Hey guys, I decided to split up that long chapter so for those who see a new chapter and got excited I apologize. I just decided to split up that real long chapter now that it's been out for a few days.

Don't forget to leave a long comment or Advanced review if you've only done a regular one for now. Any constructive criticisms or just things you enjoy about the story I always love to read about.

Plan on going back and start rewriting/restructuring/ & editing the past chapters now but I might not add all my corrections/extra chapters/ or particular points I wanted to do differently with the story to the past chapters just yet....

Book 2; Chapter 5: A Darkness Awakening ... (Part 3)

Cassandra's POV:

"Again I cannot stress enough that last part. In fact none of you should even think of speaking in this meeting nor should your hands ever touch your weapons unless I have chosen to do the same. Even if you think it is a matter concerning His or Her Highness' personal honor or integrity you are to do....NOTHING! If you do not follow these orders that I have given to you, you may lose your life this day...Am I understood." - Master Shen

"Sir, yes sir!!!" - King's Guard

The 100 loyal Elite Knights of the King's Guard were Master Shen's private unit he has helped train and selected personally for their exemplary ability and undying loyalty to the crown. Known commonly throughout the Kingdom as the 'Golden Lions Guard'. All the men and women present were each adorned in the same red cloaks and bright silver armor as the Knight standing beside them. Each adorned with a golden lion on their chests as each of them kept their arms firmly at their sides.

Master Shen, Shakko, Sumei and I were each gathered outside with their personal units who each stood in a small courtyard in single file columns facing the rear of the Castle's inner walls. Hanging from the stones on the castle walls were long banners of Asher's gold and red colors with a Lion insignia. Each of them, as well as myself had on our Royal Guard's uniform that had pure gold on the insignia and trim on every singular piece of armor.

The Royal Castle stood proud and majestic with white stone creating 5 towers hoisting the banner flag of the Royal Asher bloodline.

Not long after we left the Age of Gods dungeon we had reached the outer gates of the Southern District, Löwengrove, which bordered the south wall of Asher's capital city, Fosei-De'leön. Which from what Lucy informs me was something that means 'The Den of Lions.'

Astonishingly with Sir Vali's tremendous abilities we were able to leap over entire cities and skip through the normal hassles that would normally come if we had just taken a royal procession the entire way. What would have taken an entire 2 days of travel from the time we had first entered the Asher territory was reduced to less than an hour.

Not long after we journeyed to a private location we had agreed to meet with Sir Gaven and the King's Guard who had been patiently waiting for us in the southeastern forest of Hyrule. They were each mounted and there waiting with the Royal Carriage as we arrived.

Gaven told no one of this and only alerted the King's Guard this morning of wishing to take a stroll around the Kingdom.

From there it was only a short Royal Procession through the Löwengrove District to the inner cities capital gates and back to His Highness' Royal Manor.

It was still so early in the day and there were thousands of citizens out and about doing business.

We had the King's Guard ride their mounts in our common royal procession procedures just to stop any conflicts from potentially rising between our and Vali's groups. The King and Master Shen were both very cautious over this and made it very aware to the King's Guard to keep a tight formation during the royal procession. This way no accidents would occur while journeying through the city streets.

While Vali rode in the Royal Carriage, his followers had each marched out in front of the Royal Carriage in single file columns and just the looks many of them received was enough to undoubtedly cause a stir within the Capital that is probably being discussed as we speak.

The reactions of each villager, merchant and adventure that gazed upon each of the enchanting figures of some of their females were enough to make me want to vomit over some of the things I had heard.

But what made everyone gasp in shock were not the beauties but instead were towards the overwhelmingly imposing figures of the large white wolf beast-warriors that could stand at eye level with each of the King's Guard riding atop their horses.

Even if Demi-Humans aren't unanimously accepted within the Asher Kingdom, not a single man, woman or child who witnessed these righteous figures could say these were mere ordinary demi-humans.

Each and every one of them completely unaware each of the majestic and imposing figures they had just witnessed for just a brief moment were all in fact, 'God Slayers'.

Master Shen held a serious look commanding the King's Guard while also appearing troubled over just what he was even able to do.

"...I don't believe I've ever seen my Master show such a troubling look before. Are things really so grave?" - Sumei

Sumei adorned in her Royal Guard uniform which matched my own, spoke while standing right next to me.

"....." - Shakko and myself

Our silence caused Sumei to now turn towards each of us standing in place out beside her looking concerned.

"...While we're not permitted to speak much on the matter, Sir Sumie. I believe Master Shen is only troubled because he fears he may be unable to accomplish his duty should the need arise for it, regardless of his efforts. "

'I too am troubled by this....'

"Cassandra is correct....A change is going to come to the Capital soon. One that none of us are capable of stopping. Best we can hope for is to minimize the damage as best we are able....." - Shakko

Sumei was the only one to turn and look towards Shakko and I who didn't even respond to her amazement. 'How can you even explain it to someone without seeing it for yourself. Sumei and the Royal Guard who came along the first time to meet with Vali were sadly only one small piece of an even greater existence that makes me feel we have now seemingly attached ourselves to his heals almost. '

Just the simple fact of there being such a large and overwhelmingly powerful demi-human force within the Kingdom is enough reason to cause a massive stir within Asher that I'm sure we are even currently unaware of.

The King and Queen have however instructed we are to just do our best to reduce any of the strife and damage the Kingdom may take on in the coming days. It's at this point I think Shakko, Master Shen and I had finally come to a realization of this undeniable truth and are unable to properly put into words over such a strange and unsettling feeling.

On the Queen's orders, any information regarding Vali and his demi-human forces, the Age of Gods dungeon and even what they are capable of is now highly guarded information.

We were instructed to not even tell any of the other Royal Guards anything that has happened over the few days of our absence or anything we've witnessed. If information got out about Vali and if we had caused such a leak from occurring, then we would face the consequences of having done something he made very clear would sever our relations with him.

We aren't even allowed to reveal to any of our family the ever lingering fear that continues to suffocate my thoughts each time I think of a large herd of those giant creatures that are now wondering free on the Continent.

Thankfully, we were unable to see any tracks anywhere within or near the Asher territories from any of those grotesque creatures. Sir Vali seems to think the Fomorians he witnessed must have headed more North, up along the Jheroki mountains that extend almost the entire length of the Continent.

We can only pray they do not ever turn West, or Asher and any Human Colony within the Continent would undoubtedly be faced with unspeakable disaster.

Apparently only two of those things were able to destroy an entire city from what Vali had claimed. While our Kingdoms are incomparable in terms of military might, I fear our Kingdom would no less meet a fate no different than they had if we hadn't met with such a tremendous blessing in Vali who is now acting as a watchful guardian at our backs.

"Hey, how much of those...things did Sir Vali say escaped?"

I whispered to Shakko who was to my left and without turning his head I heard him whisper back something that caused a cold bead of sweat to roll down my face.

"200 he believes.....I know, I felt the same way when hearing that. It's simply impossible to predict the chaos that may soon blanket over the continent. " - Shakko

This piece of intel that Vali had revealed to have seen during the big battle is something that caused me to lose my composure I prided myself in as a Noble daughter of the Kriaser family.

I could feel a bead a cold sweat slowly run down my forehead and into my eye causing me slightly shake.

"C..Cassandra...Are you alright?" - Sumei

I felt nauseous to my stomach over what I had just heard but after taking a deep breath I shook my head to compose myself.

"I'm fine, so where is this Envoy from Myro anyways?"

To my question Sumei spoke that he is somewhere within the Capital and has probably received word the King has arrived.

They are now heading back to the Royal Castle to receive an audience with his majesty and it is something that is causing quite a bit of commotion within the Royal Manor.

"Probably here to apologize for their failed assassination attempt on his Highness and losing one of their highest decorated officers in the process as well....Such an unlucky individual to have ran into such an enigma as Sir Vali." - Shakko

"Most likely Shakko but I'm sure they will just feign ignorance over such things. I'm more interested in knowing how an envoy arrived within Asher's capital so soon. Even with one of their famed wyverian riders or their blazing war stallions it would still take much longer to arrive so quickly... They however didn't arrive within Asher territory until just this morning." - Sumei

"...Perhaps members of the Envoy were contacted when they were already not far from the Kingdom."

"Yes, or they were already sent in preparation of the assassination attempt already failing." - Shakko

Each of us looked towards Shakko after his strange comment when we heard one of the members of the King's Guard speak out.

"Sir, Master Shen sir!....." - King's Guard

Master Shen stopped pacing back and forth and looked towards one of the older members of the King's guard who had spoken up while saluting his superior officer.

"What is it?......" - Shen

"Is everything alright sir! Is, is it about those large demi-humans? Is there something we should know?" - King's Guard

"Sir Master Shen I too am curious? Are things really so serious for you to show such a look and speak with such heavy words? Is there anything we may do to assist you Sir Master Shen?" - Female King's Guard

One of the few female members of the King's guard then spoke up with a rather hoarse voice for a lady.

"Yeah, I'm fine just thinking is all... And you will all be provided information when I've decided the time for it. Till then, as I said....Best behavior and don't ever forget your duty to Asher! You are to uphold the safety, dignity and wishes of His and Her Highness while also putting the safety of this Kingdom's citizens above your own. For a Kingdom Knight none of these words are false. Whether they be Noble, demi-human, rich, poor or...even a slave. They all live within our walls and as protectors over all those who call this beautiful Kingdom home, it is our sacred duty to each of them, and we mustn't forget this..... " - Master Shen

To Master Shen's strange words several of the King's Guard began to make odd faces and peering around to one another. Each curious over Master Shen's words and why he would say such things.

"Umm, you wish us to...Place the lives of demi-humans above our own Sir, Master Shen? " - King's Guard

“Sir Master Shen I dare never say such words are not true but is Sir, Master Shen really insisting as a King's Guard we are to place the lives of a slave before our own? Isn't this just..." - King's Guard

"Is this about those demi-humans we were escorting before? Is it that they have befriended his Highness so...That is why Sir, Master Shen is speaking such words?" - King's Guard

Even Sumei made a strange look to her Master who looked unpleased by each of their looks. Asking someone who has trained their whole lives and hold such honor and respect throughout the entire Kingdom as a member of the Golden Lions Guard to commit to such words is asking a lot.

Even if each of them are upstanding and moral individuals who have a strong sense for justice, but I doubt many of them would necessarily leap into a life threatening situation to save a slave. Someone who isn't even necessarily a citizen within Asher but at the same time holds rights and like Shen just stated, call this Kingdom home. As a Kingdom Knight we are sworn allegiance to uphold the virtue of the King and to protect all who call this nation home. None of Shen's words had in anyway violated this oath.

Shen took a deep breath and stuck out his large chest the caused the steel plates on his armor to start to expand outward. Thinking over everything he knew about Vali from the first time seeing him in Aldain. Thinking over all of the things he spoke with King Asher and each of his aspirations for not only him and his people but for our Kingdom as well but naturally wasn't something that could just be talked about.

"Your responsibility is to uphold the safety and wellbeing of all those who live within our walls...That is your duty. Some choose to forget demi-Humans living freely or not within these walls still hold rights in this Kingdom. Which is unlike most of the Kingdoms in the region. We don't treat slaves like items, we see them as living beings...

I'm not asking you to do anything differently than what is already required from a Kingdom Knight or to change any of your normal routine. I'm simply reminding those here to be very mindful of your actions from here on and as I said, best behavior. This Kingdom will soon face many tribulations and if we are destined for greatness then this is where we our Kingdom will enter into a new age. So from here on be mindful of how you treat others whether they be Demi-Human, child or....no especially a child. Act according to the Knight's Code and that will be enough for me.....Are my words clear?" - Shen

"Sir, yes Sir Master Shen!" - King's Guard

"Sir Master Shen! Word from His Royal Highness. " - Mounted King's Guard

Riding atop a stallion and galloping over to where we each were was someone bringing word from the King.

Shen took a small piece of parchment from the mounted King's Guard and read over his Majesties words before looking towards both Shakko and I and nodding.

"So this is what they have planned? This should be interesting..... It's time....." - Shen

"Hehehe, should be for a nice show whenever everyone gets a glimpse of the Kingdom's new and most orthodox Vassal." - Shakko

“You have a rather generous outlook on things."

"Hehe how can I not? Asher is about to enter a new age and it should at least be fun to witness such monumental days to come....." - Shakko

"If only we can all be so carefree.... Don't forget your purse before we adjourn to the Royal Throne Room." - Shen

Master Shen turned and walked past Shakko who followed closely behind making a sarcastic laugh for all the King's Guard to here.

Each of us followed behind Master Shen while the King's guard marched in perfect unison behind each of us.

Shakko, however started overly elaborating with his hands while he spoke so others could see how sarcastic he was being while still wearing a mask.

