Neil went out of the house not wanting to see anymore.Though he knew Onita was right and they were not his responsibility but he had really fallen in love with the little cupcake and did not want her to suffer.The moment he stepped out of the room he saw Ryu sitting in the same place staring at the kids.With a curt,"You must have already made the preparations,I think."A nod with narrowed eyes was the answer he received.Receiving his answer,Neil nodded and left saying,"I have some work so I will join in the celebration some other day."

Ryu looked at his brother leave and still said nothing.He could see that Neil had been on an emotional high tonight.His emotions were the reason he had once staunchly opposed Neil studying family law.He used to wear his heart on his sleeve.He once again cursed the girl who had made his brother like this.She was lucky she was dead or he would have tortured her to death.

The biggest difference in Ryu and Mi Reu(Neil) was that Ryu always used logic.Whereas Mi Reu used his heart.In the past many years he had used logic to curb his heart but it sometimes got the better of him..like when he had offered to help Alicia and like today.

The door opened and Ryu expected Alicia to go after Neil but it was Attorney Zheng who came out looking around the room.Seeing him she smiled awkwardly.Motioning her to have a seat with him,Ryu got up and offered her a cup of water.Thanking him in one breath,she also apologized in the next,"I am sorry for intruding.I really did not mean to.Actually we had so many calls and messages from Hu Ge that we were in a panic and since I did not have a car Neil picked me and when we saw the burning building we were shocked and.."

"Ms Zheng,you are babbling.You do not need to explain."

Mi Rae realized that she really was babbling.She did not know why.This was the first time she had felt uncomfortable in such a situation.Maybe she had been too disturbed as well.She looked for her phone to book a cab and then realized that she had handed her phone to Onita.Awkwardly,she looked at Ryu and then the kids who were playing in a corner.

Just then Alicia came out of the room.Seeing Attorney Zheng sitting there meekly,she passed her phone back to her.She then smiled at Ryu and said,"Hubby,let's lay the table and have dinner.I'll go bring over Neil.today is going to be a farewell dinner for Onita as well!You need to call the pilot and make preparations."

Ryu could see that his wife was now emotionally and physically drained and felt angry.Today was supposed to be happy and relaxing and had been ruined.He wanted to scold everyone.Knowing dhe wouldn't rest until she had spoken to Neil,he went inside the kitchen and taking out tiffins packed the dinner.Forget about being a good hist if his wife was going to suffer.

Outside:

Neil had just gotten into his car when he saw the door open and Al follow him outside.He knew she would follow him ofcourse.She never left him alone to suffer.Getting into the passenger seat,she looked at Neil and said,"the sofa inside is much more comfortable."

"There is too much light inside.I want to sit in the dark."

"The darkness won't dispel the poison inside.Even if you had the ability to protect every girl you would not be responsible for what others do.You cannot be held responsible for everything that befalls those you love."

"Hmm."

They stayed together in silence for some time saying nothing until Ryu came out of the house.He narrowed his eyes in the darkness and seeing that his wife looked alright and not as if she had cried,he went to the car and knocked on Neil's window.Bringing it down,Neil stared at his brother in question.

Ryu bent down and handing the packed food to Neil said,"Turn off your brain and go home and eat this."Then ignoring his brother he looked at his wife and then said,"Come missus.We need to go inside and eat."

Immediately switching to his little brother mode,Neil protested,"First bro!Why should I eat alone?"

But just then,Onita,Qi Cheng and Mi Rae filed out.Onita was holding the little cupcake while Qi Cheng held the two boxes of packed food.Ryu had also packed food for Attorney Zheng.Seeing this Alicia got off the car to protest but Onita interrupted,"We will have a proper reunion at a later date.As Neil said,"We need to leave at the earliest so I've decided to leave immediately.Ryu has already made arrangements and Cheng Cheng,I mean Qi Cheng is organizing a place for us to live in country A.But I promise this time I will not run away.."

Alicia nodded and gave Onita a tight hug."Don't be a stranger now and keep in touch."Then she whispered,"Cheng cheng still loves you.Give him a chance and he will love the little doll as well."

Onita gave no reaction to this and turned to Neil,"Goodbye Neil and thank you for everything."

Neil went ahead and gave a big hug to the little cupcake and Onita.Then moving back he flicked Onita on the forehead with his thumb and finger and said,"Not goodbye!We will meet again soon."
