《Necromancer and Co.》Update, Hiatus

Aaaand the dreaded update has come. I'm really sorry guys. Now, before anyone says the fiction is dropped, it isn't. I've just been slapped across the face by some writer's block is all. The update speed has visibly dropped for a while now as many of you have noticed, and I've been agonizing over it as well. For the past few weeks, it's been harder and harder to write chapters. Over the past three days, I've spent about four to six hours daily writing, and somehow, I only managed to get approximately 2,452 words down. It's fucking horrifying.
And no, this isn't even a problem about planning or lack of preparation like what caused me to hit the block in my last fiction. It's just somehow harder to put the words down. Before, I could breeze through 5k word chapters in just two days, but now, it feels like every single word takes an eternity to write. I think I've burnt myself out, as after re-reading what I've had down so far, it's clear that there's a decline in quality, and there's no way I'm releasing that out here, and to the people that support me.
I don't want to release crappy chapters, so I won't.
Thanks to all the Patrons that have supported me so far. I was really trying to avoid something like this for you guys, but it seems inevitable with the current state of things. I don't know when I'll bounce back and start releasing chapters again, but trust that I won't be going on an absurdly long hiatus like six months or even over a year. I'll keep my Patreon up for the people who want to read the remaining five chapters I have out there, but you guys are in no way obligated to keep yourselves pledged during my downtime. Any support I've already gotten has been great already.

Anyways, with that said, I won't drag this out for any longer. Dissonance is ded, and he'll need to gather a couple child sacrifices by himself to get back on his feet. I'll be off for a while, but I won't be gone. I'll still be alive on my Discord, so if any of you want to ask for some updates, comment on here or ask me directly there. I'm a ping away.
So, yeah. Instead of dying and releasing garbage, I'll just take a break. I'll stop worrying about writing, since it isn't a good idea to do anything while stressed out. I'll enjoy my summer break for a bit, take a couple walks or jogs outside, spend some time with my friends who I haven't been talking to recently, and scream over a couple games with them. For now, I'll be off to have a little fun.
Again, bye guys, and see you later.