"Oh ha ha ha. Lucky for us all I'm not a maiden or you'd probably try to fuck me too.... How your dick hasn't fallen off yet due to rot is probably a bigger miracle than the Gods gifting the world with the embrace of their ever warming flames... Not unlike that crotch of yours, no doubt..." - Shakko

Some of the surrounding King's Guard began to chuckle to themselves and Shen who was softly laughing back without even turning around.

"Haha, if I found it so hard to find a beautiful lass to fill my bed, I'd probably say something like that too...." - Shen

The two continued their bickering like an old married couple all the way until we reached the entrance into the Royal Court. I no longer wished to think on all that was plaguing my mind, but instead couldn't help but be impressed with how these two are both able to cope with such pressing matters.

"...Hey do you think if in the inevitable time comes that it does fall off, you think that you could get a metal attachment for that too?.... Oh, what a sad day it would be for all the nation's beauties and trees that happen to have a small enough opening, that's justtttt at the right height." - Shakko

'Mmph.....'

"Ahahahaha!" - King's Guard

We were all gathered within the Royal Court which was commonly known as the throne room.

Even when first entering, I was surprised to see almost a hundred members from all over the capital had already arrived and were waiting for his Highness to appear. Many Noble families were being represented, several Dukes and Ministers over military affairs as well as some wealthy families who own several businesses and properties throughout the Asher Kingdom.

Almost half of the powerful Noble families and wealthy figures of Asher were actually already present here this afternoon awaiting inside the Royal Court where matters to Kingdom's affairs on business and policy are discussed.

There are even several high ranking officials within the local churches present today which isn't exactly uncommon. But word must have obviously traveled around the Capital over the appearance of an Envoy from the Kingdom of Myro. It also happened to be the 14th Prince of the Royal Family who had appeared as the Envoy and many present were surely curious as to his reasons for appearing here today, claiming to have a message from his father, the King of Myro.

Myro held a tremendous deal of prestige within the Continent that no other Kingdoms are even capable of being compared to. They hold the strongest and largest army within the East and even have a Champion from the Gods winning many heroic battles that are being sung throughout the surrounding Kingdoms.

They have also recently extended their resources and have successfully absorbed surrounding nations in the area, one of which being Trost which holds the second highest population of any Kingdom on the Continent due to such a large number of slaves they have added to their armys already strong numbers.

News of Myro sending an Envoy has surely traveled to the upper echelons of Asher of the alliance between these two large and strongly founded Kingdoms.

Some of those here are probably no doubt working with Myro, but Gaven was unable to find any leads on which faction the assassination attempt came from because it had to have come from inside the Kingdom. They wouldn't have gotten so close or successfully persuaded members of the Royal Guard who were sworn to protect the Royal Family from their unforgivable betrayal.

"His Highness the Crown Prince

"Ah! Such a lovely day is it not...MMm.... How are you today? My lady...My lady.... Hmphahaa" - Prince Dominique

The familiar voice of the crown Prince entered my ears and I had almost forgotten the one whom I was betrothed to. So much has honestly happened in such little time, I've honestly had much more pressing matters to attend to.

"Look! It's the Crown Prince! He looked at me. " - ?

"He's so handsome and his golden hair is so noble! He is just the embodiment of what royalty truly looks like." - ?

Prince Dominique strutted through the Royal Throne Room's long hall with a large smile beaming on his face while receiving the crowd’s affections. He greeted many that he walked past with the same flirtatious behavior he is known well for throughout the territories.

Standing next to him were a few members of the Royal Guard and James Standing at attention behind him.

When he saw me standing next to several members of the Royal Guard standing in a line in front of the Royal Throne and waiting for His and Her Highness to reveal themselves.

"Ah, if it isn't my betrothed!....Cassandra you are looking lovelier and lovelier with each passing day. Your hair brings a shine as glorious as the sun and skin fairer than daphodile's petal when caressed by the rain... " - Prince Dominque

Because I didn't wish to even dignify that with a response, I chose to instead bow and greet his majesty.

"Your Highness....."

"Hmph... Where have you been? I've missed seeing your continually growing beauty in my life." - Prince Dominique

The Prince's words caused many of the surrounding noble maidens to swoon to the Crown Prince's rather clever display he likes to put on in front of others. I've already known this to be an act long ago. I've also seen the way he looks at me and what he really wants behind all those polished words of his.

"Oh, his Highness is such a hopeless romantic?" - ?

"She's so lucky to be able to become one of Prince Dominique's wives. Why can't he show me some attention!" - ?

The Prince smiled at me for a bit longer and without saying anything else to his fiancé he walked to another side of the large hall to greet several members of the Nobility.

'...There was no definitive evidence of the Crown Prince's involvement with the King's assassination so as to the true culprit, we are all unsure to who their identity may actually be. Someone willing to pledge loyalty to his Highness and dare show such wicked dreams of betrayal is an act that should damn a hundred generations with ridicule and spite... Hah, my father always did speak that the Royal Court is a den of vipers and lions all vying for their own benefit.'

"Sir Cassandra! It is such a pleasure to see you again...." - Elder Priestess Irvene

I noticed the voice of a close friend of mine I hadn't seen in several months since her time traveling the continent with some of the Elite Paladins and some high figures within the Church of Freya. Her and I are both the same age and grew up together playing games while our parents would meet and discuss business, so we have naturally become quite close over the years.

She was wearing a light yellow robe with green trim and embroideries made from the finest fabrics that are given to all the Priests and Priestesses within their Church. She, however, last I spoke with her, was only a Blue Robed Priestess symbolizing her status as a Reverend member of the Church. But now she is wearing a light yellow robe signifying her new status as an Elder within the Asher branch of the Freya Church even at such a young age.

Her abilities with something as divine as holy magic is what caused us to not be able to spend as much time together since we both went on to do completely different things. She is, however, my oldest and dearest friend.

"Irvy...Or..Hmph, I guess it's Elder Priestess Irvene now isn't it?"

"Hoho, oh hush it's not like I'm a Bishop or the Patriarch himself. Come here and give your childhood friend a hug....." - Irvene

Irvene's long orange hair is what made her stand out as a child but even as a young adult she looks hardly any different than when we were kids, she even laughs the same.

I wrapped both my arms around her, wishing to tell her all the tales from my time since we last spoke but since I was unable all I could do was quietly continue hugging her.

"Irvene!!!!" - Princess Lucy

Just then Lucy wearing a large blue dress came running through the Royal Court next to her older sister and came over to greet Irvene. With me being the Princess' Royal Guard, she has obviously gotten to meet Irvene before and like me cares a great deal for this holy woman.

"Ah! Look how big you’re getting! Come here and give this Priestess a proper hug right this second..." - Irvene

Irvene picked Princess Lucy off the ground and brought her close to her chest and gave her a big hug.

"Hehehe... I know I'm getting real tall! I've missed you a whole lot Irvene. Hehe did you know I got a new Knight!" - Princess Lucy

"Oh, is she anything like and of your other friends. I really like them...." - Irvene

After setting the Princess down, Lucy started giggling and I was then worried at just how much this little one would disclose with so many open ears around. Though not many are really paying attention to us either, I mustn't let Lucy forget her Royal father and mother's orders.

"Hehe, nope! He's really, really, really strong! And so cool with all these amazing friends! I can't wait till everyone gets a look at him ehehehe...." - Lucy

"Hoh! Is that right?... A male Knight this time? Well, I'd always be happy to meet the young Princess' new friend." - Irvene

Irvene looked towards me curiously and I just shook my head unknowing what really to say.

"Hmph, little Lucy keeps bringing up this new Knight of hers. Even I'm a bit curious as to what has caused her to act in such a way hmphmph....." - Princess Olivia

Walking up and entering into the conversation was the Royal Princess of Asher, Lucy's older sister Olivia. Both Irvene and I bowed in greeting her and she came over and picked up Princess Lucy in her arms with a large smile on her face.

"Cassandra, I feel like I haven't seen you in ages my dear sister. Both of you, it's not nice to leave this lonely Princess all alone without any girls to talk to." - Princess Olivia

"Hmph, well I am not your sister quite yet your Highness, but yes I have missed our chats as well.”

"Oh psh, what's the point of waiting to address you as such? You’re a lot better than all the loose bimbos dear brother seems to only bring around....Hah, you both mustn't leave this Princess like that again do you hear me hmph...." - Princess Olivia

Princess Olivia gave a big smile towards her sister in her arms and then back at me treating us no differently than actual sisters.

She looked towards both me and Irvene and asked what we had each been up to since last we spoke.

Irvene began speaking about her time traveling and getting to work closely with Cardinal Hope who has recently went to visit the Pope of the Freya Church on this Continent and lives within the small area occupied by the Holy Alliance and is believed to be one of their Sacred Grounds.

Not even some high officials of from Churches from the most High Gods, and even many Champions are ever allowed to enter into such a holy place even in their whole lifetimes. It is even rumored that a living Deity lives there. However none of this is truly known since it is one of the Holy Alliance's most sacred of places. It is only ever talked about in rumors so much that it has become a mysterious legend. Most humans would spend their whole lives without ever seeing something as Divine as a Deity so naturally it would be something many would often dream about.

I wonder what these two would say if they knew I myself had witnessed a God and watched his downfall just before my eyes....Hmph, ignorance is bliss as they say.

"And what about you dear sister Cassandra? How was your trip with Royal Father and Royal Mo....." - Princess Olivia

"Hmmm?” - Irvene

Both Irvene and Princess Olivia both lightly twitched and turned their heads to look towards the Royal Court's main entrance.

Each of them showed such distinct looks of curiosity until I had noticed just what it was that had caused each of them to turn.

Just then an ever increasing feeling began to press against my face and then fully wrap itself around my body.

All the faces of those in the Royal Court began making the same face and slightly trembled when turning towards the throne room's entrance.

I could feel as if my heart was beginning to beat rapidly and noticed now everyone within the Royal Court was no longer talking and were all staring towards the main entrance of the great hall.

The entire room started to grow silent until it was quiet enough to hear the sound of a raindrop all the wan on the opposite side of the hall.

"....Who is that?" - Olivia

"....What is this feeling? I've never felt such an intimidating aura before not even from Cardinal Hope? This is..." - Irvene

"Ehehehe....These are all my new friends silly. Hehe...What do ya think?" - Princess Lucy

To the Princess' words both Irvene and Princess Olivia glanced back towards Lucy with concerning eyes, but only for a brief moment before turning back around. Not only them both, but several members of the Royal Court had also faintly heard the Princess' words causing each of their eyes to twitch unnaturally.

The entire Royal Court was then met with the image of several large figures now being given access to enter the throne room and advancing through the great hall.

The image of Gaven and Master Shen both were walking out in front of Sir Vali whose entrance was impossible not to take notice of by any of the eyes within the grand hall.

It was to the point that all those staring towards Master Shen and Gaven with their high prestige within the Royal Court to be completely overshadowed by the towering figures walking behind each of them.

"What in the heavens!!! Look at those things!" - ?

"Ugh, they're...They're huge!!!" - ?

"Wh..who are they?" - ?

Some of the same banter we heard in the city streets again started once again inside the Royal Court and all eyes were glued on Vali and the members of his party that demanded attention from their incredible aura. It was as if the faintest glow was around their bodies that beamed with such charisma and authority that no one could stop themselves from staring.

Irvene held an open mouth with eyes frantically moving from one figure to the next just before turning and looking towards me who could only give back to her an apologetic look.

From the small silver wolf with a black mist floating around him, to the brightly glowing pixies that some were even lit ablaze, to the overly large white furred Annunakes who stood at roughly the height of a man riding a large horse. All eyes within the throne room could not stop looking at the imposing figures who just appeared before them this day.

With every step Vali and those with him took, everyone could only more so feel the overwhelming presence from each of the God Slayers all walking side by side.

Sir Vali however didn't seem too phased by all the looks they were getting nor did any of those with him. The sounds of the Pixies laughter however also began to echo inside the grand hall causing many to start to come out of their brief trance.

Gaven and Shen both walked to their positions and pointed to the left of the throne room, not more than a few steps from myself and the Royal Guard.

Each of the King's guard were surrounding the entirety of the grand hall and were also acting as barriers from standing between Sir Vali's guards and anyone else.

Since I was standing at the bottom steps from the Royal Throne behind me, Vali and his group were actually very close to me.

"Hehe....Valiiiii!!!!" - Princess Lucy

Princess Lucy climbed down from her sister and ran over to Sir Vali and grabbed one his hands excitedly while spinning underneath his arm like they were both dancing.

Sir Vali still wore the same black cloak but now wore a black V-neck underneath. 'Perhaps, Dark Lords need to where black for some reason...'

