Ryu Long had been silently observing Alicia throughout Neil's monologue.He was willing to do anything for his son..even if it was to forcefully marry this woman if his brother thought that this could save his Ru.
But he wasn't called typhoon for no reason.He had seen her face soften everytime Neil mentioned Ru.He could sweep away her objections if he had a mind to..However he caught the difference in her wording, that Neil did not.
"So ,Ms Alicia..you are not willing to sign a five year marriage contract..then according to you what should the time length of the contract be?"
"Whew..that is what she means!!"thought Neil to himself and took a sip of water from his glass to calm his racing heart.
"The term of the contract should be lifetime."
"Phooooo!!!!" Neil coughed and spat out the water he had just drank...
"Ewwww..Neil!!!" groaned Alicia and Ryu together and inwardly felt thankful for the big table in between for saving them from that spit shower...ewww..
Neil:After coughing...speechlessly staring at Al as if she had grown a second head..
Ryu: I agree with you..We need a lifetime marriage contract...
Neil: "oo"Ummmm...did you guys fall in love at first sight or something??Wow.....This is so awesome..I am soo gonna call Matt and tell him this good news..Ryu,I had no idea you could be so impulsive and Al if I had known you would love my brother so soon...I would have plotted something...
Al and Ryu: "###** sh*t up Neil"
This made Neil stop his rambling but inside he thought "This is the first time they are meeting and are already in sync.Well done Neil..you deserve a pat on the back but...now they will team up to scold me in the future...facepalm Neil...facepalm.
