Chapter 42: How Sweet

Qiao Qing, “… I guess you are not at all in pain . ”

“Are you going to give it to me or not?”

The moment Qiao Qing parted her lips, the lollipop in her mouth was stolen away .

Then, he laid back lazily into the bed . He looked like a handsome prince who was waiting to be taken care of .

Qiao Qing inhaled sharply and endured the feeling of wanting to throw this person out . She then cleaned off the blood stains around his wounds .

Qiao Qing started at the ugly wounds and said in a cold tone, “If you continue to behave like this, it’ll take months before you get better!”

Jun Yexuan’s far too attractive face showed a look of being wronged, “Qiao Qing, is your heart made out of stone? I am hurt because of you . ”

Qiao Qing laughed, “She is old . The cane hitting the body wouldn’t create much impact . I can tell based on the noise it made . ”

“I am in the medical field . Based on a combination of how your wounds looked the last time I looked at it, your physical condition, how much time has passed, and a wound’s normal healing time – the hit from just now should only have scathed your skin . It wouldn’t have caused so much damage . ”

“So, you must’ve done something awful this morning that offended your body . How’s that because of me?”

How could he forget that this young girl has an IQ that is terrifying insane?

However, he strangely found this young girl who wasn’t great at socializing to be very cute .

Qiao Qing’s hands paused a little, she had no plans to answer that question .

Jun Yexuan, however, grabbed onto her hand . With a rather threatening gaze, he asked, “You like him?”

Qiao Qing was annoyed . “Third young master Jun, I am only 17 and attending high school . Please watch the way you act and speak . ”

Jun Yexuan was looking at her with a deep and profound gaze, “But his eyes are on you and he thinks he will eventually win you over . ”

Qiao Qing’s lips pursed into a straight line .

“So . ” Jun Yexuan smiled and then instantly restored his confusing and distant demeanor .

“Don’t use your young age as an excuse to think simply of men . Age is never a problem . After all, men can wait until you grow older . ”

Qiao Qing frowned tightly . “What are you trying to say?”

“If you have no feeling towards Feng Heng, then break it off for good . ”

Qiao Qing coldly snickered, “This seems to be my own business . Third young master Jun, you are only a passing by guest, what right do you have to influence my life?”

Jun Yexuan froze at those words . A sentence circled around his lips but he did not reveal it .

Qiao Qing took back her hand, completed the final stages of bandaging, and left .

Inside the study .

Qiao Qing took out the jewelry box that contained the ring from her drawer . Her fingers tapped her desk a few times, “Lang Yin . ”

Moments after she spoke, a ghost-like silhouette rushed in from the window . The silhouette landed soundlessly, like a shadow .

Qiao Qing pushed the jewelry box over, “Go to the Jin Sect and return it to Feng Heng . ”
