HONESTLY, IT PAINS THIS PATRIARCH NOT TO POST A CHAPTER EVERY SINGLE DAY, EVEN DURING CHRISTMAS, BUT IT'S BETTER NOT TO BURN THROUGH THE LITTLE BACKLOG WE ARE BUILDING. THIS SHOULD BE THE ONLY INTERRUPTION FOR THE FORESEABLE FUTURE.
THE PLAGUE DOCTOR INVESTIGATION ARC IS TURNING INTO SOMETHING MUCH DIFFERENT, ISN'T IT? I CAN'T WAIT TO WRITE A MORE FAST-PACED ARC AFTER THE WHOLE LOT WORLD-BUILDING WE HAVE DONE IN VOLUME THREE. THE VOLUME IS NOT OFFICIALLY DONE YET. I'M STILL WRITING THE LAST CHAPTERS AND THEN I'LL CLOSE IT WITH A SIDE STORY. IT SHOULD TAKE AROUND 7-8 CHAPTERS FROM NOW, MAYBE A BIT MORE. I'M NOT ENTIRELY SURE.
