CHAPTER 73

Lisa's mother was still in a daze as she stared at the complimentary card. 'My daughter was with him all along! Glorious God!'

"Mum, what is wrong? Did uncle give you the wrong number?" Lisa's mother could clearly see the concern written all over her daughter's face and when she did not respond, little Lisa's facial expression dropped.

This was because the little girl really enjoyed her time with the couple and would be sad if she couldn't meet them again.

"No sweetie. That uncle just now is Xander Warner. The owner of Warner Corporations."

Her words were a bit too much for the kid and she looked confused. DSo her mother decided to break it down further. "You know Warner's Park?"

"The very expensive one that you said we couldn't afford?"

"Yes. That one. His company owns it."

"If uncle owns it, does that mean I can go in the future?" Her eyes were now filled with expectation and newfound hope at the news.

"I suppose so. We would have to ask your uncle later then."

"Yipee!"

"Hahhaa, let's go home now. You must be tired already."

"Okay, mum."

And soon as they left the mother and daughter duo, Xander just could not stop himself from smiling every now and then and that had gotten Jade worried.

"Hey, what is wrong?"

"Nothing."

"Why have you been smiling since we left there?"

"If I told you, you would not be able to stop blushing," Xander replied her truthfully. He did not need someone to let him know how she would react.

They had a fun day but little Lisa's warning was the best.

"Try me. I want to know too."

"If I do and you blush, I won't be able to resist not kissing you."

"Shameless naughty CEO." A small smile graced her lips and she smacked his arm playfully. "Tell me."

"Do not blame me for being naughty."

"Whatever. I'll take my chances."

"Fine then. She said…"

By the time he told her everything himself and little Lisa discussed, Jade was flushed red. Being the sly mischievous, naughty CEO, that he was, Xander leaned down and whispered lovingly into her ears. "You are flushed, my tigress."

"No, I'm not," Jade argued with him, she wasn't going to let him have his way just like that even though she knew she loved it when he kissed her.

"Yes you are and the more you deny it, the more you are making me want to kiss you and make you blush harder."

"Get away, Xander." She tried pushing him away but he caught her hands and then turned her around before crossing it in front of her in an X shape, caging her body close to him.

"I told you not to blame me if I became naughty."

"Well, I do not recall telling you to be naughty."

"Tsk, your lips say one thing but your eyes say another. I better get the one that is lying."

"And which would that be?" Instead of answering her, Xander thought to show it to her directly. Before Jade knew what was going on, he spun her around again then pulled her close to him with her face now within inches and ready for some action.

Jade blinked and that was all her mind could register before he crashed his lips on hers, kissing her with all that he had in him.

He kissed her for some seconds but Jade did not return his kiss. She rather stood there like she was not enthusiastic about anything but when his devilish hands snaked past her waist and came to land on her firm ass, squeezing each butt cheek a bit hard, she parted her lips and let out a soft moan.

Xander took the opportunity to slide into her mouth while she allowed herself for the takeover that was about to happen and melted into his kiss.

Xander felt his inner beast leap up for joy the moment their tongues collided and he just knew that she was the one. The only one that could tame the monster in him and make him go wild as well.

His hands moved up from her butt and travelled up her body to her face and shoulders.

More than anything he wanted to become one with this woman and unify their hearts, mind and soul. To be able to breathe in what she breathed and hum the sweet melody of her moans.

Yes, Jade was making him go crazy and crazy he went. He sniffed in, taking into his nostrils her sweet smell and all she was.

Her scent was enough to drive him insane and he felt himself harden at the thought of having her.

Jade could feel his length poke at her stomach, causing her to smile into their kiss and tentatively pull away to warn the naughty CEO to tame his small dragon.

It was also an indication that they needed to stop with what they were doing but knowing Xander, he just wouldn't want to.

Luckily for her, they were outside and that alone was reason enough to break apart before he ate her up there and then.

"Tame your little dragon," Jade cautioned him, letting her gaze drop to his mouth to further explain what she meant.

Xander let out a soft chuckle at her term for his hard member before smiling his reply to her. "Tame him yourself. He would answer to you. Mind you, he is a dragon alright but not as little as you think he is."

"Well, I am not taming him so good luck with your mighty dragon." She made to go but Xander tightened his grip on her waist and pulled her closer to him.

The moment their skins collided and Jade's hip pressed against his, he let out a grunt at the feel of their skin pressed against each other and moved his head down, closer to her ear.

"If you do not stop moving, I do not know what I would do to you." At his words, she felt him twitch in his trousers and her blush reddened.

'Yikes!'

"You like to tease me, huh?" He blew his warm breath on her ears, making her squirm in his arms and clutch her thighs close together. "Good, now we are even."

He let her go before pulling on her hand and heading straight for his car.

It was a splendid, naughty, arousing filled day for both of them and their attraction was getting much stronger. It was only a matter of time now and it would snap.

They both felt it, they wanted each other and they could barely do without the other. Unlike Xander, Jade still tried to hide her feelings and keep it tucked in but Xander did not.

He was like an open book before her and although it scared him, he was willing and ready to take this risk.

Meanwhile, Macy did her best to avoid meeting up with Sky and did all she needed to do on her own. It was what was best and she was still trying to move on.

On the other hand, she wasn't completely alone and Jay did quite a good job of keeping her company and tending to her needs.

He was her pillar all through her recovery from her heartbreak and she tried her est being the friend that he deserved.

It was on a Friday and it had been weeks since her and Sky's incident happened. She wanted to go and have fun and called Jay to go with her.

He picked one of the best parties in town and they graced there with their presence.

Unlike the party she attended where the club was separated into different floors, this one had just two floors.

The first which was darker with several neon lights dangling and making the whole floor look like the high-class party type, was the spot for the small sharks while the second floor was for the big sharks.

It was darker than the first and livelier than the first. This was a surprise for Jade as she expected it to be less lively.

"You surprised?" Jay asked her after noticing how she looked around the place. "I know, it is bubbling."

"Sure, I just did not expect it."

"Well, this club is owned by one of our own, Jenny's family and trust girls, they sure know how to run things."

"Seriously? Jenny's family owns it?" She knew she looked stupid right then but she did not care. Never would she have expected for this club to be owned by Jenny's family.

Speaking of Jenny, she had not seen her since they returned from their trip. For all she knew or could guess, she was with Sky enjoying and fucking her brains out for her to bother with the likes of her.

"Why did you bring me here?"

"I think you needed to bond with her. It would further help you with your recovery. You shouldn't run from it like you are doing. You are avoiding your problems."

"No, I'm not."

"Yes, you are."
