic and technological resources, Amon now takes on the guise of a bard as he struggles to build a new life in a time long after the fall of his empire. But, should the people of this modern time discover who Amon once was, he fears they would put an end to the bard technologist's tale. I've been writing Spot of Mummery since 2018, so there's quite a backlog of story to post! This story was also written before the changes made to lore released in the Endwalker expansion (December 2021). I will address these changes eventually, but only in later chapters - ones written after the expansion came out. I hope that you enjoy and look forward to hearing your thoughts! Progenitor of Mana
Leo had always felt something was wrong with him. Hell, the world even confirmed this for him with the bundle of mental and physical health issues he had to battle his whole life. At least he always had his imaginary friend, The 'Voice', to guide him through his most troubling times. But what happens when the world comes to an end at the behest of something called 'The System'? And maybe The 'Voice' wasn't as imaginary as he thought as it had been telling him this day was coming for a year. This story is not for the light hearted, at least that is the direction I have it going.
