nside the Domain of the Progenitors.

In a realm, totally separate from the human and beast realm of Magnolia. In a different dimension, beings who could only be considered the True Gods of their species mingled with one another. These beings were referred to as Ancestral Titans, or more commonly known as the "Progenitors" by living things of Magnolia.

If one looked closely, they would see many types of Titans. Whether it be beast or human, they stood at the very top of their species and had crossed in a totally different dimension leaving their shells of mortality behind in Magnolia. These beings were considered the true almighty creatures and could not be compared.

At the summit of them all, four special Titans ruled over this realm. The Guardians of this dimension.

The Divine White Tiger, The Azure Earthern Dragon, The Vermillion Phoenix and the Colossal Glacier Tortoise.

Each of them evenly ruled the entire Domain of Progenitors. Their appearances were as majestic as they were frightening and regular beings could not even lay their eyes on them or they would never be able to perceive what was in front of them. This was the extent of their power.

The Divine White Tiger's fur was as white as snow, although it rested calmly on it's back one could tell by the shining, golden metallic luster it gave off; it was completely otherworldly. Golden lines were drawn all over it's body, and the claws on it's paws shined ceaselessly.

Each claw was like a sword and shined like a glacier reflecting sunlight. Wherever it waved, the dimension would ripple under it's power. His golden eyes looked like a combination of all the jewels of Magnolia smelted together to create the most precious and perfect jewels.

The Azure Earthern Dragon, was like a overpowering mountain who had entire lush forests and towering trees resting on his back. His scales could not be seen as his entire body was wrapped in thick vines that seemed like creatures themselves. He seemed more like a part of nature, than an actual beast. As he moved, the entire realm shook as he took a step revealing his unrivaled power.

His green eyes showed his vitality that could give birth to literal creatures off of his back, he had actually created living beings from his presence alone.

The Vermilion Phoenix, needed no description. It's body of golden flames as bright as the sun was all one needed to see to understand it was a raging Inferno that could not be suppressed, it's wingspan could blot out the sky and it's piercing burning eyes would blind any creature not within the Domain of Progenitors. Even some Titans could not look it in the eye.

It was the most proud of all the creatures present, and it's majesty could not be doubted.

The Colossal Glacial Tortoise, although smaller than the Azure Earthern Dragon, seemed like an impenetrable frozen fortress, it's cold blue eyes that resembled the deepest frozen seas would make any being shiver. The breathe that came from it's nostrils would even freeze the air and none would dare go near it, snow formed at the top of it's body naturally and wherever it went, a snowstorm would follow behind it.

The black shell on it's back which seemed like layer upon layers of frozen Earth resembled a Tundra plains that could not be compared with any in Magnolia.

The most frightening thing about this Titan, was his tail that resembled a serpent that constantly snapped at the air and releasing a terrifying frost from it's mouth. It was a sharp silver color and seemed to also possess intelligence and a mind of it's own, it also seemed incredibly blood thirsty as it would sometimes stare at other Titans, sometimes even the Colossal Glacial Tortoise itself.

These four undoubtedly reigned supreme over the rest of Titans and were it's unrivaled rulers. Unlike the rest of existences within the Domain of Progenitors, who ascended; they were born in this realm. They were made the lords of this dimension by the one who created all things, even the four lords did not know who created them; but they revered whoever made them the lord of such a magical place and left an inheritance for them.

The rest of Titans who resided in the Domain of Progenitors were all creatures who had risen to prominence in Magnolia, some even came from other worlds. Only the strongest of the strongest throughout time were allowed to ascend to this holy place, only the powerful had these rights to graze in these lands.

However, things were not as simple as they seemed on the surface. Although Many Titans accepted this realm; naturally there were some who did not. However they kept their thoughts to themselves as it would only bring trouble and some did not possess the power to say anything at all.

Among these Titans, there was a particular Dragon-Serpent who resembled emerald diamonds. His body seemed to be like a replica of the most precious colored jade stones and his eyes reflected a cold and unfeeling atmosphere. These were just the superficial features.

