A few days after the annual ball:

Ru did not seem to think there was any difference between him and Zhao Min.But Zhao Min knew differently.Though he did not know how to explain it to the little master.He looked to Uncle Ryu for help who was observing him with narrowed eyes.Seeing his pleading look,Ryu looked at his son and said,"Ru,I need to talk this out with your friend.Please give us a moment."Ru looked at his friend and then his father.Though he frowned,he saw the assurance and understanding in his father's gaze and went inside where his mother was sleeping.

Ryu stared at the little boy and asked directly,"Why not live here?Both of you can be together."

Zhao Min breathed in deeply and said,"I know that little master wants us to stay here.But sir I don't need pity.I..I just want to take good care of my sister and live honestly.If I bother you and impose on little master's kind gesture,then I am no better than a leech.I just want to be his friend.But I am not in an equal position.If I accept this,then I won't be able to treat him as a friend.."

Ryu felt his heart melt at the little boy's thinking.But he showed none of this on his cold face.In an indifferent tone,He asked,"Zhao Min.Did you become friends with Ru because he is rich?Did you come here because you hoped to gain some benefits from him?Are you saying that in friendship,if Ru was in a similar situation and needed help,you would expect him to handle it himself?"

"If the answer to any of these questions is yes,then I have no qualms about arranging an orphanage for you.But if you think differently,then you and Xin Xin are welcome to stay here as part of our family.Ru already loves you like a brother.You have been his friend so you know that he presents a cold facade to everyone but those close to him.Friendship is not about giving and taking or status.But if you still feel unequal,be his brother.Take care of him like you would of Xin Xin.Regarding your uncle,I am only going to take measured so that he doesn't reach you.Anything else,you need not worry about.And then I will handle both your adoption papers"

Zhao Min silently stared at Ryu Long for a while and then blurted,"I don't want to be adopted."

Ryu,who had been about to get up and leave looked at Zhao Min carefully,waiting for him to continue,which he did,"Sir,you are right.The answer to all your questions is no.And I am willing to be a big brother to Ru but I need to pay you back for everything."

The boy then went on his knees and said,"Please adopt Zhao Xin and I will stay here as a foster child.I must pay you back for everything"

Ryu shook his head at the little child and finally said,"Alright,you will be fostered.But from now on I don't want you to differentiate between yourself and Ru.Also regarding payment,I do not lack money.When the time comes,I will tell you the terms of payment.Also weather you are fostered or adopted,from now you are a part of the family so I do not want this little master and all.He is Ru to you even in your thinking."

Zhao Min nodded and soon Zhao Min and Zhao Xin were also a part of the Long family.

But the adoption was going to take some time and someone needed to be taught a lesson.It did not take Ryu Long much time to apply for the adoption of Zhao Xin.
