To start, I'm sorry for the lack of chapters. If you don't follow any of my other stories, you wouldn't have seen any announcement relating to my absence.

I would like to say that I've felt like the direction of the story has strayed from where I originally intended and I have decided to rewrite it. I gave it some thought and from what I can see I think my biggest weakness with first-person POV is the delivery of information. I seem to struggle with what's obvious to both the character and the reader. Things like foreshadowing and subtlely have been especially different writing when compared to a third-person pov. I definitely want to continue this story, but with the way it is currently I don't feel it's as good as I can possibly make it.

The good news is, I already have a foundation for the story and many chapters for reference, so it shouldn't take long to get things back on track.