His true frightening power laid not in his appearance, but in dark emerald fog that cloaked his body. It seemed to be alive, countless skulls seemed to be born from this fog, and they screamed so wretchedly it would make one's skin crawl. Every now and then, a flicker of light would appear as it was unable to keep it's own fangs from protruding from it's mouth.

As if he were made to always draw these fangs, and they were never meant to be sheathed.

No one dared approach him, and he usually slumbered at the bottom of a huge black lake hiding his presence and ignoring the rest of Titans. He could not adapt to this life, no matter how much millennia passed, he would be unable to adapt to this cage of subservience. He could not stand being subject to a species that had never fought a single bloody battle in their lives.

His hate for this domain continued to grow and grow as time passed and he secluded himself away from the rest of Titans. His name had become forgotten among them, but there were a few that still remembered his deeds and some who even ascended with him. Whenever they gazed at the dark lake, a hint of fear would emerge in their eyes.

They seemed to be afraid of him even more than the Guard Titans themselves that lorded over the Domain of Progenitors.

This emerald one, was called "Leviathan" and it was the oldest serpent that had ever lived. As well as the only serpent to have ever made it into the Domain of Progenitors.

It was a beast who climbed it's way up from the gutters of Magnolia, who devoured and poisoned, who slaughtered and massacred. Creating rivers of blood all in the name of power, he was surely one of a kind and could not replicated. He was not like the rest of Titans, he was never content with his place as a subordinate.

He had never bowed when his life was on the line during bloody battles, he fought and overcame. How could he do so now? If he could attack the Guardian Progenitors, he would have long done so but sadly they could not be attacked or one would be instantly destroyed because it was made this way by those who created the Domain of Progenitors.

These were the real reasons they why there was peace, the Guardians were existences that could not be provoked within this particular dimension. They had the power to determine who could remain inside the Domain of Progenitors.

Leviathan, continued to slumber at the bottom of this dark lake undisturbed and unaffected by the Titans who drivel at the feet of the Guardians. A few more millennia passed by and time continued to go on.

***

Titans continued climbing into the Domain of Progenitors, the four Guardian Titans continued to rule over the rest of the realm.

Until suddenly one day--

*Rumble Rumble*

The entire dimension suddenly began to quiver and shake, alerting all the Titans as well as the Guardian Titans. This was something never experienced before within the Domain of Progenitors. It was akin to the revelation of a dark prophecy, as the clouds turned dark and the skies became black as night!

The moon became blood red, and spatial rifts suddenly started opening. Some Titans were instantly killed! This was the first time a Titan had ever been killed within the Domain of Progenitors!

"What is happening?" A Golden colored Gorilla, who had eyes that possessed a great wisdom couldn't help but mutter as he looked at the chaotic scene.

"Guardians! Has something gone wrong?" Another Titan who seemed like a mix between a Tiger and a Lion asked in a roar of panic!

"What is...this?"

"Some Titans are being instantly killed!!"

"Why?! Aren't we supposed to be safe in here?"

Many different Titans all had the same questions but no one had the answers, and could only dodge the spatial rifts once they sensed them. All of their eyes were filled with unprecedented shock and irrefutable fear!

Naturally, the Guardian Titans felt this as well, and they had no answers. Even their eyes were filled with a bit of fear, as they knew what laid beyond the collapse of this Domain.

Whoever had created them, gave them the knowledge of what existed beyond this Domain and that it acted as a shield to protect them from creatures more powerful than they were. Creatures they dared not speak of.

As they were all in panic, a venomous voice filled with suppressed hatred of several millennia pierced he air. All who heard this voice was shaken in fear, the Guardians were no exception. It was so filled with so much animosity and malignity, they did not believe that something could possess such feelings.

"Hahaha....Hahahaha! Finally Finally! I have done it! There is no going back! You will all be thrown into chaos! No more peace! No more Immortality! Only the powerful will decide what is right! Only those bathed in blood may choose their destinies! Fate? Inheritance? Foolish Ideals! How dare you keep me here against my will! Now you shall all suffer!"

The black lake suddenly trembled, as an emerald Dragon-Serpent like creature slowly surfaced and rose high into air staring at the four Guardians.

"Who are you! What have you done!" The voice of the Azure Earthern Dragon who similarly rose to sky echoed in hostility as he gazed at the Dragon-Serpent.

