After seeing the picture, Travis clenched and unclenched his fists. His eyes were bloodshot and he looked like he was about to murder someone. He couldn't blame his wife from falling into such petty trap. The man on the picture really looked so much like him after the make up and the mess that was made.

Plus, she wasn't able to contact them, her anxiety was just raised up and she was being paranoid as well. The picture was the final blow that shattered her into pieces.

Riley was also sent to another room to get her small wounds treated. After seeing the picture, himself, Shein went to find his girlfriend to see how she was doing. Travis was pacing outside the emergency room. "What are you planning to do now?" Lucian asked.

Travis was just about to answer when Dr. Alison and the obstetrician came out with a paper on her hand. A foreboding news made him sweat coldly. It was the same thing as what happened when Jillyanna was just a month old pregnant.

"You know what this means, right?" Jillyanna's OB questioned since she was the one who handed the same form to him last time.

Alex and Jenny looked at him solemnly. It was the most difficult decision that he will do once again in his life. Lucian was sitting on the bench beside him, his eyes closed and weary.

"Just do what you think is right. Something that will never regret in life. No matte what happens, no one will blame you." Lucian stated which brought back some memories that Travis tucked away in his mind.

"No matter what happens, you must choose to save the child." It was what she said. "I will hate you for the rest of my life if you will choose me over our baby." If it was few months ago, Travis would, without a doubt, save Jillyanna over their baby's life. But now, their baby just needed one more month to fully develop and he didn't want to be selfish.

A tear dropped on the paper as he chose his son over Jillyanna. His signature was messy but was still legible to read. "Don't worry Mr. Madrigal, we will still try our best to save both your wife and the child." The OB left first leaving Dr. Alison behind.

"I received an information that one of the renowned surgeons will come to operate Jilllyanna after the cesarean section. The heart donor had been secured so we can perform the operation as soon as he arrived. Let's just hope and pray that it will be successful."

Alex slumped on his seat with Jenny supporting him. He wanted to hate Travis for choosing his son over his wife but he didn't have the right to do so. Jillyanna must have known that Travis will decided this matter this way. Still, it was painful that they would bid goodbye to Jillyanna.

"Uncle, don't be so depressed about it. The doctors will still do their best to save sister Yanna and baby Raizel. Let us just pray for their successful operation." Jenny tried comforting the old man. After some unknown time, Thomas also arrived with Gabriel. His hair was disheveled and he was even wearing a mismatched set of slippers.

"Son, how's Jillyanna?" he asked immediately even though he was till few meters away from him.

Travis raised his head and he didn't bother with his look anymore. His dried-up tears on his face made him look even messier than his father. "Dad, my wife and my child..they…"

"Shh..Shh.." Thomas patter his back to comfort him. "Everything will be alright. Don't worry. They will be fine." As Thomas comforted his son, Dr. Sweden arrived in hurried steps and he didn't bother looking at them. They were told before that the operation would be a 50-50 chance but, Jillyanna and Travis was willing to take that gamble.

Dr. Alison was expecting the man to come so she immediately led him to the room where Jillyanna was. They were busy rescuing the baby and maintaining the stability of her vital sign when the two doctors arrived.

On a different hospital bed, Lyla closed her eyes and listened to the sound on the operation not far from her. She was determined to change her life and achieve her revenge. She didn't know if she was doing the right thing and it wasn't even a hundred percent sure that the operation will be successful.

All she wanted to do was to escape from the humiliation in a way of dying, loving Travis by giving Jillyanna her heart, and for Jillyanna to owe her the second life she gave. To some people, it was rather shameless of her to do but to her, it was the only way she can achieve everything that she wanted in life. So, what if she dies? As long as her heart was alive in someone else's body, she can still be considered living. That was her belief.

"Are you really sure about this?" Dr. Alison asked Lyla on the side.

"I am more than certain to do this. Just help me give her the letter afterwards." Lyla stated with a smile. She could hear the loud beat of her heart and it was the first time, after so many years, that she felt so much alive and was beaming with energy.

After an hour, the baby was finally rescued and was sent to another room to have him incubated. It was the only way to save him and helped the child fully developed. Alex, Jenny and Thomas followed the nurse who cleaned the baby and placed him on the small bed together with other children who was also born prematurely.

After making sure that the baby was alright, the nurse went back to Travis and asked for the baby's name. "I wish and pray that your wife will overcome this obstacle, Mr. Madrigal. As for the baby, he was very healthy and, though premature, we can all see that the mother was well taken cared off."

Travis gave her back the form that he filled in and smiled faintly. He was thankful that their baby was healthy but he was still worried for Jillyanna.

The nurse left to encode the information of the baby and not long after she left, one of the attending nurses for the cardiac operation went out in a hurry. Jillyanna was losing more blood!
