Only then did he realize that he had a number of unopened notifications and at the top of them was the world announcement that was announced when he reached level 100, of course, he wasn't aware of the notifications as he was occupied with something at that moment.

"Urgh, I need a break, it's been a while since I've checked the forums," said Luke.

You see, Luke wasn't aware of the fact that 'he' was a world-famous player, nor was he aware of the fact that he was the reason thousands of people earned millions overnight.

The entire community of Genesis was confused, a 20 level difference covered in less than a second was something unheard of, especially the last 20 levels to the first ascension.

Everyone who voted for Kira, cursed themselves as some of them lost their entire life savings or at least millions of dollars, of course, they did appeal to KYOJIN but as usually KYOJIN just ignored the appeals.

The first headline that Luke saw when he logged onto the forums was,

Intrigued Night decided to read more about this 'Player Sephiroth',

Player Sephiroth was the second to hit level 100, beating even Kira to it, unfortunately, just like Night, this player seems anonymous, so there isn't any information regarding Sephiroth.

"Meh, no info huh? well, it doesn't matt-" Luke caught his words as he saw the next headlines.

"Player Night, "The anomaly", becomes the first player to reach level 100!!"

Upon clicking on it, he was surprised by the information, he never realized he was a player that caught the world's attention.

"Player Night, "the anomaly", becomes the first player to hit level 100, this was the event that surprised even those that supported him, he covered a 20 level gap in a second, each level wasn't even a minute apart or even a second apart, he jumped 20 levels at once.

Unfortunately, not much is known about Night, people assume he is either the son of Kenny Smith or perhaps the son of a rich family that is somehow involved with KYOJIN, of course, these rumours were denied by Chairman Kenny Smith."

"What the f*ck....I'm famous? I'm world-famous...Nate was right I could use this to prove my family wrong...they always assumed games were bad for me and that it was affecting my mental health but...FINALLY NATE, NATE" Luke went running out from his room.

Without even knocking on Nate's room, he rushed in and jumped on his friend, "DID YOU SEE THE HEADLINES? I DID NATE, YOU WERE RIGHT, YOU WERE ABSOLUTELY F*CKING RIGHT NATE!"

Seeing Luke so happy, Nate was elated as well, " Woah calm down bigshot, Player Night is the famous one, not you," he said with a smile.

Realizing what he meant, Luke calmed down, "You're right... *sigh* I was excited for no reason,"

"HAHAHA, you're once again wrong child, trust this Lord, I will make you famous," Nate said as he puffed up his chest.

Going with the act, Luke knelt down and said, "MY LORD, please bless this loyal subject", thanks to being around Shade so much, Luke was able to pull off a good impression of a loyal subject.

"HAH, very well, KYOJIN is holding an event for players all around the world, the venue is in Montreal and it's in less than 3 months."

Nate hid the fact that he told Luke's sister about them coming to Montreal, of course, he wouldn't do anything to hurt Luke, he only told them because he knew Luke would become famous, so taking advantage of that he decided to tell Luke's family giving Luke an opportunity to prove them wrong.

Unfortunately, Nate assumed wrong, he was under the impression that Luke's family was devilish and he didn't know the specifics about Luke's issue with his family, little did Nate know that they were completely opposite to being devilish.
