《The Wizard Division》Going Forward

Hi. Hello. How are you? Not good? Same, brother. But I'm not here to pussyfoot around. Basically, I've been a bit of an asshole. Sorry. There are reasons, of course. Some of them even good ones. Anyway to all the fans, who've waited 5 (yikes) months, thanks for sticking with it, I guess. And to the 3 patrons I still have, you're basically saints.
The title, as you've no doubt gathered, leads into the main reason for this aside. Basically, I think I'm up to writing again, but the question is what to write. Thus the poll, at the bottom of this little notice. I can think of 3 real options.
Option the first; I just continue from where I left off. This scares the shit out of me, for several reasons. Firstly, I was severely burned out with the story, not for the plot, which i was still into, but because I could see the flaws in pacing and they were just piling up, and I didn't really know how to stop.
Option the second; I do a full re-write. This is something I think I would be okay doing, though I still have some trepidation. While I would leave the original chapters up, I would begin again with a better idea of where I'm going and how to keep pace, and that kind of thing.
Option the Third; Write something new. This is perhaps what I'm most comfortable with, writing-wise, but I understand that to some it's a betrayal, which is why I haven't just gone and done that. Either continue my other story, ArchWizard's Tale or just begin something fresh. Maybe an epic fantasy or a spy thriller, or a crime drama. Who knows?
Anyway, those are my options as I see them, but I want to take into consideration the 1200 people who signed on to read The Wizard Division, and your thoughts. Certainly to me, while I can't say I wouldn't love to continue TWD or rewrite it better than before, I have a nagging feeling at the back of my head that tells me I would be doing myself, and the Premise, which I'm still in love with, a disservice. Then again, this is the same nagging feeling that stopped me writing, so I don't know whether to listen to it or not.

Anyway, if your still here, thanks, and I hope whatever I end up doing, you enjoy it.

The Wizard Division
Everyone knows that magic is real, that it's the driving force behind the evolution society has gone through over the past few thousand years. Everyone gets annoyed by faeries that steal your socks, or swap your car for a carriage, or coat all your food with salt. Because things like that don't matter enough to hide. Everyone learns about Hitler, the darkest necromancer ever known, who singlehandedly waged war on the rest of the world, in school, and the other similar events in history. Because they were too large to hide. But for everything else, the veil hides the magic from the mundane. There might be an unlicenced werewolf working as your librarian. Maybe a dragon owns your local banking chain. Maybe the murder victim who was killed in a locked room WAS killed by an angry ghost. Or a shapeshifter. Or the elder Fae. Or a rogue Wizard. The solution? Everyone knows the answer to that too. The one thing every police department in the world has in common. The Wizard Division. The L.A.W.D. (Los Angeles Wizard Division) is in for one hell of a ride, when Charlie, a new trainee foisted into the world of magic joins their ranks, and with him a whole host of new and unusual magic sheananigans comes to Los Angeles. Updates twice weekly. Make sure to follow for more updates.