The four Guardians did not recognize Leviathan, as too much time had passed and he had remained secluded for very long.

"Who am I? What have I done?" Leviathan's angered voice rung out.

"It is only natural you do not know me, it isn't strange you do not know the things I have done! It is only normal you not have the right to ask me these things! I am a true Titan! One who has withstood countless foes and have buried even more! You who has never fought a single battle should never question me!" The hate in Leviathan's voice shocked them as they had never been spoken to in such a manner.

"I...I know him" Suddenly a horse stepped forward, it was a white horse with a horn on it's forehead and two majestic white wings were folded on his back.

"In Magnolia, he had once reigned over every living thing. There were nightmares told about him that lasted for several Millennia and there was not a single soul that did not know his true name. He was called "The Emerald Shimmering Serpent" he blacked out the skies and rained poison on the world destroying over 1/2 of it's life forms.

Some species even went totally extinct because of him, his ascending left Magnolia almost barren of life at one point. The world had only recovered several millennia after his ascending when another Titan rose to prominence and undid what he had done. For countless of thousands of years the world had struggled to regained it's balance"

The White Unicorn looked at Leviathan with fear, he knew what sort of individual Leviathan was and could not make a mistake. The White Unicorn understood something big was about to take place and did not want to hide anything that could endanger this peaceful realm.

Hearing what the White Unicorn said, the Titans all drew in a breathe of cold air, the Guardians included. Such cruelty was something only the most cold-blooded could do. They realized what exactly they were dealing with. Some of the Titans who recognized Leviathan, looked at him coldly with hatred and fear.

They weren't scared before because he couldn't make trouble, and this was partially the reason they were grateful to the Guardians but now things had changed and that age old fear had risen once again in full fury!

Suddenly the eyes of the Vermilion Phoenix constricted as he noticed what was held in the Dragon-Serpents mouth.

It was a red-colored diamond he had once seen in his memories before, when he had just been born he remembered seeing the diamond before the other three Guardians had awoken. He remembered the diamond being tossed....into that very lake!

"Why is it I only remember this now!!" The Vermilion Phoenix knew that red diamond had came from whoever created them and was not an ordinary object. In fact, The Vermilion Bird believed they were in fact created by that red diamond.

The power had all been used up, and it did not give off any power fluctuations at all. However, that was not how it was when it was dropped into the lake....which could only mean the rest had been devoured by Leviathan!

"Brother? What is it?" The Azure Earthern Dragon sensed the change in the Vermilion Phoenix and his voice thundered out as he asked in curiosity.

"I've never mentioned this before, because I had completely forgotten about it..When we were born, I was the first to awaken and I remembered seeing a red diamond fall from the sky and into that very lake....I think that red diamond has a connection with whoever created us...or it may have created us" The Vermilion's eyes flashed with certainty as he looked at the diamond.

"....I too have seen it but for some reason I only remembered it when I laid eyes on it today" The Colossal Glacial Tortoise also spoke out as he stared at the red diamond with fearful eyes.

At the time of their birth, it was obvious they were too young and weak to understand what the red diamond truly was so they did not perceive it's value. Now, a multitude of regret could be seen on their faces.

The Divine White Tiger looked at Leviathan hatefully upon hearing this news. Naturally he believed it belonged to them and should be in their possession.

"Return it! Cursed Serpent!"His voice thundered out in rage as he became a flash of light and appeared before Leviathan!

Leviathan's Emerald Tail swung in a thrashing manner and directly sent the Divine White Tiger flying! A dark emerald fog pierced into his body as the emerald skulls made of poisoned fog chewed at his flesh and tried eating him alive!

Seeing the Divine White Tiger's sorry state, the rest of Titans all became shocked. This was not what they had pictured would happen. They had always believed that the four Guardians stood above the rest of them and this outcome proved otherwise.

"It does work! I can kill them now!! Hahaha!" Leviathan laughed as his hatred could finally be unleashed now that the restrictions have been lifted! They were no longer above him and he could finally do as he pleased!

