Short answer: Like book 1, I had to remove it prior to posting up on Amazon.
Long answer: I was up against a time limit. I posted in the notes when book 2 would be taken down and then squeaked out another day past that.
I understand people would have liked more time to read it. If you were caught up in the middle when the chapters were taken down, feel free to DM me.
