Hi Folks,

So brief update. I've got a work project that involves creating a series of videos over the next two weeks and I'll be dedicating most of my time to that. I'll write when I can but for the most part I'll either not be updating, or my updates will slow considerably.

Next is just a brief response to some story critique.

First off I'm grateful for the critiques some of you are posting, valid and fair points in a lot of places, and hopefully I'll be able to incorporate a lot of the great ideas or writing concepts that you the readers have shared in the Final version of the story (which would ideally be published); however, as we are right now this is a rough draft / skeleton (which hasn't reached completion) and the final story should be signficantly different.

I need to nerf things, re-stat things, and generally do a whole bunch of other not-game-balance related things as well (Like remove redudant story content, or content that's not necessary for the story), and flesh out characters more.

So, that being said.

I understand some of the critiques some of you are pointing out, I agree with some, disagree with some, and will incorporate some— to ultimately make a final version of this story that will be enjoyable, but until that final draft is out this story will have its issues, and I acknowledge that (although what I see as an issue may differ). So I hope we can all continue to move forward and not beat any more agreed upon issues to death.