*Crunch*

A crisp crunching sound echoed as the red diamond was shockingly broken to bits inside Leviathan's mouth, just to be safe he swallowed it to make sure he did not miss anything at all. As the power had been drained it was nothing but an empty shell and could easily be destroyed.

Just as the three Titans were about to avenge their brother and attack Leviathan, he suddenly spoke once more-

"Why don't you make it known to everyone here...what the four of you have been hiding" As Leviathan said these words, a shiver ran down the back of the Guardians.

Suddenly they threw side glances at the Titans around them before the Colossal Glacial Turtle spoke in a frozen cold tone-

"Do not listen to him! Kill him immediately or our world will be destroyed! We cannot exist outside of this Domain, if it is destroyed so will we!"

"Lies! You still dare lie before me! I'll teach you a lesson you'll never forget!" Leviathan's emerald eyes flashed before his gaze landed on the Colossal Glacial Turtle's tail! The Serpent head tail!

"By the order of your King! Come to me or perish! Answer to your bloodline or die!!"

The Frost Serpent which was attached to the Colossal Glacial Tortoise trembled upon hearing Leviathan's words. A wild look emerged in it's eyes as it wildly started attacking the Colossal Glacial Tortoise surprising everyone!

It blew a concentrated frost breathe directly on the Colossal Glacial Turtle's exposed skin!

*Crack*

*Roar*

"Treacherous Serpents!!" The fortress like Titan wailed loudly!

The cracking sound echoed, as if a large steel beam was ripped in half! Blood flowed like an endless river from the Colossal Glacial Tortoise as it roared in agony! The tail had separated itself!

This was humiliation! Aside from that, it was overbearing and it showed that Leviathan had become powerful enough to be a Guardian and he became the ruler of his own species!

The disfigured Frost Serpent slithered on the ground leaving a river of blood as it made it's way over to Leviathan and sunk itself in the black lake. After a few breathes it emerged and it's look had completely changed, it was no longer pure silver and had faint emerald lines on it's body.

It grew something akin to fins on it's body, and the size increased by at least 5 times. In it's eyes, one could see increased intelligence and it's body did not look disfigured anymore!

It became a totally separate being and had claimed independence! It flew in the air beside Leviathan and bowed it's head in a subservient manner as if acknowledging the presence of a Lord's aura! It had never once did this to the Tortoise!

The Colossal Glacial Tortoise froze the wound on it's back and it no longer had a tail which made it look extremely weird to the rest of Titans. It had become disfigured permanently! A Guardian Titan was humiliated in the worse way possible!

"Brother!" The Three Guardians rushed over and surrounded him, as they noticed he had been dealt a grievous blow! Leviathan's eyes suddenly landed on the rest of Titans as they flashed with a cold emerald light!

"Fellow Titans, who have fought on the battlefield of Magnolia or wherever you have hailed from! Each and every single one of us with the exception of these four have fought our way through countless bloody battles to get here! Is that not true?! How much have we sacrificed to get here?"

Suddenly the atmosphere changed, the four Guardians could feel it in their bones.

"Do you know...what these four have been doing?" His voice got increasingly colder as it echoed out.

"Did you know there was a world beyond this? Another battlefield with fresh blood for entities such as ourselves? They hid that from us! Just so they could rule over us and become lords of this cursed cage!" His words were like a hammer that fell on the hearts of the Titans as they looked at him in disbelief.

"You don't believe me? I saw it with my own two eyes, why else would I destroy this dimension? Do you think I'd do it just for us all to die? I may enjoy bloody battles but not to the degree that I would commit suicide knowingly!"Leviathan's words did not seem to contain any lies as he looked at them.

"The Red Diamond I absorbed, was the blood of whoever created those four fools. With it, I had gained not only a few memories of the thing that created them but it specifically said that this Domain would not last forever! Eventually it would crumble on it's own and what we should have been doing was preparing for what comes next!"

"But they lied to us, they told us this was the furthest we could reach. They said we were the end of it all, and serving them was what we were made for. How ridiculous is that? How far-fetched and utterly foolish it was to believe that! We who sacrificed countless lives all in the sake of power, to serve something as weak and fragile as them!"

