Hi all,

I know that all of you are anxious for me to get back to the world of Spellgun, and I'm sorry that this update isn't another chapter. Please know that I do plan on returning to Spellgun eventually and that the story has not been abandoned, just paused.

The reason for this update is that a couple of helpful readers have pointed out that someone has pirated "Spellgun" and posted it on Amazon as a story called "Implant", only changing the name of the main character from "Paul" to "Payle".

I am in the process of making an infringement complaint with Amazon. Please do not support this pirated work, and while I don't support review bombing, if you happen to come across the story and Amazon and want to leave a review letting other potential buyers know that they would be purchasing a pirated, incomplete work I would appreciate it.

Its been taken down! After a few e-mails back and forth with the Copyright Infringement folks at Amazon, the pirated story has been removed from the Kindle store.