His attire could also be considered excessively rude to some. But considering many of the Annunakes here aren't wearing anything on their upper bodies, who would say anything to him?

Many of the onlookers now had their eyes glued on Sir Vali and the Princess not knowing what to make of this scene. Many of them started whispering to the other trying to make sense from it but eventually just started showing looks of no longer caring.

Some showed looks of curiosity while there were many who showed ones of disdain towards the Demi-humans that were standing at such a VIP location. Right at the foot of the Royal Throne and closest to his Majesty.

Eventually though most of the eyes that were each looking towards them had eventually ceased after seeing Sir Vali. Whispering that he wore the clothes of a commoner which upon many of them noticing had decided to no longer care.

Those whispers started coming from sides of the Nobility and were undoubtedly said to be heard causing many of the onlookers to lose attention towards Vali and those of his followers rather quickly. Making the great hall return to what it had been before.

"Royal Sister! Irvene this is him! Isn't he amazing!" - Princess Lucy

Irvene gave a calming smile and nodded back while Princess Olivia gave a very curious look towards the white haired man standing next to her younger sister.

She however after only sparing a glance like many of the other Nobles didn't show as much interest in him after thinking him to be a commoner. It is however not been revealed to the public just who Vali is yet and his newly granted 'Noble' status.

I'm sure those here are in for a very rude awakening, but from what Shen says this is only the 'first act' of what his Highness and Vali have planned for today.

Irvene and Princess Olivia both instead of trying to make sense of it all, had both walked over to the opposite side of the Royal Court after they noticed the emergence of both the Queen and King appearing behind the throne.

"All bow before the presence of His and Her Royal Highnesses, the King and Queen of the glorious Asher Kingdom!!!!" - Gaven

Gaven's deep voice echoed throughout the great hall and after that, both the King and Queen came out wearing their Royal Crowns and robes made from the finest silk and perfectly cut diamonds. Each reflecting the sky light leaking in from the stained glass towering over the throne room here today.

All in attention immediately bowed their heads within his majesty's presence while he and his wife both adjourned to the Royal Throne.

His Highness then sat down while his wife stood stoically next to her husband while placing her hand on her husband's shoulder.

I began to hear whispers in the Royal Court and before I could determine to where the sound had come from, a loud roar came from the left side of the great hall.

"Psh! Outrageous!!!! How dare you not bow in the presence of our King!!! " - Duke Zong

"How dare you disrespect his Royal Majesty and within the Royal Court no less! Have you no eyes!!!!" - Minister of Military Affairs

"Unforgivable! Truly a slap to his Majesties honor!" - Volner Noble

"Audacious!" - Ghellner Noble

Many large outcries began to erupt within the Royal Court causing many others to start voicing their outrage upon looking up and seeing that Vali alongside all those with him had chosen to not bow down.

'Oh, no I completely forgot about this!....'

I quickly looked towards Shen who was now standing to my left and gave a look that this was all to be expected.

Such an act to some can be seen as an extreme act of defiance and heresy. It is surely a sign of disrespect but the King has already been acclimated to such new experiences.

Immediately several of the large white wolves alongside Vali's pet had each taken a step forward while wildly baring their fangs for all those in the great hall to see.

"Dare growl at me you disgusting dogs! " - Ghellner Noble

"How dare a mere demi-human act so audaciously in the Royal Court! Such a sin is worthy of death!" - Duke Zong

Such an action had caused many of the Noble Factions in attendance show looks of horror and disgust. Many then started to take out their weapons in response after some of the Nobles and even the prestigious Duke Zong had spoken.

Which then had caused almost all members of the King's Guard to then reach for their weapons.

But Before any of them could however the image of Shen holding his arm out to the side instructed them to hold back, had forced each of them to obediently not unsheathe their weapons.

"SILENCE!!!!! Who dares raise your voices within this court before I have even addressed you. Have I yet given any of you such liberties to speak? Yet you actually commit such a crime as unsheathing your weapons within my Royal Court! Have you no self control as leaders of our great nation! Do you feel your King is unable to speak for himself!!! Go on speak! This King demands an answer or bare the rightful punishment that follows.... " - King Asher

The King's loud roars echoed throughout the great hall causing all those present to become silent in response.

The King rarely had outbursts like that but to such an outcry over such a situation had caused many to give his Highness looks of disbelief and shock.

Duke Zhong's long, white beard furrowed and he seemed almost unsure at what he had just witnessed from the King.

He was not angry with those with Vali but those who had decided to call them out in place of his Highness.

"Ah, my apologies my King!!! I did not dare mean to offend!" - Volner Noble

"I apologize for my abrasiveness your Grace! I ask forgiveness for such a foolish outburst!" - Ghellner Noble

Both Nobles lowered themselves and prostrated themselves on the ground placing their heads on the ground begging the King's forgiveness over such actions that caused him to become so upset.

Only Duke Zong had yet to prostrate himself in front of his Highness. He looked towards Vali and his group with anger but did not dare say a word that could further infuriate his Highness and instead turned back and bowed.

"My deepest apologies your Grace....I just could not stomach such blatant disrespect to his Highness' majestic dignity, I had lost side of myself. I beg the King's forgiveness....." - Duke Zhong

The King had waited until Duke Zhong had bowed and pleaded for forgiveness and several members of the Nobility had no longer spoke.

King Asher's entire tone had calmed down and he instead addressed Duke Zhong in a much friendlier matter than before.

"Hmph...So that is why you chose to speak out Duke Zhong? Is that all?...Hehe, it is but a small matter and is not something to even be concerned about. They never meant it as an offence to me. They are only showing respect to the God they worship.... That is all..." - King Asher

To the King's words everyone didn't know how to respond but look back towards the small demi-human group that is now all of a sudden being granted a most abnormal treatment. Such an event is something causing many of the strong factions represented within the great hall to wonder just who these strange figures the King had returned with and why he is showing them such respect.

"B..but your Highness? A God that commands they do not bow before our King? How could we allow for such aud....." - Noble Volner

"Enough!!! …. I don't wish to hear about this any longer. My Royal Guard do not bow whenever we entered the chambers and why? Because I gave them the authority not to so, as to stay better alert....It is a privilege I have decided to grant and who are you to say any different? What I say is law... And if I permit these few to such an indulgence it is my right to give.....Or do you believe the King to be wrong?" - King Asher

"Ah!...Of course not your Grace! I dare not ever claim the King to be wrong. I only speak up for your honor." - Noble Volner

The old man continued fumbling with his words and deciding it was best to not even speak over it any longer.

"Haha, is that so? Well then so be it... This is the last I wish to hear of this though. These new faces you are each seeing here today are my honored guests. They are going to become a new addition to the great Kingdom of Asher soon and this King is truly honored for such an alliance together between our two groups..... Ah Sir Vali, may you approach?....." - King Asher

The King sat atop his throne and ushered Vali to step forward and approach the throne.

To the King's words not a single sound could be heard as if it was unbelievable.

Every single person present did not have a look of amazement towards the seemingly common young man who was being treated with such high respect from His Highness there are now many here rethinking the identity of such a mysterious person.

Vali smirked and walked forward while letting go of Princess Lucy and stepping out and facing his and her Highness. The Princess then ran over towards her sister with light echoes of her feet tapping against the stone.

Now standing just a few paces in front of myself was the so called 'monster in the woods' as he so readily claimed for himself.

With a brief glance towards me his gaze then moved towards the throne.

"Hmph, today is a day that will one day undoubtedly be rejoiced by the masses for the times to come I am sure. And this King has decide......." - King Asher

The King's words stopped mid-sentence when his line of sight stopped looking towards Vali and instead somewhere just over his head. It was then we heard the call from a member of the King's guard introducing a small group of figures entering into the Royal Court.

"His Highness, the 14th Prince of Myro presents himself before his Royal Highness the King!" - Asher King's Guard

"Why hello there your Highness.... I was hoping to catch you on your return to the castle. I sure am fortunate you had appeared so soon which is truly splendid for this Prince...." - ?

Walking through the great hall behind Vali, were two approaching figures being tailed by several heavily armed guards.

They had a very imposing atmosphere around them that caused all the great hall not to clamor. From the 10 black armored guards to the two noble looking figures standing out front and the black beast at their side had each caused a stir to occur within the Royal Court.

Each of them wore matching black armor and red robes and were each dawning the colors of the Royal banner of Myro.

"Huh, it's Prince Fredrick! The 14th Prince of Myo's Royal Son's...." - ?

"Hah! What is one of his majesty's royal sons doing here in the Royal Court, delivering a message from his father the King perhaps?" - ?

The hall started to grow quiet as the small number from the envoy entered into the great hall alongside the 14th son of Myro wearing a bright red robe with black pants and a large fur black coat that matched his hair.

Each of the figures approached closer and closer towards Vali and the King at my back.

"Ah, if it isn't the 14th Prince. Of course I don't mind getting the opportunity to see the young Prince whenever he has the time to visit my Kingdom." - King Asher

The young Prince walked forward and now started getting almost as much attention and looks of awe than even Prince Dominique had received in his own capital.

If I looked at him now I'm sure he would be fuming. Prince Dominique lost a duel when he was much younger by the Seventh Prince of Myro and is also Prince Fredrick's older brother.

Regardless if they are only brothers however, they both shared the same air as each other and had an enormous amount of arrogance each time I've even heard about one of them.

The black armored guards next to him looked to be strong warriors of Myro and the man next to him had a thin face and long black hair. He also had a strange looking large black panther beast standing next to him with large muscular paws.

"Hmph, while I don't rather care to travel to such a place I did however wish to extend a message to you from Royal Father and grant his Majesty and his Kingdom an invitation to join in a special cross country tournament for each of the 12 strongest nations on the Continents greatest warriors! Royal Father has personally asked me to deliver this invitation to you, your Grace. In hopes that you would be so willing to attend ....." - Prince Fredrick

The Prince reached out with a pale white letter that was then grabbed by Sir Guren and then brought forth to his majesty.

Many of those present continued talking amongst themselves over the news over the Prince's message and the great hall started to buzz.

"Humph, did we not have the annual Festival of Nations just half a year ago? What is this cross-country tournament that I am hearing of so suddenly?" - King Asher

"Hmph, why yes your Highness is correct. Hard to forget such a spectacular event but this is much different than the previous tournament. Only the 12 strongest nations within the East will be allowed entry into competing in the event and this is not a battle between the younger generations, but rather a friendly competition between the strongest fighters and wizards from our Kingdom's we hail....." - Prince Fredrick

"A cross-country competition? " - Ghellner Noble

"Hah! Is this just to proclaim your so called Hero of Myro, and winner of the last tournament to spread his fame more!" - Volner Noble

"That's right, and why would Myro be willing to step away from their war with the Elves just to show off?" - Wealthy Merchant

Chatter continued to fill the great hall and the Prince looked around smiling before claiming this was merely a friendly competition between nations.

He also spoke of the Grand Prize to the first participant would acquire a Martial Skill of a 'Rare' quality and a custom grade magical armor fashioned from their finest blacksmith Jeoff Grenfell, who is famed throughout the entire Continent.

In fact the prizes for the top 10 which was listed off by the Prince was enough to cause all those in the Royal Court to clamor on and on wishing to know how to be allowed to take part in such a tournament.

Each nation would be allotted 5 slots that they are allowed to fill with any number of magic or fighting class competitors of their choosing and rules and knowledge over the styles of combat will not be revealed into the day of.

Everyone was giving such looks of wishing to acquire such magnificent treasures and hoping to earn one of the 5 slots to represent the Kingdom of Asher.

All but a small few....

"Seriously...Yeah, I'm not lying, no way I can make that up." - Vali

"Ah, but ah that's just......" - Adimar

"So wait, before every battle from now on, they're wanting to cut off their own arms and legs?... That's just going to happen now?" - Alderon

"Hey, if it works right?...." - Vali

"I suppose...." - Akino

"That's just morbid...." - Grayfia

"Psh, your morbid you loose wolf." - Cyanin

"Do you even know what morbid means little one?" - Grayfia

"I don't have to, I'm sure it describes you perfectly!" - Cyanin

The chatter from over to our right had started to get noticed by everyone after Vali and his companions voices continued echoing even as the hall grew quiet once more waiting for his Highness' answer.

The King and Queen had finished reading the invitation and the Prince was left waiting for their response. While he continued looking around the room he would occasionally glance over towards Vali, who had moved over towards his group, and couldn't help but be attracted to the strange sense pressing him when standing so close.

The God Slayer's each have this strange ability where it's like you can almost feel them.

The Prince's eyes stopped on several of the Annunakes who were originally standing behind Vali and the large wolves had suddenly emerged into view.

His eyes grew large and didn't care to hide his curiosity either.