"I've seen critters with no intelligence that fought to the death even when their legs were smashed, I've seen tiny fishes bite to death their adversaries even after their fins were ripped off. I've seen little cubs charge at foes much bigger than they were knowing they would perish, but because of the pride in their bones they rather lose their lives just to see the enemy bleed!"

"Yet these cowards tell us to serve them? Hahaha! Ludicrous! Absurd! Just look at that the two of them" Leviathan cast a glance at the Divine White Tiger who had yet to recover and still heaved heavily, the Colossal Glacial Tortoise had noticeably lost quite a lot of vitality and didn't seem capable of moving"

"They can't even recover from such wounds, how many of us here have fought in worse conditions? Tell me, which one of you had an easy ascendance? Which one of you was given a spot in this place freely?"

Some Titans still looked at Leviathan coldly, but quite a few suddenly had weird expressions as they looked at the Guardians.

"You can tell right? They were supposed to lead us into what came next, they were supposed to break the shackles of this Domain and lead us into our new battlefield but out of fear they decided to lord over us instead? Laughable! How foolish!"

"Leviathan...is this true?" Suddenly a Golden Horned Bull stepped forward, he had the lower body of a human and the upper body of a bull and his body seemed terribly imposing.

Leviathan knew this particular Titan, he also lived in seclusion in a cave and like Leviathan, he never came out. He was one that did not believe in this Domain, and similarly hated it.

"Minotaurus, do you know me to lie of such things?" Leviathan asked calmly.

Minotaurus snorted coldly as he cast a glance at the four Guardians. Displeasure and a faint hatred emerged in his eyes.

"I knew something was wrong...I had begun contemplating to commit suicide. I absolutely could not take this anymore"The Golden Horned Bull said in a hateful voice as it thundered out.

"To ascend, only to be someones subordinate; how distasteful! I could tell something was wrong, how could this be the end of the road?" Minotaurus moved over to Leviathan's side and stood beside him shocking the Titans.

Suddenly after a short delay, more and more Titans started going over to Leviathan. Until exactly half of the Titans stood with him, and half stood with the Four Guardians who were afraid of change and the dangers that lurked outside the Domain. Strange enough, they could see a pattern in those that sided with Leviathan and those that sided with the Guardians.

The blood-thirsty went with Leviathan, and the cowards stuck with the Guardians. This had become clear when the two groups looked at one another. They could tell by attitude, demeanor and the looks in one another's eyes.

The Four Guardians seemed to discuss something among themselves and then looked at Leviathan coldly.

"...It is true what you say that there is indeed a battlefield beyond this Dimension..However, it is not what you think it is!"The Divine White Tiger said scornfully as it scowled.

"..If you break down the Dimension, we will all die because we are not the match of the things outside of it! As arrogant as I am, I know that much!" The Vermilion Phoenix added as it's piercing voice echoed out.

"However, you will not ever dream about such a place ever again! Naturally we had counter-measures in place!" The Colossal Glacial Tortoise said with a hint of ridicule.

"That's enough talking activate it now!"The Azure Earthern Dragon commanded!

Suddenly the four brothers revealed something akin to four crystal diamonds and flung them together! The four crystal orbs clashed together!

*Rumble Rumble*

Suddenly Leviathan sensed something disturbing as his eyes revealed a ferocious light!

"No!!!!!!!!!" Leviathan roared madly as he flashed and attacked the four crystal orbs!

"World Devouring Calamity!"

Over a thousand emerald fog serpents flew towards the crystal orbs, these emerald fog serpents decayed the grass and earth beneath them and destroyed all life! Wherever they passed, nothing would ever grow again for thousands of years! However, this powerful attack was ultimately repelled shocking Leviathan!

"In case we were not ready to leave this dimension, whoever made us gave us each a counter measure to save ourselves and buy more time!" The Colossal Glacial Tortoise said as it laughed madly and the frost froze the area over!

"How could your measly power possibly destroy something made by the esteemed being that made us? Die and do not resist!" The Vermilion Phoenix had something akin to a sneer on it's face as it looked at Levithan.

"Those of you that do not wish to serve us! Fine! You will serve Leviathan in hell!" The Divine White Tiger snarled in hatred.

