“No kids and if they're not soldiers you can't fucking touch. Because I'll tell you this now, if anyone so much as touches the hair on one of my kid's heads, I'll willingly throw my humanity out the window. Everyone you love and everyone they've loved. I'll make the Mountain Climbers sound like a fucking joke.” Taylor says, not believing the words that came out of his own mouth. But nonetheless, the intensity of the emotions regarding his children was expressed.

The man sitting across from the table lets out a sigh. He looks to Johan and raises an eyebrow as if to say, ‘You chose this asshole’s side?’

Johan lets out a laugh and simply shrugs. War is the same no matter what side you’re on. At least this side is more challenging. He thinks without a care.

“Johan, speak to him. You raised this boy. He’ll listen to you. You can still turn back from this. We can forget all that’s happened as long as we’ll be able to avoid further bloodshed. If not, your side will not survive the year.” The man says, his face elderly and caring as he tried to dissuade the other side like they were his grandchildren.

Taylor smirks. “We can stop right now, if you want. But you’ll have to let the Naturalists go.” He says, daring them while trying to hide a hint of hope.

“Impossible. The Naturalists must be eliminated. As it stands now, we’re simply food for their growth. If they’re allowed any more time to evolve, they’ll consume us all.” The man says in firm opposition.

Hanz lets out a chuckle. “That’s what I’m saying. You shouldn’t be fighting amongst yourselves. No, you should gather resources while you can and wait. When the kids are nice and grown, they’ll come to you, hungry for more. At that point… At that point it will be a true tribulation.” He says with a sparkle in his eyes as he glimpses ahead at the possible glory, where all the little beasts were thrown into a pot and refined against each other again and again… until… at the very end… New gods would be born.

“This isn’t a fucking game. This is a fight for survival. Is it so wrong to use whatever advantage we can?” The man asks, feeling as if he was speaking to a bunch of idiots.

Taylor stares blankly for a moment before speaking his mind. “Well… Yeah… It seems kind of like a bitch move to me.” He says honestly with a passive face.

Johan smirks. “It’s kind of moist… And what’s that scent? Is there a hint of pussy in the air?” He asks, sniffing the air in jest.

The man’s face because hot with rage and embarrassment while Hanz lets out a loud laugh. “These guys might be assholes, but they’re not wrong. You guys might win this war, but it’s not going to get rid of the rank smell of bitch in the air.” Hanz says before continuing to laugh.

The man struggles to compose himself before letting out a breath. “All’s fair in love and war, my friends.” He says in defense.

“Yeah, if you’re a demon or a heartless bitch. But whatever, believe what you want I guess.” Taylor says with another smirk.

Johan holds onto his mouth and struggles to hold in a laugh. Fuck, I love this kid. He thinks, greatly amused.

“Anyways, since it’s apparent that this war is going to continue, and we’ve arrived back at the subject of what’s fair, I’ll say it again. Touch my kids, and even Hanz won’t be able to stop me from soul-fucking your loved ones into oblivion.” Taylor says as he gets up from his chair. “Peace out, bitches.” He says as he exits the the room.

Johan looks to Hanz and smiles. “I raised that boy.” He says with pride.

Hanz also smiles. “Who do you think raised this one?” He asks as he points a thumb to the other man in the room.

Johan smirks. “Someone who obviously failed.” He says before getting up. “Anyways, thanks for coming and allowing this matter to stay civil. It is very much appreciated.” He says with a slight bow before exiting the office.

Hanz, left alone with the other man, shakes his head. “When will you kids grow up?” He asks no one in particular.

The man felt like he had something stuck in his throat. He was so frustrated and had no way to express it. Just as he was about to say something, Hanz figure disappeared.

The man stares blankly before letting out angry shout. “Fuck!” He yells as he throws a glass of water against the wall.