"My, my....What do we have here?" - Prince Fredrick

The young Prince started walking over while trying to woft his long hair and approached Vali's group.

"No, you’re a loud, small minded little Pixie!" - Cyanin

"Do you hear yourself?" - Grayfia

"Guys, seriously knock it off....." - Vali

"I hear myself just fine! And I do it without those big goofy things on top of my head too...." - Cyanin

The Annunake maiden's ears dropped to the sides and all those of Vali's group seemed almost uninterested with everything happening within the Royal Court. None of them had even acknowledged the 14th Prince who was now only a few steps away from them.

He stood just a few steps away from Vali and his companions but none of them had even glanced in the Prince's direction this entire time and were instead focused on some conversation that no one was able to understand. All that could be heard and understood was from Vali who was now just shaking his head.

"Careful little one, I do bite..." - Grayfia

"Psh, you think you can hurt me..." - Cyanin

The Prince's face started to turn grim as he looked towards Vali who now had one of the Pixies being held back by him with his hand also around the tall Annunake maiden keeping them away from each other.

They weren't fighting but it was clear these two were arguing and trying to taunt the other.

As they each continued to wiggle around Vali all the surrounding onlookers were now staring at only Vali and the majestic Pixie whose skin shined like a diamond and the curvaceous maiden who was wearing rather revealing clothing.

She dressed like the other Annunakes but their tops were short and didn't cover much, and they each wore white cloth that had slits do the legs revealing her smooth skin and nicely toned figure.

BOom!

With two swipes of Vali's arms, he chopped downward on both girls causing them both to immediately duck down and hold onto their heads after a loud bang could be heard from my ears.

"Oweeouch! Vali, wha'd you do that for?" - Cyanin

"MMmm, yes why did Alpha strike this one so suddenly?" - Grayfia

"Seriously? You're being loud...Yeah, see that now everyone's paying attention to us now?" - Vali

Vali nonchalantly scanned around the Royal Court and the 14th Prince in front of him and looked back towards the two crouching girls.

I could almost see Prince Fredrick’s line of sight and see his anger boiling from being ignored entirely by those in front of him. Without even willing to acknowledge his presence seemed to almost caused his emotions to boil.

Then just as quickly his face had turned back to normal. He then started slowly approaching and then reached his hand towards the white haired Annunake who was closest to Vali.

The King began to speak up whenever just what each of those who knew Vali started to think would happen.....did.

"Ah, Prince Fredrick.... I have read over the...." - King

Snap!!!

Within a moment from the Prince's hands about to touch the beautiful Annunake's shoulder Vali's hand had darted towards it and viciously grabbed him by the wrist.

"Ah...You, you fucking dare! Let go of me...Le..Let go of me, this instant!" - Prince Fredrick

"How dare you!!! What is the meaning of laying your hands on our 14 th Prince?" - Myro Knight

"Release him before I take your hand for daring touch his Royal Highness! " - Myro Knight

Each of the members of the Myro's envoy grew angry looking towards Vali who was firmly gripping onto his Highness' wrist.

"No touching......." - Vali

With one stern warning Vali had then pushed the young Prince by his arm forcibly causing him to retreat several steps and rubbing on his wrist angrily.

Everyone in the great hall held such shocking looks not even knowing how to witness what was just happening in front of them. Even Irvene held looks of bewitchment at such abrasive behavior that came from Vali just a moment ago.

The Prince started laughing, unable to fully process how someone had just treated him which is probably something he had never had to deal with in his entire life. I noticed Shen wasn't going to do anything and was wondering why the King had not spoken up yet as well but before the Prince lost himself in his anger a loud growl started echoing throughout the throne room.

"You...How dare someone treat this Prince in such a way! I can't believe in such a small, insignificant place I could witness such treatment from such a peasant no less!!! Haha aahh....What makes you think I won't behead you where you st...." - Prince Fredrick

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!

Grrrrr Ruf...Ruf...Ruf......

Just then each of the white furred Annunake's who were looking back and forth then sharply turned towards the young Prince and immediately began to bear their fangs. Each of their silver eyes had fallen down on the 14th Prince and didn't move from his position at all.

Whoosh!

Fenrir too had started barking and within a blink I saw appearing out in front of Vali were several of the large male wolfmen, each standing over two heads taller than any man, slowly approaching the young Prince.

"YOU dare threaten the 14th Prince!!!! Now you die!!!!" - Myro Knight

Just as one of the black armored guards pulled his sword from his sheath and shouted, a large figure had already appeared just a single step away from where he stood.

All of those behind him had already pulled out their weapons on fear of their Prince's safety but the first to have taken out his sword had appeared frozen in place looking at the massive enemy who had just appeared right in front of him.

He had an eye patch and was the one I saw around Vali from the beginning. Even amongst the large demi-humans around him for a wolf he appeared to have the most dignified and magnificent appearance amongst his peers.

All over his massively figure and harshly toned muscles were battle scars revealing the look of a true warrior that has experienced battle.

This was another God Slayer

The Knight from Myro had dropped his sword and looked no different than those who are caught in the tracks of Vali's pet and started to tremble lightly at the incredible speed this figure could move.

BOOOOM!

With one motion from the one eyed Annunake's leg, the Myro bodyguard had his back slammed into the ground and was now being ruthelessly stepped on.

Whooosh!

Whoooooshh!!!

Within an instant appearing close to those from Myro who had started to brandish their weapons were the large forms of the same intimidating wolfmen who could move as fast as the wind.

I could faintly see a blur from when they had left Vali's side but their speed was truly astonishing..... It was enough that no one in the entire Royal Court had expected such a quick turn of events.

AHhhhhhh!!!!!

Several loud cries rang out from some of the Noble woman and within a breath each and every one of the bodyguards from the Myro envoy had ended up on the ground before anyone knew how they even got there.

"Ughhhh....ahhhhouu!"

"Ahg....nnnnn"

"Yo...yough.......Wh..what did you ….do?...Ughh!"

Each of those who had brandished their weapons were lying on the ground holding their guts with small puddles of blood surrounding them.

A few of them even had large claw marks on their faces dripping with blood.

The only ones from Asher who had remained standing were the 14th Prince and the thin framed nobleman who came alongside him with the black panther at his side.

Within only the span of a few breaths it had all happened so quickly. The great hall had again grew deathly quiet looking towards the usually imposing manner of Myro's Envoy and holding a such vast power within the Continent behind them, now lying on the Royal Court in embarrassment and pools of their own blood.

Each probably had a Level over 100 and coming from the Prince's select guard must have held a great deal of power that when compared to most of those present in the Royal Court here could hardly compare.

With Myro's soldiers having a much higher level it would take the Royal Court's strongest warriors just to stand a chance against even one of them. But the image in front of them had been like a hammer striking them on the head.

Now every single one of those lying on the floor had their health in the yellow and were unable to get up for some reason.

'.....Is what Vali said about them being able to move as fast as his warping ability true? I knew they were all fast but I had only ever seen them when they were fighting alongside Vali. I had no idea they could easily subdue 10 strong warriors from Myro without even breaking a sweat. Without even wielding any weapons like they treated their opponents like children holding sticks.'

It was enough that even I was at a loss for words. All anyone here could see where white blurs that moved faster than our pupils were able to track.

"Hmph, sorry about that. These guys don't like someone sending a lot of blood lust towards me. It makes them a little edgy whenever someone would make such a mistake towards their Alpha. So if you value your lives I'd probably wise up pretty quick.... " - Vali

"........." - Everyone

All of those within the Royal Court had grown silent and peered towards the white haired man dawning an unenthused expression.

I could see Irvene glancing towards me alongside Princess Olivia whenever these words from Vali had admitted to actually be the leader of these incredibly strong beastman.

The 14th Prince however after looking towards each of his guards now lying on the floor and having trouble getting up, didn't know how to respond to what he had just heard.

He just looked back towards Vali with wide eyes after witnessing the large Annunakes swift action that dealt with his forces before he could even understand how.

"….Seems you got a lot of balls Prince. Coming in here and actually taking out your weapons within the Royal Court. All because you didn't like that I stopped you from touching someone who hadn't ever granted you such liberties in the first place?...I think that's a big no no is it not? I'm sure there's a law against somewhere right Cassandra?" - Vali

Vali then looked towards Shen and I, and both of us didn't know what to say.

I glanced around and now saw Irvene, Princess Olivia and Prince Dominique all staring strangely in my direction like they didn't even know who I was anymore.

My eyes grew wide from being so frustrated he would put me in such a situation! Why are you addressing me anyways right now you imbesile?!

'Mm, calm down...You must calm down....Mmm!'

"Yes....That is correct Sir Vali....."

I tried my best to calm my voice and Vali looked back towards the still silent young Prince who was now standing next to the noble figure and monster pet that came alongside them.

The Prince did however start to show a look of increasing rage but was still processing everything he had just seen.

His eyes were even bulging as if he were trying to kill Vali with a stare.

"Yeah, see right there....What are you doing here anyways Prince? Coming up here starting trouble in a foreign nation you’re already in a bad relationship with... Kind of stupid but you got balls I'll give ya that...." - Vali

After Vali's words fell the entire Royal Court again stopped their whispers and couldn't believe his words of provocation towards the young Prince.

"Stu....stupid...Stupid!!!....You hah......" - Prince Fredrick

"Yeah, I don't know what other word there is for that.... Being who you are, you obviously must know some of your Kingdom's activities and know you’re probably not in friendly territory right now. But for some reason you still want to start a fight?...So long away from home too no less....." - Vali

As each of Vali's words echoed through each of our ears, I could feel each member of the Royal Court had shuttered when weighing each word Vali had spoken and couldn't believe the apparent threat within his tone. Even proclaiming our Kingdom's were on bad terms was also something they couldn't believe was said so abrasively by this random figure who the King had just showed extreme favor towards.

"Hah....A threat?...Is that what you just dared utter in my presence? Oh, never before have I been treated in such a way...Not in my whole life has someone dared act so brave. So foolish to speak to this Royal Prince in such a way! Mark my words boy, your life is over for this!" - Prince Fredrick

The Prince's threats caused the whole hall to break out in commotion and I could feel that his and her Highness as well as Shen, Shakko and I each sucking in a deep breath.

'This is exactly the one thing we hadn't wished for to happen. But within only a few moments it had turned into this. Is this what the King and Vali were trying to accomplish?...The King has yet to step in yet though, why? '

To the Prince's menacing stare everyone looked towards Vali and saw a very calm and stoic demeanor. Smirking back towards the Prince's words like they were the rantings of a small child throwing a tantrum.

"Ooooo, scary. Kinda hard to make that happen with just your power though huh? Thinking about maybe asking your daddy for help since you and your crew can't seem to do much yourselves? Hmph......" - Vali

Vali's words had felt like a hammer had crashed down on each of our heads and even the Prince had begun to lose all color in his face.

Vali's sarcastic tones and behavior had been no different than slapping the 14th Prince on the face.

"What did he just say?" - ?

"I..is he mocking the 14th Prince right to his face?" - ?

"W..who is this guy? Is he crazy or want to start a war?" - ?

Each of those from Myro held such violent expressions to Vali's provocations and wished only to take his life in this Royal Court but a cheerful laughter had started erupting through everyone's ears.

"Ahahahahaha!!!! " - King Asher

This unfamiliar laughter came from the throne causing the 14th Prince and everyone else to look towards King Asher slapping his knee and smiling heavily.

He was clutching his stomach and his white cheeks had grown red from laughing so hard.

"What is...."

"Don't worry, this is all part of King Asher and Vali's plan...Just watch...." - Shen

Shen had whispered in my ear calming my nerves....

"It's been a while since this old King has heard something so funny. I'll have to thank the 14th Prince for allowing this King to laugh so much and so early in the day...." - King Asher

To the King's provocations everyone within the great hall were looking at the King if he was a completely different person.

"I...is his Highness also mocking the 14th Prince?" - Noble Volner

"I..I don’t believe this..." - ?

The Prince then looked to the floor and started twitching in anger as if he had just heard his lover had died.

Clenching his fist I could see the young Prince was slowly losing reason due to the difficulty he felt dealing with such embarrassment in front of so many people and not being shown any respect.

Those from Myro had gathered behind the 14th son of King Myro and stood around him with looks of anger towards the King for mocking their Prince.

"Amazing... Ahahaha! You foolish old bastard! Dare mock me like you are someone even worthy of my attention! It seems this Kingdom which has been living so peacefully has forgotten its place!....AHahah! Not to worry this Prince will educate those here today....." - Prince Fredrick

The black haired prince then pulled out a dagger and cut his hand while laughing loudly to himself.

Those of the King's Guard all the Royal Officers as well as many from the noble factions were preparing to brandish their weapons in the event they would need to defend the King.

