As Ryu and Alicia made their way out of the restaurant,Alicia grinned up at Ryu while Ryu shook his head in exasperation.Finally he said, "Missus... You already recognized Dr. Zheng Hou.Then what was the charade about?"

Alicia smiled enigmatically and said,"What do you think hubby?The answer is simple of course!See if I was Mi Rae's brother and saw my sister chasing after a stupid man then I would try to put some sense into her and talk her out of it!And that would have been the agenda of today's meetup!But !I am on Neil's side,and Mi Rae's of course so I needed to distract him for a while so that he would be too shocked to say anything.And by the time he regains his balance,it will be time for them to get back to work.I am not going to let a punk ruin anything for my ship!"

Ryu:".."His wife sounded awfully like Uncle Ye..He should be worried!

Ryu was at a loss of words!He did not know what to say to his wife anymore.She was too much of an enigma to him even now!The next words,she said to him shocked him even more and he was almost tempted to tell her to stop the horses in her brain!

"Hubby??Do you think we should find a girlfriend for Dr Zheng?Then he will be totally distracted and not interfere with Neil and Mi Rae's story!"

Ryu(after being shocked for a while):"Missus!He may already have a girlfriend!And there is no need to go to such extremes!Just tell the author to kick Dr Zheng to the curb!"

Before Alicia could go into an even more different tangent,Ryu thought that they should escape to the office as soon as possible!But just then he realized that Alicia was already distracted and had not given him a reply.In fact she had a very strange expression on her face as she tilted her head and stared at some point in the distance.

He turned around to look in that direction and saw nothing!But something had disturbed her.Instead of seeking her attention and asking,Ryu waited.Suddenly,Alicia let out a smile that almost shocked him to the toes.It as chilling and downright scary.The only time he had seen such an expression on her face was when he had ruined the woman who had tried to drug her.But even then it had never been cold.Not even when they had faced her ex had she had that expression.Feeling her hubby's gaze,Alicia suddenly turned to look at him.Ryu almost felt his soul fly away with worry...As if realizing that she was scaring her husband,Alicia shook herself andcomposed her features.The peaceful and teasing atmosphere had suddenly turned awkward mixed wth the negative energy..

Seeing Alicia back to normal,Ryu put the car into drive and turned on the music.Alicia always felt soothed with music and he could sense she needed it right now.Extending his hand he took her cold hand in his and gave it a reassuring squeeze.

Alicia tightly squeezed back his hand and laid back on her seat.She let the music soothe her.The ast returned and at a time when she was most vulnerable..She was pregnant now and only learning to cope with her fears and the killer of her previous baby was back.Many times over these years,she had contemplated of giving up on revenge.It wasn't because that she had forgiven them but she had moved on and had thought there was no need to dwell in the past.She had wanted to move on.

But today she had seen that woman and fire coursed through her body..Her stomach had clenched as if the baby inside her was reminding her to not to let the killer of it's sibling go ununished.

She was almost pushed back to the desperation of the past when she was alone and after having lost everything she had wanted to give up.She thought back to the time when she had struggled to even breathe from the guilt of losing her baby.The time when she had decided to marry her Ryu,she had thought to take her revenge after a couple of years,sinch she'd have more power.But in her bliss and happiness she had become complacent.She was guilty of not avenging her unborn child.But there was time no better time than now.And she had enough power to handle the woman.She just needed to brush up on her information of the past.As her mind worked on the plan to handle her dear An Jui,she was astonished at herself.Oh she may not have actively thought of her revenge over the years but she had laid the chess pieces for attack.A smile graced her features even as her eyes remained closed and once she felt soothed and that her blood pressure was under control,she turned to look at her hubby and said in a mild tone,"Hubby..An Jui is back..."

Ryu heard her and silently Nodded his head in acknowledgement.He knew who An Jui was of course.The treasured but illegimate daughter of President An.The budding socialite who had just returned from her studies in ivy league universities abroad and lastly but most importantly,she was the girlfriend of Alan Xu-Alicia's ex!
