《Cursed Era》Note and Feles family tree

I'm really sorry everyone who is reading and enjoying this series.
It's just that I have a lot going on in my life and compared to the first stretch, my daily output has just been dropping a lot.
So, I have to apologise and tell all of you that I really appreciate the support, the ratings and the comments!
And that I'm sorry the revisions took way longer than I expected.
...
Anyway, now that we're caught up, I will be releasing chapters with new plot! So I hope some of the original readers of Cursed Era have stuck around or come back and I promise there won't be big revisions like this... for at least a while(?).
Summary of changes in the revised version
- Tilvrade is younger now, only 7 as of the latest chapter even though the events after the time skip remain largely the same
- Tilvrade's swordsmanship ethos was flipped. Tilvrade is really excited about his technique and skills and is aiming to take after his dad, who he respects and hopes to emulate
- Tilvrade has only done the sharpening experiment and is planning to do a stasis rune experiment over the summer. The heat rune has been removed.
- Note the magic system matured a bit, and I swapped out most references to arrays with runes. Both runes and arrays have a part to play, but runes will be more common.
- Earlier on in the story the time spent in the duke's palace in Gristol was cut from 2 years to 1 winter
- There were a few additions of minor evens such as the peddler getting mad about a shipment of wheat and appealing to Lord Scafel and Viscount Ikburr
- A new fairy tale was introduced with references to the Church of the Sun to lead into the discussion with the Klisimian

- The days of the week system was removed in favour of plain english. The titles were also phased into english versions.
- Some of the memories were smoothed out a bit... though I'll probably have to do more work on this when I revise Cursed Era next. Hoping to do this later rather than sooner so that I can advance the plot somewhat first.
- The character Naenie who was only mentioned in the original draft was replaced with a male character called Nayen who is training to be Tilvrade's valet and apprentice
Release rate
I'm aiming for 3 chapters a week... but I'll have to see how it goes. I don't have any chapter reserve, so I'll see what I can write and update you with how it's going in the chapter notes.
Pacing
If you think that now we're getting over Tilly's early years and it's going to get exciting... think again! Pacing shall continue as it has. Tilly has a long way to go yet.
That being said, I do intend to plan some more action in the spring time, when Tilvrade is 8. If you see opportunities for more action or suspense, please tell me since this isn't my strong point!
Family trees
I've been asked to do some family trees for Tilly and some of the other characters so you guys have a quick reference and I think it's a really good idea! Thanks Zazablord and Killashard for the suggestion.
Now, important bit:
Do any of you know of a good family tree visualisation tool or guide I could use? If I'm going to do this, I'd like it to look good, at least... Please tell me!
Update: Here's a family tree for Tilvrade's family, as described to-date. Doesn't include all the characters, just the ones in the family that are mentioned at some point or another.

The Grey Realm, an Erebus Story.
Written by: Staugroan and The Inklets. Edited by: Claudia Adams. In the beginning there was a god, who watched over and made one world his own. Soon after the god grew restless, but happened to stumble on a small world filled with life. This world was named Erebus by its peoples; humanity. The god was so fascinated with this new world that he started to copy it back home, creating oceans, forests, deserts, and so forth. Then the god created life and eventually his favored creations who would be immortals and be the better of mankind in every way-the elves. So often the god had traveled to Erebus that the two worlds became linked by magic and their inhabitants could cross at will. Relations between the races flourished, and a great empire was born in the Grey Realm, home of the elves. But the god once again grew restless, and set loose great beasts that stood at the top of any food chain, the apex. At first the elves met the challenge and fought them head on. But mankind was not so lucky, they died in droves to push back even a single apex. Something had to be done. Elves and man worked together to begin sealing off the worlds to protect mankind, to limit the ways in and out to better fight the apex off and keep their fellows safe. The ritual had adverse effects the likes of which neither the elves nor man could predict; the sealing of the worlds started slow, but the magic had never been done before, and in their ignorance it spread to completely cut the two worlds off from one another. It ejected the apex, and other magical being back into the Grey Realm, saving Erebus. At first the elves were content, they would find a way back once the apex were dead and gone. But the seal had done more than keep Erebus locked away. The powersource of the seal was magic itself, from both worlds, and it consumed it all greedily. The elves, weakened without their magic, crumbled into ruin, and the apex were free to hunt the other races of the Grey Realm. Two-thousand years later a strange phenomena is occurring and magic is slowly returning to the Grey Realm, and tears open that allow passage to Erebus. Thu'lain and a few elves must make the journey to fallen kingdom of the elves Anosora, in the hopes of reclaiming what was once theirs. They must face their nemesis the apex, and survive not only the species that have turned against them, but a terrible being left behind by the god to kill even the apex. Uch'l'thein, the faceless terror.

Amethyst Phoenix
A sweet nectar drips before me. All other sources of sustenance have dried up. I’m afraid to drink it because I’ve seen the consequences of even a drop too much. But once I drink this sap from the forbidden fruit, it cannot be undone, regardless of whether I take too much. I choose to take this leap through the void. And so I raise this ancient cup. I will not die a husk. A man without ambition is reborn in the body of Aegis Hyades Rastine to a world of fairy tales, only to find that it's as screwed up as any other. War, rape, pillaging, torture, starvation, slavery, genocide... You know, the good old stuff plaguing (Did I mention there were plagues too?) earth. How will he survive? Can he even? Note: This is the first story I've ever written, so I'd appreciate some cut throat critiques on my writing.