The Prince then reached underneath his Royal robes and pulled out a small round shaped medallion.

"Kohta dhal sameh hok shee! I invoke the authority of this totem and bequeef the power within to relinquish me the power of royal blood. Invoktus Gigantes!!!" - Prince Dominic

Red lights began pouring out from the small disc shaped totem and crawl over the Princes body causing many of those in the Royal Court to panic the moment they recognized what power the young Prince was revealing.

"Oh, no! The Prince is revealing his royal bloodlines sacred totem ability!!!" - ?

"Protect his Highness!!!" - ?

"Everyone get back!" - ?

The surrounding crowds of the Royal Court started running away after hearing the words 'sacred totem' had caused many of those within the great hall to turn into panic.

It is with this Bloodline ability several members of the Royal Family within Myro are able to use that is exclusive to their family's bloodline.

This ability has become famous amongst the Eastern Continent with its overwhelming use in warfare that have allowed their bloodline to remain dominant on this continent for centuries. It is a spell respected even within the Great West and is thought to have been a power the Royal bloodline of Myro had discovered in a dungeon almost 300 years ago.

Irvene gave a look of panic and looked back at me with worrying eyes and I tried to say with my eyes that everything would be ok.

She looked at me strangely and looked back towards the 14th Prince who started having a deep red glow surrounding him.

Each of those from Myro started snickering behind their Prince and backing up away from him. But to Vali and those who were now standing behind him hadn't moved a muscle yet and instead had continued staring curiously towards the young Prince.

His figure started to distort and grow at an astonishing pace.

His legs began to grow long and thick, his back had started extending to the ceiling and within moments the visage of the young Prince had grown to almost as tall as the stone ceiling. Now he was looking down towards Vali while laughing loudly in a much deeper voice than before.

"Hahahaha! You see now where your places are! At our feet...Daring to utter such distasteful words of provocation to this Prince, I should squash you like bugs beneath my boot...Ahahaha! It would be just as easy to you little peasant. “ - Prince Fredrick

Such an imposing figure looked horrifying to try and fight to any warrior but to those of us who have witness much bigger..... This Prince is in for a violently rude awakening if he thinks that means anything to these people.

The giant Prince's voice had grown very deep and started laughing while looking down towards Vali and his companions who were still staring towards Prince Fredrick without moving muscle.

The King had not said anything yet and had remained in his throne and looked unaffected while signally his guards or those from the magic guilds present not to attack.

All eyes now were on the young Prince and Vali staring up at the giant in front of him looking unamused.

"Hmph....That’s it?....You just grow a little bigger? Ahahahaha! Wha…what's with the whole fancy light show before...Was that all for this hehe?” - Vali

"Ahahahahahah!" - Vali's companions

Loud laughter then started to echo through the Royal Court sweeping through all the ears of those here. To such words they looked like they had heard a bad joke and looked towards the laughing group with eyes like they were mad.

To everyone else Vali and his group may have looked insane but compared to the massive Fomorian beasts, this 14th Prince must look like a clown to them.

"Is he still mocking the 14th Prince? I, eh..."- ?

"Does he wish to be crushed?!!" - ?

"Is that idiot crazy? He'll be squashed like a bug for sure!" - ?

The Prince did not look amused and looked towards Vali with a burning hatred at caused even his towering figure to start trembling.

"Ahaha, thanks for the laugh Prince...I needed that. Hehe...." - Vali

"Hehe, you think it's funny now. Let's see how you like becoming a meat patty you fucking peasant!!!" - Prince Fredrick

Prince Fredrick's massive form rushed forward causing the whole Royal Court to quake from his sudden movement.

Prince Fredrick through his fist that could smash through a City Gate towards Vali, attempting to crush him with one blow. Hoping to somehow appease his pride that had been damaged.

As the Prince's massive fist flew towards Vali and his group, the white haired man started shaking his head dejectedly. Looking towards the giant who wasn't even half the sheer height from those colossal beasts and nowhere near as menacing, he gave an atmosphere that was as calm as can be.

"Even if your power has skyrocketed you think your capable of squashing me like a bug?.....Ever been swatted before?...Wind Claw....."

With a single swipe of Vali's finger a faint blue ray of magic flew out from his finger and towards the incoming fist.

Just as the massive fist was about to collide a large rain of blood erupted out from the 14th Prince's giant arm.

With one clean motion the small stream of magic went straight through the Prince's hand and halfway up his right arm.

Loud roars came out from the giant Prince as he took several large steps back, upholding his arm which was causing a large pool of blood to form below his enlarged feet.

The 14th son of Myro had his entire arm, from the tops of his hand all the way to his elbow, had been severed in half.

Now dangling under the young Prince's shoulder looked like a monster's hand that was covered in blood and mangled beyond belief.

'What did he do to him?......'

"AHHhhhhHHH!!!!!!! You bastard!!! YOU dare ughhh! I swear my Royal Father will make you pay for this! Ugh....AHhhhhhhHHHHHHHHHHHH!H!H!H!!!" - Prince Fredrick

The young Prince fell down causing the entire hall to shake and those from Myro had a look of panic emerge on their face.

While everyone else within the hall including Irvene, Princess Olivia and all the Royal Court to be dumbfounded.

I however just noticed....Where's the Prince Dominique?

I had no time to think about him right now and turned back to see that the young Prince of Myro had shrunk down to his normal size and was now being held up by his comrades shaking in anger.

"Ahaha...There it is, the 'I'm going to tell my daddy on you' ahaha. Weren't you going to squash me like a bug beneath your shoes? Was all that talk and light show just a silly act put on for our amusement pft? ...." - Vali

The King then ushered several of the Priests and Priestesses standing around to help tend to the young Prince as best they could.

Now however all eyes were on one person and now had started looking towards him in an entirely new light.

There standing in the same place as he was standing before with his arms over his chest looking towards the critically injured Prince with disdain, was the Kingdom's newest Vassal.

"Like I said... If all it does is make you grow bigger than what's the big deal? Those behind me are experts in fighting giants so we welcome a good fight anytime....But you think you can be so arrogant and get away with taking anyone's life when you want, where you want?...Tsk tsk.... I mean you can't even make your weapon grow bigger which just makes you a giant walking target in my eyes.... " - Vali

The still bleeding Prince had no words to say anymore and looked as if he was losing his mind to not only the words of ridicule but the intense agony in his arm. Whatever the reason the young Prince didn't dare to even look towards Vali anymore. All he could do was stare at his arm praying that it could be saved. He didn't dare try to react to Vali's provocations again even if he were going to make fun of his ability, bloodline or even his Royal Father.

With one move of his finger had been able to subdue the 14th Prince which must have been a massive blow to his pride. Not only that but now I'm sure they are contemplating just who is this white haired person who has dealt with him and his men as if they were the insects waiting to be squashed.

The thin framed man gritted his teeth and looked towards the King and barked at him asking him how he thinks he should tell King Myro about how they were treated in such a matter while within their walls.

"Insolence! Your Highness dares to allow such an injury befall our young Prince. How do you plan on answering for this? What do you wish us to tell his Royal Highness, King Myro over such behavior towards a Royal Envoy!!!" - Myro Noble

"I don't care what you tell him. Just get your asses out of our Kingdom. " - Gaven

The large Royal Knight standing next to Shen then addressed the thin framed man, causing him to sneer in anger thinking they had never imagined been treated in such a way when traveling here.

"Yeah, that's right! Your Prince dare stir up trouble within the Royal Court and you demand justice?" - Merchant

"Exactly! How dare they think they can get away with such behavior! Do they think this is their land where they can do whatever they please? " - Noble

"….MMm, hmph. Tell your Royal Father I look forward to this Cross Country tournament, and hope to see him in Trost within 2 month's time for the big day.... I hope you'll send my regards to him 14th Prince...." - King Asher

Again the King had said something that was shocking to the crowd making each of those here even rub their eyes to see if it was still the same person they had known for so long.

The King had usually not acted in such a way and was always a person who spoke for peace first. But now he was adding fuels to flames and showing the imposing manner of a King with peerless courage and authority.

The Prince gritted his teeth towards the King just before glancing back at Vali before having his men assist him in leaving.

Regardless of the Healing magic that was used the Prince drank several health potions his men had force fed him until they had properly wrapped up his arm as hopefully to keep the Prince from permanently losing it.

Those from Myro started slowly retreating out from the throne room with bitter faces on.

"I shall tell him for you your Highness....Cah...And believe me you will regret this day. Mark my words. Ha...ha....ha....All of you will…. - Prince Fredrick

The Prince started to be ushered away and he was still seething in anger.

They did however choose to withdraw after facing such a vicious and bitter loss.

Clap! Clap! Clap..clap

"Good job Vali!" - Cyanin

"Yeah that was awesome bro! But why didn't you let us have any fun?" - Tanin

Those from Vali's side had smiled looking back towards him and started noticing all the gawking looks that they were now given as opposed to the sneers they were having to put up with before.

Irvene, Princess Olivia and members of the Clergy and Royal Factions gathered here each gave somewhat startled looks now towards Vali who now appeared much more stoic than before.

Vali turned around and faced his Highness and smiled. The King looked back down towards him and also nodded his head approvingly to Vali.

Just as the King was about to say something however, what felt like an overwhelming force had gripped into my heart and made it hard to breath.

It was the same fear I felt within that dungeon. An overwhelming feeling of death that had started to encroach into the air. The very aura around Vali I could feel had turned and it felt like an immovable force had practically swept right past me.

Vali's eyes instantly grew wide and were now seething with rage.

A blackness started to appear around his body and slowly started to cover his face.

"SAY IT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! " - Vali

Vali spun around and faced those retreating figures of Myro who hadn't even made it out the entrance again.

Those from Myro had immediately halted in their tracks and shook as Vali's echo sounded again and again throughout the hall causing all those present to do the same.

Vali's excessive roar had sent shivers down my spine and felt to have been followed by a wave of an overwhelming sensation of death. Whatever Vali had just done with his voice was enough to send almost everyone present to drop to their knees.

The light orbs which were illuminating the room began to flicker and whatever was happening I could almost feel blow right through me. Something powerful is subduing all those who are within the hall making everyone tremble while staring back towards the now furious Vali.

Other than those who knew of Vali and his group showed looks of intense fear while there were even a few within the hall who could even remain standing. From Irvene, and a couple of those from Myro didn't seem quite as affected but each held looks of horror looking towards the one who was responsible for such an oppressive force.

Even the King and Queen showed a look of shock meaning this was not something they had planned. Now looking towards Vali with confusion and perhaps slight worry if we were to make a rash decision they had not prepared for.

Vali started slowly approaching those from Myro. It was so quiet we could all hear each of Vali's footsteps going towards them and none of us were aware of what Vali was doing.

"SAY that again! And KNOW....The moment, those words about my family leaves your lips..." - Vali

Vali's image flickered into after images and burst off the chamber’s floor and towards those from Myro. This sudden action caused each of their faces to turn into a panic.

Without any effort Vali reached out towards them and snatched the trembling figure by the neck, yanking him violently in the process.

It however was not the 14th Prince that Vali was now holding by the neck, but the thin framed man who stood beside him.

Each of the Myro Guards were unable resist from Vali's sudden movement and now alongside their Prince were looking back towards Vali with one of their men squirming for their lives in Vali's grasp.

His shiny nails were embedded deep within the man's neck causing small trinkets of blood to fall down onto the floor. Whatever it was that Vali was able to hear across such a large hall had caused his behavior to almost turn berserk, even the look in his eyes was nothing like I had ever seen in this man before.

It was at this moment I could truly see a look of regret not only in the man's face but also the Prince and those from Myro as well. It was then I noticed how much he had truly wished he hadn't provoked Vali at all or even has spoken to him in the first place.

Now they are right back in the situation they had just escaped from.

Vali's voice made his voice as clear as day for those to hear him speaking into the man's ear.

"….I will rip you apart and send you back to your King in pieces… Then hope the next guy they send will be a little smarter. - Vali

"Yo...you...d...d.are...ckk....." - Myro Noble

"P..put him down now! Or....or...." - Prince Fredrick

Vali without even paying attention tossed the man gasping for air onto the ground causing the eyes of those from Myro to brighten up. But just before they felt a sense of relief that same hope was ripped away once more.

Within one movement Vali put his foot on top of the same man's chest and stared towards him struggling.

"Wh..what are you going to...do..." - Myro Noble.

“W...Seriously, who is this rash person?”- Noble

“Is he a mad dog! Does he wish to bring our Kingdom war, why threaten a messenger?!” – Ghelnner Noble

Vali looked towards those from Myro, the Royal Court and then at the young Prince. He then peered around and saw all the gawking spectators waiting to see what was going to happen next.

