《Fury: Chronicles of the Titanomachy》Fury: Afterword

This story was one I really loved writing. As an author, some stories take a piece of your soul with every word. Other stories rip at your guts. Some are great stories but are a chore to put on paper. Then you get the odd story that is an absolute blast to write. This was one of those stories for me. It is a sword-and-sandals tale written in the first person perspective. It has blood and guts, graphic violence and graphic sex. All of these are things I rarely write, so were an exercise in stretching my own limits.
I had failures that I recognized too late to fix, such as the poor characterizations of the main characters. I failed to do a good job of making them sympathetic to the reader, or really making them terribly interesting. I tried to fix it when I figured it out, but I was a good halfway through the whole thing at that point, so it was a bit too late in the game. I struggled with what was turning out to be an epic story, that was trapped in two viewpoints.
So I learned a lot from the writing of this. I learned that I needed to work on my characterizations more. I learned that if I'm writing an epic story, I cannot trap myself in one or two people's perspective, but need to pull the camera back a bit. But I also learned a lot about what I found fun to write, and that I can hopefully apply it in my other stories.
But for the Titanomachy books, I need some feedback. I need to know if I should continue the series at all. I need to know if I should switch to the 3rd-person perspective if I do, or if I should just tough it out since I've already written the first book. I could also use as much feedback as people are willing to throw in the comments - good and bad. What did you like? What did you hate? What did I screw up but it was still ok to read?

I will need to see a lot of interest for this story to be worth continuing. I have a limited amount of time and a lot of stories to write. So I leave it to you, dear reader.
Thank you to everyone who has read this, and has stuck it out to the end. You are why I write.
EDIT: Thanks to everyone who has provided such immensely helpful feedback! I'm taking your comments to heart, and Volume 2 will be a better work because of it.

Killing Tree
When your day goes to hell and you find yourself kidnapped, strung up from a magical tree, and left to bleed out, what do you do next? Asking for a friend. Fortunately, Riordan Kincaid is a tough, gives-no-fucks honey badger shifter. Unfortunately, now that he's survived the first attempt, a death mage and their cult are determined to finish the job by whatever means necessary, pursuing Riordan across the wilds of rural Michigan. Ghosts and spirits are outside of his specialty, and heaven help him if he has to cast actual spells, but Riordan isn't going to make this easy on his enemies. Even if that means breaking his long exile, turning to the local shifter community for help, and dealing with a bureaucratic department of mages. And don't even get him started on getting licked by a damn spirit bear. Now he just needs to figure out what will kill him first: his enemies, his past, or his own attempts at using magic? Or will Riordan beat the odds and prove that honey badgers really are that hard to kill? If so, what will he do with a life once hung upon a tree that's more than a tree? Sins of the Fathers (A Dungeon Story)
Extract from the histories of Hogenbach, written by the grand historian and self-proclaimed drunkard Gregor Meinzt. "Ah Hogenbach, a crumbling shithole of a kingdom situated in the arse end of nowhere. A land of rolling hills, cold winters and home to a population of short and bitter people. A terrible land. Yet it is here that the greatest calamity of the modern realm took place. It was here that the writhing dungeon was born. Some call Viktor Grieswald a hero, others curse the name. And yet fewer still know him for what he truly was. His was a sad existence, made to shoulder the burdens of an entire realm. He helped, he harmed and he left a trail of destruction in his wake, he will always be my friend. But know this, whatever your opinion on the man, nay the monster is, one thing is true. The world will never be the same after his presence, we made sure of that." AN: Alright, this is a dark fantasy dungeon story without the use of reincarnated characters or a system. Yes, I tagged it litRPG as it uses game elements, no these do not include a status screen. Read onwards if you dare.

The justice is overseen by the Imperial City's ever vigilant guard force, of impeccable morals, generosity and they too handing out Imperial love in quantity. Is how it is above ground. Deep beneath the Imperial City is carved the Imperial Sewers out of the bedrock. Here, life is cheap and ruined dreams and violence intermingle among the filth and utter squalor. One of those living there, carving out a meagre existence by theft and murder, is a young girl... (Useful info time! The releases for this one will largely follow the same pattern as the main project Avine. One chapter every friday for foreseeable future). 09.29.18: Reality caught up with me, this means I have to scale back my writing time considerably. I promise to finish it, but it will be piecemeal, and progress made likely around holiday times.

Katniss and Peeta; Time of Their Lives
I'm sure that you've wondered what happened after the last chapter of Mockingjay, am I right? The answers are here! Join Katniss and Peeta in more of their crazy journeys! *1st book*WARNING:I wrote this book from 11-12. The character's personalities are not portrayed like Suzanne Collins originally made them. There is a lot of badly written romance. Just give me some mercy, alright? :) Don't let this stop you from reading, this is just my precaution to you!
