The invitation was a made with a black heavy handmade paper and embossed with gold.The name of each employee was also printed similarly making every invitation unique.Only invitations which had the names printed were issued to the employees and this sent a ripple of excitement in the employees.The Grand Ball was a time that every person looked forward too.The annual ball had actually been started by the founder of Lance Inc,Ryu Long's father Ruan Long to celebrate his wedding anniversary with all his employees.But the small gathering had turned into a grand ball as the strength of the company had grown.Every employee was given a chance to choose party dresses from the company's designer boutiques at heavy discounts and the company went on a three day long holiday.The celebration was no less than new year celebrations.All clients and employees were given a taste of high society.

Apart from the employees,many VIPs also looked forward to this ball as this was the only ball they were sure to see the CEO of Lance Inc.Their invitations were a midnight blue with no names and let only two people in.These invitations were actually required to bid for various charities.And only the top 100 charity donors were issued theis card.It was a known fact that Ryu Long did not attend any social gatherings and was not a people's person.The only time he was approachable was when he was at the company's ball.When Ryu Long had come into limelight for the first time after his marriage,everyone had hoped that atleast then he would be forced to step into society parties to introduce his new wife.But he had shunned the crowd even more and hidden away his wife in a different country.This had turned Ryu and Alicia Long into the most powerful and mysterious couple in the high society block.Adding in the fact that Ryu Long and his wife would be attending the ball for the first time in two years made everyone even more excited and curious.

An Jui found her chance to approach Ryu Long in the form of this invitation card.She smiled at the turn of fates as the old man who was her other lover passed it to her.Taking the invitation she smiled a sly smile and said,"It seems you really want these people destroyed.This is quite an invitation card to acquire.Just how much did you have to donate for this.Your poor cold heart must have suffered for doing so much good for the world.The old man pulled An Jui into his lap and said,"If it gets me what I want then I am willing to feed all the poor in the world.You don't have to worry about my heart.Worry about yours which is filled with hatred.Mine is pure greed while you...So Ju Ju..Use this opportunity well as this is your first and last chance."

An Jui nodded and kissed her lover with passion to thank him but in the back of her head,she was planning how to handle the matter and separate that Alicia to get some time to get to Ryu Long.She had already memorized everything that was known to people.She had even spoken to some of his competitors and ex employees at parties.And this was not just about making Alicia loose to her,she had somehow genuinely become interested in Ryu Long.she fantasized about having him as a lover and serving all her needs.She fantasized about how it would be to spend all that money withput having to worey about sleeping with someone gross for getting it.Oh her dear father was generous but his people always kept an eye on her expenses and this rich sugar daddy always wanted gross favors in return for spending his money on her.She made a face with her back to him wondering what he would want for this.She was going to negotiate because he too needed Ryu Long and her father out of the way for his project to succeed.So it was already a balanced transaction.

On the other side of the city at Lance Inc Headquarters:

Assistant Kim and Assistant Alica sttod in front of Ryu Long's chair as he scanned the list of VIPs that had been chosen to send the invites and those who had lost their chance.After scanning the names,Ryu nodded and said,"Well done Assostant Kim!The ehad of the charities will be pleased.Are all other things in order?I also asked you to do a special preparation this time.Is that done?"

Assistant Kim nodded his head and said,"Yes Sir.the Grand Ballroom has already undergone the renovations as per your instructions and will be ready for it's opening day on that day."

Ryu then turned to Alicia and asked,"Are your preparations completed.I want all the employees to leave with happiness in their hearts.The return favors have been prepared as per the instructions?"

Alicia nodded and continued,"Yes Sir ,and the decoration team has been given the instructions and will be going to the venue the day after tomorrow to complete the installations and I will be heading there to supervise."

After receiving the reports,Ryu excused Assistant Kim and ordered Alicia to sit.She arched her brow in question and he answered with a slight smile,"The prey has acquired the invitation.Are you sure you want to take this route?"

"Yes,Ryu.I want you to be seduce her.But let me tell you one thing hubby!If you are really seduced by that witch then I will castrate you and gauge your eyes out and then feed them to the vultures.