"Hehe, I don't really think that far ahead....But this person here, just crossed my bottom line." - Vali

As Vali's words echoed out I could feel the intense longing that Vali had felt for this man and he wanted only to take his life for whatever he had just said.

"Sir Vali... I agree the young Prince and his envoy have been foolish in their actions today. But he has already learned his lesson don't you think? Why not show them mercy just this once and possibly overlook their nation's distasteful nature. " - King Asher

The King calmly interjected and Vali looked back towards him and smirked.

"Hm…Not to worry your Highness. I won't take someone's life cause they’re ignorant of such things but I will hold them accountable for crossing my bottom line after knowing it. So for this guy here, the Prince and your little posse, and to all those able to hear my voice. You'd do well to listen up...My name's is Vali and you'll come to find that this world has caused me to grow very paranoid.....You want to call me a peasant or whatever this bitch just called me, do what you want. I honestly could care less... I have better things to worry about than what some smug Prince says about me anyways... Want to try and step up to me then go ahead....I'll just send ya on your way with a few broken bones and regretting your decision making skills......" - Vali

The light orbs again started to flicker and another wave of a pressure reverberated from Vali and causing several of those present to gulp.

"But the moment you bring my family into this and threaten them like this little prick just did... I don't care who it is even if it's this dumb Prince’s daddy. I, will CRUSH YOU...like a BUG!...Got it? - Vali

Vali's words echoed to all within the great hall reminding each of them over the Princes words spoken just a few short breaths ago.

The man being stepped on had no words but could only slightly nod his head after realizing no amount of effort he gave would move Valis foot even an inch.

"…Hopefully you'll learn this lesson." - Vali

Vali's fingers snapped and within moments his pet wolf had rushed towards the thin faced man's monster pet at astonishing speed.

The black panther just stood there shaking looking towards the incoming wolf cub and could do nothing while he came and sank his fangs straight into his throat.

"N...Norghva!! NO!...Stop please...NNnnoooooO!!!!" - Myro Noble

Within moments the tamed beast had finished squirming for life and those who could see, were able to watch the Health drop rapidly before disappearing entirely.

Before anyone could speak again Vali had claimed that was a price this man had to pay but there won't be another price high enough to save his life should he ever dare threaten his family members again.

The young Prince and all those from Myro could only grit their teeth in acceptance that they were simply not strong enough to do anything.

The overwhelming feeling of death has disappeared as quickly as it had invaded each of those here today. Many of those in the Royal Court then began to stand back up and stare in awe of the man who came back with us.

I'm sure no one doubted Vali's words considering he was willing to treat the foreign envoys in such a manner and threaten even King Myro.

The Myro noble who had stared begrudgingly towards the death of his tamed beast shook with anger but under his Prince's eye he dejectedly got up and went towards though from the envoy.

Each of them now held grim looks and didn't dare look Vali in the eye not once. While they still held rage in their hearts none dared to provoke Vali again.

I could feel my heart racing and now Irvene was looking back at me as if she were saying with her eyes that she had to hear everything that has happened since we last spoke that has led to right now.

Those from Myro now no longer dared to speak up after watching Vali's brutal nature and learned they were vastly inferior. Instead they scurried off rather quicker than they had the first time, until each of their figures had all disappeared.

Vali's entire mood and demeanor had changed back to his normal look and he walked back towards his group.

Everyone got out of his way and only those from his group had gave him accepting looks.

Then a loud laughter had erupted throughout the quiet hall causing all to look towards who was the cause.

"Ahahahahahahhaha!!!!!!!" - Alysteir

Vali looked towards the blue haired Neko and made an unpleasant face towards her. If I remember actually this one and Vali didn't get along either when we first met.

The thin Neko continued holding her stomach and laughing while wiping a tear from her eye.

Vali instead of addressing her looked towards the King and said it was probably time they got going but he would be back to speak with him as they had previously spoke of before arriving here.

The King and Queen however both looked troubled as this was actually supposed to the part where Vali was officially to be introduced into the Royal Court and he was to meet all the important figures. Then in a few days we would have the official Knighting ceremony.

However, the King hadn't expected Vali would skip out after his and the King's plans to show off their new prowess in front of the Royal Court to showcase the King and Vali's power within the Kingdom.

While all the Noble families and factions aren't present today, this is surely something that will undoubtedly spread throughout the Asher's 32 cities like a wildfire.

"Ah, well....I suppose we can discuss this further when you return. I'm fully aware you have much business to attend to and I'm thankful for providing us your time today. You are dismissed Sir Vali. My wife and I look forward to your visit. I shall have everything in order for you by early tomorrow. Please do come by at your earliest convenience....." - King Asher

Vali nodded and instructed it was time for him and his group to leave. Since Vali's ability to warp locations is currently unknown to the public they have chosen a spot within the Royal Manor where they will be able to leave the Kingdom unnoticed.

"Wait!!!" - Princess Lucy

The small blonde Princess' small feet tapped against the white stoned tile and towards Vali before he had left.

She ran and wrapped her arms around his waist and happily.

"We'll play again tomorrow ok Vali?" - Princess Lucy

"Sweetheart, Vali and his people have quite a lot to do in the coming days. You know this." - Queen Asher

"Bu...." - Princess Lucy

"It's fine. We'll be back tomorrow and I'll even bring the Pixies along with me. " - Vali

"Perfect! I have so many friends I want them to meet! I'm so excited I can hardly wait!!! Hurry back kay!" - Princess Lucy

The Princess stepped back with her hands on her hips looking back up towards Sir Vali.

To this small interaction again the surrounding crowd had been growing more and more curious as to this mysterious person's identity. Within such a short time a new face has appeared within the Royal Court which has somehow gained such a close relationship with the Royal Family and wields an overwhelming dominating presence that even sends one of the Princes from Myro to retreat with his tail between his legs.

"Hmph, sounds good Princess.... Your Highness....." - Vali

After brushing over the Princess' hair Vali shot one final glance towards the King and Queen and nodded to each of them.

"Bye Vali! Bye everyone!!!" - Princess Lucy

With one hand raised in the air signifying a wave as enough of a response for the Royal Princess, Vali continued walking forward followed by all those who came alongside him.

Both the King and Queen looked at each other oddly and both looked towards Vali and did the same. I suppose they are slowly understanding Vali doesn't seem to wish to spend time with such matters when there is work to do.

He isn't like others who have gained a good sum of land and use it as a means for financial profit. I think he is certainly going to be someone who works diligently to build his settlement and will no doubt not shy away from the work that needs to be done.

As the images of Vali and those who came along with him exit the great hall after such a big show, all that was left were the surrounding Nobility and members of the Royal Court that were left in utter disbelief.

A new power had emerged within Asher and by Vali and the King's hand put on a show that clearly represented their power within the Royal Court. I imagine someday soon Vali will become a name that no one within all of Asher's 32 cities does not know, and one day maybe even the world.

I glanced back at Shen, Shakko and Sumei who now looked to finally understand our earlier emotions after finally returning.

Irvene and Princess Olivia both showed similar looks towards me and back towards the King and Queen.

Princess Lucy had jogged over to her sister and Irvene and started giggling.

"Hmph... See I told you. My new Knight is really, really, really strong hehehe!" - Princess Lucy

To the young Princess' laughter, made both Irvene and Olivia give the short Princess looks of extreme curiosity and amazement. Each wishing to know just who this foreign figure who had befriended the second Princess and Royal Family, and mostly why they had never heard of him until just now....

"Hmmmm Hmmmmm hm hm hm hm.....There all tucked in. Comfy?"

The small puffy-tailed demi-human just nodded back to me after I tucked her in bed.

I continued humming a peaceful melody while tucking in the small demi-human girl who came alongside Vali from his last trip to Aldain.

Each of them, obviously weren't comfortable being given a room each to sleep. Some of the woman had even shook violently when I tried taking some of them to one of the rooms to sleep in.

Poor things have received such treatments, they seem unable to fully trust what my son has done for each of them.

This one was unwilling to even give her name. She just looked saddened when I had asked I didn't wish to press her.

"Um..." - ?

Just before I reached the door to the hallway of the large mansion within this dungeon, I heard the soft voice coming from behind me.

"What is it dear?..."

"Is...is it really, ok?" - ?

"I've already told you that dear....It's all going to be ok now. You won't be treated the same way you have been... Not here. Now you should get some rest alright? We all have a big day tomorrow. "

She looked like the words were still confusing to her and bit her lip and looking at the black-furred blanket covering. Struggling with some of the words she were trying to say as if they were a confession.

"….I've just, never had my own bed. And..and such a warm...tasty meal before...." - ?

"...Well, before tasting my son's cooking I probably wouldn't say much different hmmph.... Lucky for all of us, my son enjoys cooking so we should be enjoying it for quite some time...."

To my reassuring words the young girl turned back to the wooden bed that was no smaller than the one I had slept on for years of my life in captivity. This one however was soft and warm and was surrounded by something much different.

Somehow I think it's all about the family and people you love that makes a home, what it is.

"You try and get some sleep ok...If you need anything I won't be far away..."

I reassured the young girl once more just before slowly closing the door but leaving a small crack just like I did all the rest.

Just before I stepped into the hallway where there were two tall female demi-humans waiting for me, I heard the faint whisper from the same girl saying 'thank you'.

"Ah, Ano Wei. Ru Ru Kai Vali is apparently getting drunk. Now that we're finished, Za Za and I wanted to see what this was about. Would you like us to escort you?..." - Rei

"Hmph....I can understand a bit of that....."

'While I know 'Ru Ru Kai' is what these demi-humans use for Vali, Ano Wei is something I believe is what they refer to me.

I just shrugged my shoulders and they both nodded and turned around to walk towards the front of the large stone mansion their race have somehow built down here.

I can't imagine just how deep within the earth we must be, but It's amazing the sort of environments and even cities that exist in such a place.

Just then the three of us saw one of the cracked doors open up and a small human girl had opened up her door and walked into the room of another one.

After investigating and slowly opening the room she had entered.

I saw the small human child climb up on bed and had already laid down right next to two other figures one which being not much older than her. She had snuggled up to his back and quickly shut her eyes and tried to fall asleep in this new place.

'Each of them didn't look to be related...Hmph, maybe it was wrong of me to try and separate all of them?

Well, perhaps we can fix this another time. '

After closing the door, the two Annunakes and myself continued down the long hallway and towards the front of the large estate that even made Lord Tyrule's castle pale in comparison.

Everything had such beautiful carvings in the walls of antlers or paw prints. Everything is so beautifully made I'm almost more bewitched by this manor than the actual dungeon itself.

Each of our ears had perked up when we had heard the music coming from nearby.

Upon entering into the room I was met with the same warm glow each time I stand within the presence of one of these extraordinary Pixies.

Walking down the long, finely crafted steps of the Annunake manor, I could see the enchantingly uplifting song had came from a long haired demi-human with red, green, yellow and purple feathers coming out from her hair that looked like silk.

She had large multi-colored wings and dazzling dress showing off her slim figure and continued dancing while shaking her feathers with each beautifully sounding word.

Looking around there were several people still celebrating and opening bottle after bottle of liquor they had apparently just found.

Not only that, apparently the Pixies had discovered something rather joyous on the floor they had lived on, and from what I think many of the races within this place are still there now.

Though, that doesn't stop those here from enjoying the gift of life together with uplifting song and close bonds.

Clap..Clap..Clap..clap

The music continued playing and instruments strummed, while the Pixies each clapped in unison when one of their own would jump out in the middle and start dancing.

"Go Cyanin....tehehee!" - Daisy

The small turquoise colored Pixie jumped out and spun around and started quickly moving her feet in quick shuffling motion.

Clap..clap..clap..clap!

Looking around there were many others who also were swept up in the song and dance as well while many of the races even appeared to be fraternizing happily with one another.

"….Oh don't worry pretty kitty. These flames won't burn you hehe hiccup!...." - Tanin

"Ugh?....." - Neko

The two Annunakes and myself each stood towards the entrance of the large hallway at the foot of the staircase and each stopped after seeing what we each had.

Everyone was enjoying themselves merely. Even my amazing son....surprisingly.

With Ari happily sitting on his shoulder and holding his hair, Vali was dancing in a small circle of Pixies while spinning the same Pixie who had white wings that glowed with all the colors that this world could ever produce.

Each of the Pixies were dancing barefoot and clapping along with the beat right next to Vali who had a yellow, red, and blue little demi-humans all dancing right next to him.

I saw Sasha quietly laying down on Fenrir who looked to have already fallen asleep or were each just relaxing along with the music.

Even Lily and Tierra, who I just tucked in bed, were there standing amongst the Pixies and giggling while looking up at Vali who was now appeared to be enjoying himself for maybe the first time I had ever seen during our time together.

