Space affinity is a very rare affinity. And it was a common fact that it was a very strong power. But Arvin was not that interested in that affinity. It was because of the complexities and rareness of this attribute….

From the books that Arvin had read, there were many instances when he heard about the magic related to Space. They were very powerful and their power for destruction was highest in the list of all affinities. But there were a very small amount of runes that could be used by this affinity. Thus making it very hard to gauge the power of this affinity and thus use.

Space affinity is so strong that there are no simple runes that could be used to cast a magic circle related to space affinity. Only Royal and Imperial runes could truly bring out power from a Space affinity-related magic circle. That alone showed that how strong was Space affinity.

So when Arvin saw that there was space affinity in the list of rewards he wanted to chose it straight away. But when he started thinking carefully about it, he understood that this would have been a very stupid choice if Arvin would have gone with it. The simple reason for this would be the lack of runes…

Till now Arvin had not mastered the use of Simple runes. Although it could be said that he had already mastered Hemo runes but they far were simpler to master than any other runes. And till now Arvin had not come across a book which showed or told about the use of Imperial or Royal runes. That meant that those were very rare books. So until and unless Arvin finds a book that gave a detailed description about Imperial or Royal runes, Space affinity is useless to him.

But on the other Ice affinity was very useful to him. Ice affinity is not rare as the Space affinity, and there were some simple runes from which this affinity could be used. So it meant that Arvin could start using Ice magic straight away.

As for the last option about repairing his battle gear, it would be a waste if he chose that option. So Arvin concluded that the only useful option right would be the Ice affinity. So Arvin decided that for now the best option to chose would be the ice magic.

As Arvin clicked on the Ice affinity he started getting notifications from the system…

Arvin looked at the notifications that have pooped in front of him. He then looked at the notification another time. Then Arvin brought some water from his inventory and washed his face. He then once again looked at the notification that has pooped up….

'WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FUCK IS GOING ON HERE!' Arvin screamed.

{Woah… It seems like I did fuck this up.} Loki said.

'You know what is happening?' Arvin asked.

'Then what the fuck is going on here? And you could have at least warned me that something like this might pop up.' Arvin said.

Arvin don't what had happened but he was getting angry and angry as the second passed by. Normally he was a very chilled guy. But right now he was getting angry and angry by second. It was like that his anger was channeled into him by someone.

Arvin tried and tried but he was not able to do transform no matter what he does. He started getting irritated from his disability. From the start, Arvin had been too dependent on his Transformation skill. After all, it was a cheat the only cheat in his arsenal that was too OP. But now as he was able to use the skill he was getting frustrated and irritated.

Most OP and useful skill that Arvin possessed was locked for some reason. He didn't know why they were locked. It was then he realized it… Loki.

As Arvin understood what happened he started feeling more and…. He started feeling that everybody in this world is here to make his life more and more difficult.

In a big mansion located by a calm and soothing lake, General Ruth of the Bahamut Empire was drinking tea. It has been a rough couple of days for her. She may have won the war but she had also lost all of her allies in the previous war. They were all killed by that figure in dark clothing. Emperor was furious after that war. But as he didn't have any power to do something to that figure, he concentrated all of his anger onto her.

For now, General Ruth had managed to calm the Emperor down. But still, the news of a whole battalion being eradicated was a very devastating news for the whole empire.
