There will be no chapter tomorrow (Friday). My mom is having some bad medical issues so I will take a day off to look after her. Hope you all have a good weekend and sorry for the late notice.
Thank you all for following my story even through the not-so-good parts I never thought it would be as successful as it is now. I've tried several things and some of them fell on its face, mostly due to my experience as a writer but through my failure, I have gotten better and I will continue to do so.
I am currently updating the earlier chapters and will aim to do around five chapters on the weekend, but this should still be counted as a rough draft and not a finished and polished story. I plan to rewrite this story one day when I have gotten better and have a clearer vision for this story. Unneeded fat will be trimmed, pacing will be fixed, and hopefully, I can salvage some things I did not do so well on; but that's all for later, not the current updates.

Nothing had ever felt quite right for Alexander Adamson. He'd worked his way up to a job he could tolerate, a few casual friends, and even a nice little apartment that he could call his own, though it really wasn't. The problem was that none of it was satisfying. It was as though he were going through the motions of a life, rather than having one of his own. Back from hiatus along with my other fiction. Chapters are on a Thurs/Sun schedule until book 3 of that fiction is completed, at which point I'll be updating this daily. At which point uh.... I dunno what I'm going to do.

I've completed 3 of the books so far and will finish with a fourth, maybe fifth book. Book 1 is heavy on the character development side while the following will be much more decision and consequence oriented. This story reaches into the soul of a person and the universe we live in. Some people deserve a second chance, and some do not. With that im mind, no one really ever gets what they deserve though, do they? Always tell the people you care about that you love them as often as you can, they could be gone tomorrow. Would that change if you could always bring them back?