Looking around the room there are many others dancing and having a good time, but I'm not the only one looking towards my son at the moment.

Many of the Annunakes and other races of demi-human are looking towards Vali with such warm, loving eyes. I can see just how much the people here truly adore my son.

"Is Ru Ru Kai drunk?" - Za Za

"Heh, I'm not sure but look Za Za. Ru Ru Kai is smiling for once..." - Rei

"Yes, I've seen him make this face a few times with that small child on his shoulder.... He clearly values that one quite a bit." - Za Za

"Well, is she not the same child who had awoken everyone from Balor's dark illusion spell that threw each of us into the pits of despair? Of course Ru Ru kai would hold her in high regard." - Rei

"This one thinks it could be a bit more than just that. But, this look suits Ru Ru kai. " - Za Za

The two Annunakes standing next to me each were saying something about my son but I wasn't sure as to just what that might be.

Vali continued dancing merrily with a smile on his face while still keeping ahold of Ari with his other arm so she wouldn't fall off. I couldn't help but snicker seeing this.

'Hmphmph... Even while enjoying himself, he still shows such care and concern for others that never stops surprising me with each time I witness it. '

It's honestly so much I'm truly thankful I had lived through such heartbreaking times to see such a beautiful day. I had almost never been able to witness such a warm and loving emotion before and had even once had tried to taking my life to end all my pain.

If not for the actions of a small baby, I honestly don't know where I would be without him. If this fox is honest with herself, I'm not even sure who I would be without him.

Vali went out of his way to take in others who were no different than me or any of those now cheerfully celebrating in this place. Taking it all upon himself to not only free us all from our own personal torments but even providing those who had no one to look out for them before, an overwhelming sense of safety and security with his ever protecting embrace.

Ari's words over my son having wings don't just sound like a metaphor of profound wisdom but words that are truly able to describe this sense of safety and comfort we both feel having him in each of our lives. It is unlike anything I had ever felt before and something I couldn't fathom ever losing him. That is why both Ari and I thought of nothing listening to what the Divine Loki had asked of me to find my son and help him at the risk of my own life.

Seriously, how is a mother suppose to punish his son when he has been misbehaving but does things without so much as a petal of selfishness for himself. Hmm, it makes this fox feel I should rethink his punishment just a bit. He has obviously been working very hard lately.

The music then had just started to die down and everyone clapped towards the lovely singer and other winged demi humans who were playing their instruments who each bowed to the incoming applause. Each of the winged demi-humans had however stood up abruptly and scurried closer towards the entrance and then all started to bow together.

"Seems everyone's having a good time in here heh. No point in stopping on my account Irishia." - Kyrah

Just then a tall winged demi-human with bright golden hair, golden feathers and golden lips entered into the mansion and into the large corridor where everyone was mingling together.

She had beautiful bronze skin and wore a bright golden gown that showed up her very enchanting figure. With each and every curve the lines of her dress drew out the image of a stunning Demi-human with a rather lustful body.

It was almost hard to take my eyes away when seeing such an attractive person, I could feel almost all of the eyes in the room had turned towards this one person.

She as well as those with her were probably a part of the large group who are currently on Floor 4 after a recent discovery by the Pixie race that has seemed to have caused a very large commotion. Vali and many of those here had actually just came back from there not too long ago, and is the cause for most of the dungeon inhabitants for probably still being there right now.

Without greeting anyone else I noticed this tall beauty had walked in with a few attendants and started swiftly walking towards where my son was standing.

"Ah, so even the hardworking hero has decided to have a few drinks tonight? How is that liquor you boys picked up by the way...Mind if this King gets a little taste?" - Kyrah

As the beautiful demi-human adorned with gold stepped closer to my son with a rather odd look in her, I could feel each of my whiskers twitch.

'Mmm....I'm not sure how I feel about all of these females with such....lustful bodies hanging so closely to my son. Mm, he is a man after all....'

Vali with his free hand grabbed a bottle looking almost like a fruit gourd with a dark purple liquid swishing around inside.

"Sure, drink up. With all the bottles that were recovered from our little 'excavation' project, there's bound to be plenty more." - Vali

"Hmph, that's an understatement. I just left from Floor 4 just now, and our 'little project' is probably going to take several days just to finish tagging each item so that noisy little nerd will stop screaming every few minutes...." - Kyrah

"Yeah, Izzie does seem to have that sort of behavior. Here ya go King....." - Vali

The golden winged maiden took a small dusty bottle of liquor and without dusting or wiping it off took a drink right from the bottle.

"Mm....That is good. Ah, where's the music in this place? Let's get this party started again huh? What do ya say Alpha Vali....Care for a dance with this King?" - Kyrah

The golden haired maiden then glanced oddly towards my son and then a Pixie with red hair had flown up to eye level with her and held a strange glare in her eye.

"Maybe next song King Kyrah...Vali already promised he'd dance with me next so you'll just have to wait." - Cosmia

"Yeah, then it's Daisy, then me so you'll just have to wait your turn." - Cyanin

"Hmph, it isn't the little night lights, I almost didn't see you standing down there hiccup...Oh wow this liquor is s...strong mm..... " - Kyrah

The Pixies started clamoring on together while the golden haired maiden seemed almost bewitched by the drink in her hand and started ignoring everything around her.

While all of this was happening I noticed my son slowly walk away with Ari still on his shoulder and went to sit down towards a large black box-like object.

Out in front of the strange box made from a black and aged old wood was a small bench he had went to sit down, swaying slightly with each step.

Feeling I would join my son too I walked out in front of the two Annunake guards one of the races decided to provide Vali for himself as well as each of his family members. Even within their own home, I noticed each of the two Annunakes behind me start to now walk forward and follow quietly behind me.

"Hey, look....It's the Alpha's mother." - Annunake

"Oh, wow she's breathtaking.... I wish I could go speak with such a heavenly beauty.." - Neko

"You seriously want to try hitting on the Ru Ru kai's mother? Hehe...good luck." - Alderon

"Seriously do you have a death wish?" - Annunake

"Oh, calm your hearts obviously I'm not that crazy. I was just saying how beautiful she looks hiccup..." - Neko

Walking through the stone floor and towards the corner where Vali was I saw Lilly, Tierra and even Noah who had already made their way over to where Vali was sitting.

I walked towards all those who were seated and mingling together with drinks in their hands while I noticed many eyes start to turn towards me and show different looks than this fox is at all use to. They give me looks of reverence and not that of a common whore like I've received for almost half my life. It is a rather new feeling that is for sure, but it almost makes me uncomfortable at times just how respectful each of them are and many have even began bowing in front of me.

'Hm, all because of this son of mine hmph.... '

"Really, sounds like each of you have been having a good time....Tierra how about you? Have you been trying to learn anything new while I was away?" - Vali

"Oh, hehe..Well um..I didn't really learn any skills like Lilly and Noah but...I, I've been learning to read and it's been so much fun....I can already read a full sentence even, even though it may take me a while....Mhpmph..." - Tierra

"Already? That's great Tierra, I'm proud of you. You'll have to show me how much you've learned soon...." - Vali

"Th..thank you master hehe...I, I've been trying really hard." - Tierra

"I know you have...You guys have each been working hard. Lilly already making it to Beginner Level 3 in Hand to Hand Combat after just learning the skill only a few days ago...That's awesome. " - Vali

"Hehe, well I'm nothing like my brother...He's the one who helped me learn the movements and everything..." - Lilly

"Yeah, but you put in the effort...Keep it up. And seriously Noah already reaching the Intermediate stage after only 9 days is pretty impressive. You'll be beating me up in no time." - Vali

"Hehe, I don't know about that. I felt like I stopped gaining experience until I started hitting trees like you said and even more when I was sparring with Lilly. Then I finally made it into Intermediate hehe. Oh, I did learn a new cool skill too...Look at this." - Noah

"Di..did he just say he went from Beginner to Intermediate within 9 days?" - Rei

"I think so? That boy's training speed is almost comparable to even Kato's who took only 7.... Even Adimar took 8 days to clear the beginner stage, is this kids training speed truly that formidable?" - Za Za

"I wonder what technique he must be learning though to have achieved such a substantial training speed. Perhaps it is weak technique or one that does not require much movement? " - Rei

"Hmph, regardless. It is still an impressive achievement. Ru Ru Kai's family seems quite remarkable don't they hehe?..." - Za Za

The Annunakes behind me spoke out while listening to Vali talk with each of the young kids I feel have been adopted within our family even if it hasn't been said.

Each of them wanted so much to impress the one who had saved each of them and continued talking with Vali and each showing him their achievements.

A small blue screen then appeared out in front of Noah and Vali without getting up hazily looked at it and smirked.

"Hehe, a 'berserker' skill. That's cool... Each of you have been working very hard, I'll have to give you each a little reward soon...gup!" - Vali

"Mph, thanks Master." - Tierra

"Yeah, we're all really happy you're back Vali. We...we missed you." - Lilly

"Well, I missed you guys too...." - Vali

Vali then reached out and picked up Lilly and placed her on top of the black box, and then did the same with Tierra who each giggled while being picked up by him.

Now their feet continued dangling over these strange pedestals and kept giggling when they looked up and noticed me.

Each of their tails started to swirl and even Ari's had started going the same when she had noticed that I had came over and sat next to my son.

"Oh, hey mother.... I was wondering where you went." - Vali

"Hmph, oh has my son already forgotten I was attending to some of those you had recently brought back from Aldain?...This fox thinks you might be drinking a little too much hmph...."

"Hehe, maybe I have had a lot. You are starting to blur a bit...." - Vali

"Ugh, what sort of mother am I to let my only son who hasn't even had his first birthday get so drunk... "

"I'd say a pretty cool one hmph... You should have a drink too..." - Vali

I smirked towards my son who then started putting his fingers towards the small pedestals and started pushing each of them downward.

We were each met with a strange sound coming from it and held an almost musical tune after each pedestal was pressed.

Each of us continued quietly watching my son play with the black box with a hazy smile in his eye and drink in his hand.

"Do you know what this strange object is? Wasn't it recovered on one of the lower floors of this place with all that liquor you just brought up?"

My son glanced towards me while still trying to figure out how the strange large box had worked.

"Heh, this thing I think is a sort of piano even though it differs a bit...Mm, it's a.... Sort of instrument from my world...Even though the keys aren't attached to anything. Strange seeing something like this here to be honest gup....Mmm..." - Vali

Vali continued swaying back and forth while trying to play the strange instrument which caused the

"So my son can play this pee-a-no then?"

After a few brief movements of his hands clumsily, my son started to make the sounds coming from this large black box to produce a melody of intertwined tunes that flowed in such a beautiful way.

"Hmph...I guess maybe I can play the piano. Ah, this is crazy...." - Vali

"Oh, so was my son a musician in another life is that it ?"

While smiling towards my son he shook his head and closed his eyes while making a face of enjoyment.

"Hehe, not at all...But with my cerebral capacity not being what it was I feel, some basic tasks or actions that should be complex to memorize, seem to have become rather simple. Hehe.....Mmm...there it is...." - Vali

A sweet tune started coming from Vali's fingers that caused everyone in the large hall to turn and look towards Vali closing his eyes and playing, almost ignoring everyone around him.

Ari who was now seated in his lap held an excited look in her eye looking towards Vali's hands slowly playing a beautiful melody from his fingers.

Vali almost seemed surprised at his ability to do what he was doing but the melody he played was perhaps a song from his world.

"Hehe, oh is the Alpha going to play a tune for us?" - Za Za

"It's such a sweet sound. Mmm...." - Rei

"Oooooohhh...Look everyone Vali's playing a song for us!" - Daisy

"Oh, wow! It's so lovely....I didn't know Vali could play music too!" - Cosmia

"Hehe, big brother Vali's so cool....Hiccup...Ah...why is everything so blurry?" - Tanin

"Because you drank too much you hot head!" - Cyanin

"Mm...You say that like it's a bad thing..." - Tanin

"Shhh! I want to hear big brother Vali play now hush!" - Cari

While ignoring all the sounds from those now drawing closer and listening in, Vali continued playing like no one was even there.

Seeing this was something that made my heart flutter with joy towards my son who had always showed to be at times so distant. Now he looked to actually be enjoying himself.

"Why do you play us all a song from where you're from Vali. I'm sure we would all love to hear it."

To my words I heard both Lilly, Noah and Tierra all excitedly perk up and clap while Ari turned and looked towards Vali excitedly and wagging her tail.

"Hmph...want to hear a song from where I'm from?...Ah, I don't know if I know any umm....Hmm." - Vali

Vali continued playing a soft melody while speaking out causing all those in the surroundings to react and become increasingly more interested in hearing the music from Vali's homeland.

