"Luke, did you hear? someone actually managed to clear the Wolf King's dungeon, its mad bro, so whatchu doing in the game now?"
"Hmmm oh did they now? interesting, ah well I'm training with someone"
'Guess I'll not tell him about that anytime soon...'
Luke proceeded to explain how he met Blade and started training and how they had this mysterious master.
"Well anyway, I'll introduce you to him, send me a party request once you're in-game, don't worry he's pretty chill."
"Hmmmhh alright "
// // //
[Party request from NotYourTypicalMage. Y/N]
He had a sudden urge to press N seeing the username.
Right outside the mercenary guild was a young boy kneeling down, holding back one of his hands.
'Nate's your friend, Luke, as cringy as his name is you have to accept him' Night told himself before finally pressing Y.
"Hey bro, wassup? hollup I'm coming to you, I'm not too far, stay put " Nate said through the party voice chat.
"Oh, you reached level 30? not bad then we can go straight to the dojo"Night replied
Once he saw Nate, the two of them set off to the dojo.
"Senior Blade this is my friend" Night slightly bowed as he gestured for Nate to introduce himself.
"Namas-" before Nate could finish that sentence Night nudged him with his elbow.
"Ahem, greetings senior Blade, I am NotYour-" nudged by Night again this time slightly harder than before.
"owww, I am Nate, a friend of Nights." Nate finally said while covering his side just in case Night decided to elbow him again.
"Hahaha, why are you being so formal, a friend of Night is a friend of mine." Blade greeted before continuing, "hmm there isn't much for you to do here, OOO I know, you can use the meditation room, I was just going to get Night familiarized with the process and since you're a mage, it should prove to be useful for you as well."

Both of them nodded without asking any questions and followed Blade.
Nate would finally get to see how Night was in-game and figure out what made him so different, so he was excited.
Blade explained that the room they currently were in was used for meditation but both Nate and Night found it hard to believe when they saw the room, it had dents and scratch marks on the ceiling and all around the wall, it looked like a cave where a beast was caged. In the middle, there was place for sitting down and meditating.
"Hah, I know what you must be thinking, if it's a room for meditating then why were there such marks? let's just say it was our ancestor's attempts to try and damage the wall with just their weapon aura," he said while pointing to Night.
"Well anyway, off you both go, the door will open only after 12 hours so stay put till then" Blade closed the door while grinning.
"Wait senior, Night what th-" Nate stopped as he saw Night already meditating, his aura oozing out.
He then quietly went and sat beside his friend, he couldn't give up that easily.
He wasn't one to back down from a challenge, regardless of whether Night saw him as a challenge or not. Nate wanted to test his own limits.

"You're here Noel, are you perhaps here to talk to me again? pfft Noel, I won't stop until I'm dead, so if you're here to convince me then just go back, besides even if you're to kill me, the question is, can you?" a man leaned forward from the throne he was seated on, sunlight gently falling on his face, he had red eyes and a chiseled face with a few hair strands falling over his eyes, horns coming out from his forehead.

He stood up and walked down the steps, slowly revealing his constantly changing body, red scales covering his abs slowly disappearing and appearing each second.
Noel looked at the man stepping down slowly, "Jon, you..."
"Well, ...can you?" Jon questioned as he stood right in front of Noel, his red eyes very slightly glowing, the scales now slowly forming and not disappearing.
"Tch, same old, same old, "Jon said."You were the best of us Noel, the 'Void Style', that you inherited, if only it didn't choose a coward like you? what would the others say if they saw you now. If I told Krul this what would he say."Jon continued as he walked past Noel and stood near the entrance of the room.
"Let's find out now, shall we? "Noel said.
"Wha-"
"Void Style- Aether's Recreation"
"Aeth-"Jon choked and fell as Noel appeared next to him.
"Just kidding haha, wouldn't do that to my dear friend, or rather even if I wanted to I couldn't right?" Noel stood above Jon, he then lightly slapped Jon's cheek but just before he left he said, "oh my- how could I forget, here's your gift", he threw something at Jon before vanishing.
As the round object rolled in front of Jon, he finally recognized what it was.
It was their senior's head.....
.....it was Krul's head.
