"I can't believe someone could actually have so much impact on two hidden villages without anyone even knowing his real identity" Spoke Mei with a distressed look on her face, and the other hidden mist ninjas felt the same.

"Indeed, that's why I suggest our two villages enter an alliance, we can help you get your village up on its feet" Spoke Bakorio calmly and Yagura stared at him silently before he asked "What do you want in exchange?"

'I love talking to smart people' thought Bakorio with a smile before he said to everyone in the room "I want you to become allies with Konoha and assist us in our time of need with both material and human resources, but this isn't something that will be done by mere words"

Zabuza frowned at this and asked "What do you mean?"

Bakorio leaned back on his chair and said with a shrug "You see, my poor village wanted peace since a long time ago. However, every time it puts its trust in a certain village, they end up getting betrayed. So, to not repeat an old mistake, I devised a method so that no one could renege on their promises"

"Are you saying that our village can't be trusted?" Spoke Ao with a stern look on his face and Bakorio paused slightly and turned to stare at him coldly before he disappeared from his seat and punched him in the face, sending him flying through the wall of the conference room and far into the distance where he couldn't see him anymore.

Then, he turned to the shocked people in the room and said awkwardly "Sorry, he was getting on my nerves. Now where was I?"

After saying this, Bakorio went back to his seat as if nothing had happened while the room remained silent as the people either stared at him in shock or were gulping in fear…

'I guess he deserved it' thought Mei, trying to convince herself that this wasn't Bakorio's fault so they don't have to fight this monster…

"Oh, that's right, I was saying that I devised a method to make sure any agreement we make can't be broken, if you are interested we can make a deal right away"

Yagura ignored the breeze hitting him on the face from the new human-shaped window on the wall and said "What kind of method is this?"

Bakorio smiled at him warmly and said "It's simple, the Kage and two other important members of each village will each sign a special form of contract called a soul contract. And once you do, anyone who breaks the agreement will be punished by death… Direct and simple"

Bakorio's three students stared at their teacher in fear and they couldn't help but think 'So this is how sensei deals with other people… and we thought he was harsh on us… That guy with the Byakugan is probably dead by now…'

"How can we trust that this isn't something to trick us and won't actually harm the people of your village" Spoke Zabuza coldly and Bakorio couldn't help but narrow his eyes at him and say "Well, I won't be giving you the method of producing that contract that's for sure, however we can test its effect on that annoying guy and you will see first hand how it works"

Zabuza felt a chill while being stared by Bakorio's blood-red eyes and decided to remain silent while Mei quickly said "Let's not kill Ao please, he's still an important member of our village"

"Tch" Bakorio clicked his tongue in dissatisfaction which made the other ninja move away from him slightly while Yagura spoke "I'm willing to trust you, but this isn't a decision I can make for the village anymore since I don't deserve to be its leader, we should have a vote…"

"Sure, suit yourself" Spoke Bakorio before he left the room with his students to let them discuss between themselves on how they should handle this situation…

"Psst, Sensei, is the village okay with all of this? Wasn't our mission just a reconnaissance mission to see what was going inside of Kiri… This is already going out of hand!" Whispered Naruto in Bakorio's ear as he finally realized that this mission was probably at least S Rank...

Bakorio stared at Naruto with a bewildered look before he spoke "You are the last person I expected to have a sense of reason… It seems like the world is ending tomorrow"

Naruto pouted after hearing this while Sasuke and Hinata chuckled at the remark and Bakorio couldn't help but smile slightly and poke Naruto in the head before he said "Don't worry, this will benefit the village and Fugaku will definitely agree to it"

Hearing this, Naruto nodded reluctantly but Sasuke asked him with a worried look on his face "Sensei, is it true that father might die if he breaks the agreement?"

Bakorio remained silent for a while before he spoke "Yes he will, otherwise it wouldn't be fair. But don't worry, your father won't have any reason to break it"

These words didn't help to ease Sasuke's worries and he remained silent after that and so did the other two as the mood grew heavier, and it wasn't just theirs as the others were also having a heated argument about whether to agree or not to this deal.

After a few minutes, Yagura approached Yuki and said "We want to first meat with The fifth Hokage before we make our final decision"

'Hmm, It seems like they are already willing to agree but they want to talk to Fugaku in hope of getting more benefits out of him huh?' Fugaku's stoic face ended up appearing on Bakorio's head which brought a smile to his face as he found their efforts laughable… After all, Fugaku was even harder to deal with than himself…

"Sure, you can send some people with us back to the village If you want" Said Bakorio, and Yagura immediately nodded and said "Zabuza, Ao, and I will go with you, I think we are high level enough to fulfill your condition right?"

Bakorio shot Mei a weird look and she averted her eyes away from him and he couldn't help but smirk 'They didn't ask Mei to come along with them in case this is some sort of trap huh? Not bad, having a smart ally can have its own benefits'

"Yup, that would be enough, as long as that guy keeps his mouth shut on the way" said Bakorio with a smile and Yagura nodded back at him relieved that Mei doesn't have to participate in this…' Sorry Ao' he thought before they started making their way back to Konoha…

Back at Konoha, negotiations went poorly for the Kiri trio. However, they ended up agreeing to the agreement after seeing Konoha's power which would be very useful for them to have as a backing until their village recovers back from its self-inflicted wounds…

After everything was over, Bakorio went to Yagura and asked to meet his tailed beast Isobu. Surprisingly, it agreed right away which ended with Bakorio inside Yagura's seal space

Unlike Kurama's seal space which used to have a huge door to keep Kurama at bay, Yagura's seal space didn't have any restrictions on Isobu other than keeping him inside of Yagura…

"Young man, thank you for freeing me from that masked man's control" Spoke Isobu to Bakorio who was observing his giant tortoise-like appearance….

"You are welcome, I couldn't bear to see one of Kurama's siblings being manipulated against his will" spoke Bakorio with a smile which surprised Isobu as he said "Kurama? Do you know him?"

"Well yea, I actually freed him a long time ago" spoke Bakorio again which surprised Isobu even more

"Impossible, didn't he cause too much trouble to your village?" HE asked and Bakorio simply shrugged at him and said "You can communicate with him and confirm this if you want"

"Sorry I didn't mean it that way… Is there anything I can repay you with? Unfortunately, I already have a Jinchuriki so you should ask for something else" Spoke Isobu apologetically which made Bakorio smile before he said "I don't need anything from you… I just want to be your friend"

Isobu's eyes widened slightly and he couldn't help but approach his giant head to Bakorio's face but he couldn't see any hint of falsehood in his eyes so he calmly nodded at him and just as he did, a notification appeared in front of Bakorio…