While I doubt many here know that Vali is not of this world, I'm sure each of his family who do know would love to see a little more about the one who has truly gathered us all here together.

"Oh, Vali are you going to sing us a song?" - Kyrah

After a few words from the bronze skinned demi-human, a few of the others who were singing and playing their instruments had started to quiet down.

Several voices sounded around and looked to all be now paying attention to Vali who was feeling his fingers over the large instrument.

"Hah, I'd personally love to hear a song from Vali's homeland...What do you think everyone?" - Ollie

"Hehe, yeah! Let's hear a song Alpha. Play us all a tune from where you're from." - Adimar

"Hmph, you all are terrible trying to get the Alpha to sing while he's drunk hmphmp?" – Akino

“I don't see you stopping him.” - Alderon

"Alright, alright I think I got one....I think I remember my mother singing this to me when I was just a boy...Well I think it was my mother." - Vali

I felt my ears drop to the sides hearing my son speak while many eyes continued to look between both my son and I.

None however spoke and quietly listened to the sound coming from my son's hands that had caused each of us to grow quiet and enjoy the mesmerizing tune.

It was then that Vali had done something I hadn't expected of him and opened his mouth to sing.

"….Carry on my wayward son ... They'll be peace when you, are done. Lay your weary head to rest....Don't ya cry no more...." - Vali

With each of the slowly sung lyrics, the voice that came from my son was one that I had not expected. It had such a calming and soothing tone that made all who listened grow even more quiet.

Vali's fingers continued quickly pressing onto each of the small spoon shaped pedestals making such a lovely sound it was impossible not to be swept away.

With every lyric he sang softly but with a strong voice that echoed out and into everyone's ear.

"Once I rose above the noise and confusion.

Just to get a glimpse above beyond this illusion.

I was soaring ever higher!!!....

But I flew to high...." - Vali

Looking around there wasn't an eye that was not on Vali whether they were the short and gitty Pixies with tears in their eyes, to the large and majestic looking Annunakes, to even that same beautiful golden haired beauty.

"Though my eyes could see, I still was a blind man

Though my mind could think, I still was a mad man!

I hear the voices when I'm dreamingggggg!

Ohh! I can hear them say..." - Vali

Without a care in the world my son continued to sing the lyrics from his heart I was unable to keep my eyes from resisting the tears from forming.

He played such a beautiful melody from his own world while trying to forget the massive destiny that has been placed before him by the very Gods themselves. My son even said this was something his mother use to sing for him when he was just a child. While I know Vali's relationship with his last mother was not one of affection from what he spoke little over, she was still someone who created a large hole within his heart the day she left him.

I was happy, and yet I was heartbroken. With each of the words he sung, I felt just how much anguish still existed within my son's heart. But with the image of him now I can see him truly opening up more due to the surrounding love from all those here who show to truly adore him.

Vali use to always tried to act like he didn't want to become attached to anyone in this life, why I can only assume because he never wished to feel the same amount of regret and loss as he once had to hold onto. It is why I didn't wish to bring up Vali's mysterious world he hails from until he was ready to speak about it with me.

'Mm. He needs us just as much as we need him.....Oh, my dear son.'

I leaned my head onto my son's shoulder and continued to listen to his sweet music in my ear.

I felt him turn and look towards me and then had too leaned his head into mine while he continued singing such beautiful words and soft melody that almost put one to sleep.

"And if I claim to be a wise man,

Well, it surely means that I don't know!

Carry on my wayward son,

They'll be peace when you are done....

Vali's POV:

"Mmm....This, wine is mm, really good. Never really been one for the stuff, but damn..."

"Mphmphmph. Mmm, I don't think I've ever seen you so relaxed before. But this is good too, you should also have times like these after working so hard for everyone else with such little time for yourself... Even if you are a little humorous when you're drunk, hmm." - Elyria

Elyria's whiskers perked up while looking down at me and still playing with my hair.

'She says her mom use to do this to her when she was young...I'm not complaining cause this feels incredible. Mmm...I wonder if she has a petting skill. Or maybe it's just this alcohol....mmm, it is oddly strong.'

Within a lot of the artifacts and ancient items we found on the Pixie's home floor were surprisingly quite a lot of aged old liquor. I was honestly astonished by the taste that was practically addicting just to experience every drop.

After finding out that it was still safe to drink from some of the Arachnee and Jiji who analyzed some of the bottles, many of the races decided it was good idea to uncork a few bottles in celebration for finding such a massive bounty.

According to Ollie they didn't need a reason since the festival's that are normally held after conquering a Floor usually last for 1 full lunar cycle. Which I don't even know how long that is for them under the seasonal changes here, but why not?

'Who would have thought Cari landed the final damage point on Balor...Unbelievable, and all of the items that the Dungeon Master had accumulated within the span of this dungeon's creation would have all dropped upon his death....For the Dungeon Inhabitants, each race has an option to place a 'marker' down for items to be teleported to, should the event their storages become too full after a large battle against a Floor Boss or massive monster hordes.... Something that was never a feature in Loki's game for anyone. But I don't really know much about dungeon mechanics either....'

With such a massive haul, there are still hundreds of different race members still on the Pixie's real home floor searching and tagging new items, before sending them to Pek and Izzie for analysis. Every single race is present for this and that is not only to keep everyone humble, but also because of the massive severity of what Cari and the Pixies have just recently discovered when we had arrived back home.....

Everything within Balor's storage was released and who knows what kind of old, possibly even Divine items could now just be lying there. While Hjökk hinted that there is undoubtedly a place in the Black Palace that should house most of the items and rewards for conquering the dungeon, but just judging by the simple amount of stuff that got dumped on the floor, maybe Balor kept it all within his own personal storage?

Just thinking about how Pek was frantically running around observing and tagging new items, I've never seen him like this. When I tried to speak with him after arriving home, all I could understand from his battered words were; 'Can't talk...momo...This is a nightmare....jiji..momo...'.

Izzie however has been drooling nonstop last I tried speaking with her. It's honestly getting to the manic stages so I just decided to leave that little, overly obsessive kitty to her work and I'd undoubtedly here all she's learned at some point.

'Regardless, we can't have anyone even tempted with such an idea of taking something so destructive for themselves, so every single race is present just to take away such temptations. Everyone's working in shifts and those here celebrating are spending their time drinking instead of getting some rest....Well like Alderon said, we can all sleep when we're dead.'

I honestly had no idea the Dungeon System in this world worked in such a way, that all monsters and dungeon goers who die within its walls, have most of what's in their storage taken by the Dungeon Master. This is probably why dungeon's can reap massive amounts of rewards and gains in this world. Dungeons essentially could even become their own form of business in some Kingdoms.

'Heh, that's why the message when first discovering the Dungeon said I would acquire the 'best loot possible', because all the rest of it would probably have gone right into Balor's pocket. I checked my drops and while there were a lot of peculiar things that came from those Manticore Lions, I have enough stuff from Balor and Malthiel I've yet to fully go through. Now with Balor's death maybe I can find the needed time, and maybe I could find something of value....'

There were honestly so many items lying around on Floor 4, ranging from large to small, I assume those still searching and identifying items will be at it for days. Sadly, even the monsters that have inhabited that floor have also had an entire day to grab some of the items and move them away from the site location that Cari had originally placed for herself and the Pixies.

Since Cari never has much of anything in her storage but a few personal things, she had no idea something like this had happened. Until they were collecting some of their personal items on Floor 4 is when they saw one of the native floor monsters wearing a strange and dusty top hat atop his head.

Since monsters in the lower levels now inherently dread the Pixies, many of the weaker ones still flee in fright upon seeing them. Since the peculiar monster wearing a top hat intrigued the Pixies, they decided not to kill it and instead followed it to what in all honesty to me, looked like a garbage dump that went on for almost 2 miles.

There was honestly so many different items piled high enough to make several small mountains worth of items, weapons, scrolls, clothes, elixirs, gold and a massive assortment of equipment we have no idea just how valuable any of it could be yet.

There was even an old school piano that we had decided to bring to the Annunake mansion where everyone was sleeping for the night, before journeying for our new territory tomorrow morning.

Just an old dusty piano shaped relic that was found in the assortment of items that I had noticed to be a device looking similar to something from my world. The black keys however aren't connected to anything I'm aware of and somehow are able to make a tune whenever pressed.

'How this world acquired knowledge on such an instrument like the 'piano' is peculiar to me but judging by how it looks and the mechanics that are used to make the tunes are far too different from my own worlds.....'

'Mmm, feels good listening to the melody though... Apparently the Adlers have an instrument somewhat similar to this and were even able to play a short tune for everyone that's winding down due to the strength of some of this aged alcohol we have just acquired.'

Honestly, with so many things we have to do in the coming months, it feels good just to relax on Elyria's amazingly soft legs while she runs her long, slender fingers through my hair.

We don't get to share a lot of time like this together which is weird considering she is the first person I ever met coming to this world. She has been an emotional pillar of support in my life and...gup....Mm, this liquor has such a oddly sweet finish, I can't seem to want the taste to leave my lips.

"Hmph, maybe I am getting a little drunk... It's kind of surprising actually."

"Oh, why is that. Because you're finally a little vulnerable for once oh stubborn son of mine, hmphmph...." - Elyria

My mother's tails continued swaying back and forth on the small cushioned bench she had graciously helped me over to lay down. Now she's even using her lap as a pillow for me and playing with my hair now that all the younger one's are finally asleep, and even many of the members had started to pass out.

"Haha, what's with calling me stubborn?.... I didn't really pick up a drinking habit till the end of my last life...Mnn, I have however found it kind of hard to get drunk since coming here. Wasn't sure if it was the alcohol or just this new body of mine...Mnnn..."

Looking hazely around the slightly blurry room I saw Ari, Lilly, Tierra, Sasha and some of the Pixies sleeping next to Fenrir.

Akino and Adimar both left not long after everyone had somehow gotten me to sing for all of them, quite hurriedly too for some reason.

I scanned the room and my eyes came back towards the image of Elyria's calming emerald green-eyes looking down towards me.

She held a look of someone with vast intelligence but also a gentle and caring heart. I honestly would have liked to see what she was like when she was younger, before she had her life taken away from her.

Though Elyria's words were in a soft tone and she were half-smiling, I could also clearly distinct a hint of humor within her voice.

From where my head was resting however, it was hard to see just what expression Elyria was giving. That was roughly due to my mother having a massively round bust size that is considered large to anyone, even in this fantasy world.

I attempted using the Divine Ability I got from Balor but I could only gather and distort some of the darkness swirling around my hand that flowed like the wind.

My mother watched me struggling with a smile on her face, while still continuing to run her fingers through my shaggy white hair.

I smirked thinking about the fact that Elyria and I haven't really gotten a chance to discuss much about my last life since coming here. It's not that we haven't had the opportunity, I just honestly don't make it much of a habit in bringing up old issues.

Looking back down towards me with a sneer, I couldn't help but find my mother's charming personality and warm behavior was very easy to talk to. I just forget sometimes my mother, is a woman too and not even that much older than me either. The maturity she holds and wisdom that is found within each of her words however seem decades older than myself though, that's for sure.

Loki obviously picked this person for a reason, and maybe it was not just for her knowledge but because of her warm, caring nature that doesn't fade nor wilt even in the harshest of conditions..

'I never had this sort of relationship with my real mother.... I use to wonder what it'd be like if things would have worked out differently in my last life, maybe things would have been different. I started hearing a calming and slow melody that had started entering my ears, reminding me that Elyria and I were not the only ones left awake.

Loki started making a pistol motion towards his head while he and my mother continued eating the tasty treat in front of each of them.

He had somehow made it to where his voice were coming from a different location so he could continue to stuff his mouth with food that insanely enough, looks like what this guy usually spouts out from his mouth.

"....Unbelievable."

I continued shaking my head at the one who brought me here, and started all of this.

I want to hate him, and yet I owe him so much.

'But does every Champion blessed with the Gods power have to put up with this? I feel most of what he does is done purposely though to annoy me......'

I looked around towards the two who continued eating their tasty treats while all those around us remained in a practically motionless state within Loki's special space.

"Mmm...Oh Vali you have to try this, it's so sweet!" - Elyria

"Mphmph. Come on, you know you want a lick on some fudge....Now give it a taste already and enjoy yourself for once ya 'Nut'..Hah! Ah, one of these days ol Champion of mine, I'm going to climb over that little wall of emotion of yours and it will be, Divine... Mmm.. Show gerd....Mmm!..." - Loki

With food in both of their mouths trying to both get me to loosen up some more, I looked towards the cone shaped treat in front of me and eventually took a bite.

'......Oh, wow. That is good.'

I ignored him and took another bite, and for a short time the three of us quietly enjoyed a the tasty sweets.
