Hello! If you are reading this, it probably means you have read all 40 chapters of The Light Mage and the Fog! If that is true, that is amazing! Just a few days ago, this story surpassed 10k views, which is insane to me. As you may know, this is an amatorial project born out of a passion for fantasy and narrative and a distant desire to maybe, someday, be good enough to make it a source of income. As of now, that is a very remote dream, and I have a responsibility to focus on more impending parts of my life, mainly university exams. Thus, the updates will stop for now and resume around the end of January/the start of February.

I will NOT abandon this project.

It is more significant than just the story itself. The Light Mage and the Fog is a way for me to prove to myself that I can actually write consistently and finish a story, regardless of its overall quality. It is the only way I know to learn so that, whatever will be my next writing project, it will contain all the experience that I have gained in the meantime.

When I first started writing, I did not think I would ever need to write a post like this for readers. Since then, 8 lovely people put their favorites on this story and 49 followers. Ence, I feel a duty to inform you.
