After the whole waterfall incident Night and Shade set off to the inner regions of the forest, where supposedly more monsters could be found, it was a rather long walk, it took them nearly half a week in real-time to reach the inner regions.

During their journey Night decided to ask Shade for information regarding Genesis as a whole.

According to Shade, he himself was just a pawn compared to the Divine or Forbidden beings, of course, Shade was considered a newborn and at his peak, he could be considered extremely important, to put into simpler terms, in an army the lowest rank would be that of the soldiers, and above the soldiers would be the squad leader and above the squad leader would be the general and so on.

Shade would fall under the category of supreme general along with all the other 'Guardians', of course, there were ranks above them as well, but most of them would either be Mythical or DIvine beings. Whereas Guardians are at most only capable of growing to the rank of Legends, and very few of them reached the Mythical stage.

According to Shade, Nyx was a Primordial being who surpassed even the 'almighty one', Night nodded his head after realizing who he was referring to and gestured for him to continue.

There were 12 Primordial beings in total and every single one of them hold power that defies the universe, of course, Shade continued to explain that the Primordial together form the very components that make the universe.

Even among these 'Forbidden' beings, Nyx was seen as one of the strongest.

"My lord is blessed with the Forbidden beings bloodline," Shade said while bowing down slightly. However, unbeknownst to Night, Shade felt something else that sent shivers down his spine but he couldn't quite put his finger on what it was.

"Interesting, to think KYOJIN hid so much from us players...." NIght muttered.

"Shade, is there a Guardian of Kriol as well? oh, and how many are yall? are you guys perhaps siblings or something?"

"Incorrect My Lord, to put it in human terms, the Guardians are somewhat like students and we considered each other as classmates. However, with that said, it is important to mention that there are "multiple schools", therefore, there isn't any method to find out how many Guardians exist, at least as far as my knowledge goes." Shade said with an apologetic tone.

Night was quite surprised by Shade's analogy, for a second Night was considering the possibility of Shade being a player but soon he shook that thought off and patted Shade's head.

"That's alright, thank you Shade," Night said with a smile.

Shade slightly blushed as he was thankful for his lord's gesture,

"My lord, as for the Guardian of this region, I cannot say for certain but on the off chance that there actually is one, it would be quite hard considering My Lord's current strength, However, since this region has enough shade for my shadows, the Guardian wouldn't stand a chance."

Night knew Shade didn't mean ill when he said he couldn't beat the Guardian, naturally since he had a handful of skills and to top it off he couldn't use his newly learned weapon aura and the fact that he didn't know what kind of Guardian he would be facing made it worse.

"Since the Guardian should mostly be in the central region, we shouldn't have any issues until then, of course, till we reach the central region we'll hunting beasts.

Alright then, for now, let's focus on getting stronger, I can finally see some beasts to hunt, " Night said with excitement.
