As the saying goes, happiness doesn't last for long. Right after the activity ended, Jillyanna was sent back to the hospital immediately. She had a relapsed and was having a hard time breathing. She wasn't even doing anything tiring but her condition was getting worse.

"Is big sister going to be alright?" Jade asked Atty. Lewis while they were cleaning the activity hall. The children were sad for Jillyanna after they witnessed her pale face and complicated expression.

"She will be alright." Atty. Lewis answered softly. "Come with me, let's pack your things."

"Pack my things? Why?" the little girl didn't know what was happening but she still followed Atty. Lewis back to the children's room.

"There is a surprise for you tomorrow."

During the activity earlier, Jillyanna and Travis talked to him about the adoption process. Since they knew each other and he knew that they will take care of her, Atty. Lewis didn't hesitate to help them process everything. He already contacted someone from the Social Services Department to give approval with the adoption papers. The documents will be sent tomorrow morning.

Jillyanna was grumpy from the relapse. "I can't believe this! I didn't even do anything and I just had a relapse."

Travis rubbed her arms to calm her down. "Your condition is different from those with other heart disease. While some got it later part of their life, yours was from the time you were born."

"I know that. I just don't like it when I break a promise. Remember, we have to take Jade home tomorrow. How will I do that? Will you allow me to go out? I am sure you won't. You are acting like a strict doctor to me."

"Weren't you doing the same to me when I was the patient? You took care of me like a caregiver, reminded me strictly like a doctor and of course, it was because your love for me. I am just doing the same to you."

"But..but…when you were the patient, I brought you to different places. We went out a lot. So.."

"Your situation is different to my situation back then. We went out so that I can get my same familiar to the city again."

"Won't you really allow me to go out?" she asked with dubious expression.

"Dr. Alison said that it wasn't very serious. However, I will still be the rule between us for the meantime." He held on to her chin and tilted her face so that she can meet his eyes. "I will take you with me tomorrow to pick up Jade but, you will stay in the car until I get back."

"Sure." Jillyanna grinned happily.

Travis narrowed his eyes at her and shook his head. "I know you are not really agreeing with me. Looking at your face, I am pretty sure that you will just come out of the car stubbornly."

"I promise, I won't. This time, I will really be obedient." Travis was satisfied with her answer so he didn't make things difficult for her. He led her inside the shower room and bath her so that she can finally rest the night.

Morning came and not only Jillyanna, but Riley was so excited when she heard about Jade yesterday. They were supposed to hand out the invitation cards but she begged Jackie to let her off for once. In the end, Jackie, Shein and Diego was tasked to send the invitations out. Riley came with Savannah to the hospital so that she can tag along to the orphanage.

"You know, you can always wait at home and prepare snacks for her." Jillyanna told Riley who was currently sitting on the couch to wait for them.

"I don't want to wait at home." Riley grumbled with her arms crossed on her chest.

"Alright. I don't mind anyway." Jilyanna turned to Savy and talked to her about the room. "Did you ask Auntie Fei and Auntie Sisi to clean the other room?"

"About that…Hawk and I already left the house. We decided to stay in the hacienda while we don't have any mission. The room we used in your house was bigger so we did a little renovation and we will let Jade use that instead."

"I see. By the way, don't you have plans to buy your own lot and build a house? If I remember correctly, there was a space near my place that was being up for sale." Jillyanna commented making Travis cough profusely. "Are you okay?" Jillyanna asked him immediately.

When she was facing her husband, she didn't see the secretive smiles between Riley and Savannah. They couldn't help but stifle their giggles due to the reaction from Travis. There was a big secret known to everyone except Jillyanna. She was the only one who knows nothing.

After taking their breakfast, they set off immediately towards the orphanage. Savannah was driving a separate car with Riley coming along with her. Hawk was driving another car with Travis and Jillyanna with him.

When they arrived at the place, only Riley and Travis went out of the car to pick Jade from the orphanage.

"Little Jade, are you really leaving this place?" one of the kids asked her while they helped the little girl carry her two little bags.

"Hn. I found a baby brother and I will come to him to take care of him." Jade answered innocently.

"Will you come back here sometimes?"

"I don't know. I will ask the big sister and the big brother if I can come back here sometimes."

"Oh. Don't forget us, okay?" the kids followed her until the office of Atty. Lewis. "Take care of yourself little Jade."

"Thank you." Jade reached out her hands to get her bags and watched the other kids left to play. She turned around and knocked on the door of the office. "Good morning grandpa." Jade greeted Atty. Lewis. In the orphanage, the children called him grandpa while the staff called him uncle.

"Good moring, Jade. Come and sit over here."

Jade followed obediently and sat on the couch. "Grandpa, the other kids said that I am being adopted. Am I really going to have parents?"

Atty. Lewis came to her side and rubbed her head gently. "If you want to get a baby brother, you will need parents. Don't you want it?"

"You mean, the big sister and big brother yesterday will become my parents?" Jade asked hesitantly since that was never mentioned to her. They just told her that she would get a baby brother. She didn't know that she will get parents as well.

Atty. Lewis was just about to answer her when Jiya came knocking on his door. Following behind her were Travis and Riley. "You are finally here." Atty. Lewis stated. "Have a seat."

They talked about the adoption matters and the things that they might want to change. "These are just the papers with the Social Service Director's approval and signature." Atty. Lewis gave them a bunch of documents. "These one here, are documents that you needed to sign. You can also place the changes you want to make like her name. I can also change her birthday for you."

"Do we have to sign this right now?" Travis asked since Jillyanna was outside the orphanage.
