A few hours before their date,Ryu had messaged Ah Hai,"Need to go out.You ready to take on the challenge of kids' babysitting?"

Naturally he had agreed and even thought that his big bro had made a typing error with kid's v/s kids'.He was in for a rude shock in the evening.

Early in the evening,Ah Hai left his little home to go to his brother's house.Reaching there he saw Alicia and Ryu were waiting for him.

His sister in law was glowing and he was pretty sure if she had not been pregnant,she would have been skipping.She seemed really happy for this date.As soon as he had reached the door,she hugged him and ruffled his hair like he was a kid.He thought it was a bad decision to let his hair grow if this was the treatment he was going to get.Maybe he should go back to the military cut..He rolled his eyes at her but knew complaining would only lead to more of such treatment so said nothing.She then said,"Ah Hai,you are the best!I knew we could count on you.Don't worry we have full confidence in you!"She then narrowed her eyes at his big bro and said"Or attest I do!hmpf!Bye.We'll see you tomorrow."With that Alicia was in the car while Ryu was left standing with Ah Hai.

Ah Hai looked at his brother waiting for him to leave as well but Ryu just narrowed his eyes at him and said,"You really are confident. Anyways I have asked the housekeeper to stay here until the kids are asleep and then she will leave.All the instructions related to the kids are posted on the refrigerator. Do not and I mean it DO NOT CALL me until and unless there is an emergency!"

Ah Hai was suddenly feeling alarmed.Typing error he could know but he said kids...

Ah Hai scowled and asked,"what do you mean by kids?"

But in the next moment he got the answer,a little baby's wail could be heard from the baby monitor on a table on the side and then two soothing voices!Two!

Ryu just smirked and said,"And that is my cue to leave.Bye boy!"

Ryuvwas about to make his escape but Ah Hai was a trained soldier and leapt in front of him before Ryu could go.Hands spread on the sides,he looked at Ryu and said,"Big bro,until a few days ago you had one kid here and one in the oven!Now there are three kids upstairs and still one in there.What is going on?"

Ryu smiled and answered,"The other two are Ru's playmates and friends.Be good and take care of them!"

Desperately now he said,"Call Neil bro!I cannot handle three kids!He is more experienced in all this!"

"Yes he is but he is also in a relationship now and needs privacy. You on the other hand are free..so it has to be you!"With that Ryu simply pushed down Ah Hai's hand and went his way before Ah Hai could do anything.

Actually Ryu had specifically chosen Ah Hai because he could see Ah Hai was worried about something more but did not wish to talk about it so what better way to keep him distracted.

Ah Hai who had faced multiple terrorists and was considered a one man army and a force to be reckoned with was currently standing frozen in place pitying himself and scared of three kids.He had imagined that dinner and bedtime duty would be his only responsibility for tonight but with three kids,it seemed a far fetched idea.

He wondered if he could escape and leave the housekeeper in charge.

Just then he heard the baby wail even more loudly and with scenarios of it choking or falling,he tan up the stairs two at a time.Ryshing to the door,he banged it open resulting in Zhao Min picking his sister and moving back and Ru rushing forward.Ru high fives his uncle and then seeing that his friend was worried,went to him and said,"Don't worry.Uncle Ah Hai is here to watch us.He night be big like a bear but he is cuddly like a teddy bear.He's so sappy that it's gross to watch him sometimes.Zhao Xin had yet to stop crying and angry at being ignored,she wailed even more loudly.Unable to console her,Ru turned this uncle and said,"Uncle,Xini won't stop crying.Can you help?"

Trying to look as if he knew what was wrong,he asked the boys,"maybe she is hungry?"

Both shook their heads and Ru explained, "She just ate.And burped."Ah Hai did not know that babies had to be burped or how. But ofcourse he did not show it on his face.If she had been fed that meant,"maybe she had pooped?"

Zhao Min answered,"She did that also before sleeping."Zhao Min had observed this uncle and deemed him safe for now so he was willing to talk to him."Thank the heavens."Ah Hai thought to himself but did not say it out loud.

Finally,tired of seeing her cry,Ru took the crying baby from Zhao Min and handed it to his uncle who held her as if he was holding a bomb.Whatever..Ah Hai thought that the baby was more dangerous than a bomb.

Zhao Xin,who was now red suddenly quieted down and stared at the new human.The curiosity made her quiet down giving them a moment of peace.Zhao Min was also a bit pacified after this.Zhao Xin used to always cry in the presence of their uncle as if she could feel the evil in him.Reassured that his sister was in safe hands,Zhao Min followed Ru down stairs. The only persons left in the room were a man and a baby staring at each other.