Suddenly the space rumbled once more, the dimensions shockingly begun splitting in two!

"Only a single Dimension can be active within this realm, the other will slowly deteriorate! Now patiently wait out your death! Cursed serpent! In not even a millennia or two, this dimension you have created will crumble!" The Azure Earthern Dragon said confidently.

"However, have no fear! There is a way out of this, if a descendant of yours wins the Glory Throne and appears in the next Ascending. Our dimension privileges will be revoked and the both realms will merge as one....However, for an entire milleniia we will have our children slaughter your descendants until none can fight for the next throne!" The Colossal Glacial Tortoise said in mockery.

"You will never leave that slow rotting grave! Hahahaha!" The Colossal Glacial Tortoise laughed without restrained as he remembered his humiliation.

Suddenly Leviathan realized the nasty plot, however he didn't show turmoil or become hateful and laughed and laughed. There was a type of despair, a type of unwillingness in the laughter that made one's skin crawl.

"Fine...so be it cowards. I can respect a good plot and scheme. You...for your sake, you had better hope I never leave this place" Leviathan only said these words before the both Dimensions separated from one another and they could no longer see the face of Leviathan that was filled with a boundless hatred.

Leviathan knew, they would definitely seek out his descendants and kill them all. This was worse than death for a Titan. Descendants were a Titan's legacy, something that could never be replaced.

Being as much cowards as they were, they would definitely see this through. The dimension Leviathan, Minotaurus and the other Titans were in was as dark as night. There were no lights, and no signs of life and the spatial ripples only continued to grow larger.

***

As a Millennia passed, the four Guardians kept their promise and slaughtered all of Leviathan's most prominent and promising descendants by using their own to carry out joint attacks. Directly wiping out his former glory and future prospects.

Leviathan could feel when a descendant of his with a blood of high purity was was killed, over a Millennia he had felt this so many times he had gotten accustomed to it. It wasn't just Leviathan, Minotaurus and the rest of Titans who followed Leviathan suffered the same fate.

The Titans had closed their eyes, awaiting their deaths and did not seem frustrated. It was either this or serve those four bastards and patiently waiting for death didn't sound so bad. They did not blame Leviathan, rather they revered him; he had seen the truth behind the lies and could not accept being a subordinate of anyone.

They understood these feelings, and within the Dark Dimension none of the Titans stirred and not a thing moved. They seemed akin to dark statues as they remained motionless and unresponsive in a state of deep slumber.

In the new Domain of the Progenitors, the story of Leviathan had become something the Four Guardians used to threaten new Titans that ascended with. It had become a story the inhabitants of the new Domain were told, and over time Leviathan and his group became known as the "Corrupted Titans"

***

In the darkness of the Dimension of the Corrupted Titans.

Suddenly, two bright diamond shaped emerald lights flashed that was akin to sun beaming with vitality. This light, were the eyes of the Leviathan as he suddenly awakened from a slumber, waking the surrounding Titans.

'A human?' Leviathan thought as he seemed to be scanning something, his diamond like body unconsciously uncoiled as he raised his head.

"Leviathan?....What is it?" Minotaurus similarly opened his golden eyes and looked at Leviathan with a curious expression. They had long decided to die together in this dark place and did not expect anyone to awaken.

"Hahahaha! Hahahahaha! Interesting! A human...my descendant? Well it seems I am not completely forsaken...Such pure blood! The purest I have ever seen!"

"Minotaurus...we may have a chance this out of this forsaken dimension" Leviathan said without hiding his delight. Minotaurus suddenly smiled wickedly, as he grabbed his two horns so tightly his own hands bled, it seemed as though several emotions were being suppressed.

Upon hearing this, slowly, flashes of light started sparking withing the Dark Dimension. These sparks were the eyes of the Corrupted Titans, slowly awakening. A hatred burning in each of their eyes as they remembered their debts well!

An Emerald fog appeared before Leviathan, which formed a figure of a 16 year old boy. The fog also replicated his surroundings. The delight in Leviathan's eyes did not fade and he continued to gaze, this was the only thing to do within this Dimension and naturally the eyes of all the Corrupted Titans fell on this silhouette.
