Only someone truly skilled in one of the two fields can activate their Haki without much or any training at all.”

“But didn't you say that most people on this second part of the Grand Line have Haki? How is that possible?” A good question, I had my suspicions. And Jo confirmed them with his answer.

“Genetics, the people on the second part are genetically more aligned to activate Haki. We scientists are not sure how or when it happened, but the people on the Grand Line have a slightly different DNA than those from the Blues. This part can be found more frequently the farther you travel on the Grand Line.

“I see”, said the Sargent deep in thoughts, “did you see any signs of symbols that might tell us for whom they were working?”, he then asked.

And we will be long gone before they can look themselves and question us.

We agreed and continued to eat. I had nothing against being ordered to do this, it is one thing less I have to think about. If Nojiko wants to take care of the distribution of work then fine by me.

I wanted to bring Jonny and Yosaku to a weapon shop anyway. They need new swords. Neither of them has a weapon made for their fighting style.

We will reach Loguetown in a day or two, let's see if Smoker and Luffy have met already.
