Chasing After My Wife Chapter 426

The whole day passed peacefully and Valkyrie didn't find anything weird about the delivery guy as well. When he came back, Jillyanna told him that there wasn't anything to worry about.
Around midnight, inside Jillyanna's house, Jackie was tying her hair in a high ponytail. She dressed herself in a black stretchable leggings and a black tube. She was wearing gloves to avoid leaving any finger prints that could gave her away. She covered the lower half of her face with a face mask and pick up a small bottle from her bedside drawer.
Riley came knocking at her door with the same get up as her. It was their choice of clothes whenever they went to assassinate someone without Jillyanna's knowledge.
"Are you ready?" Riley asked her with bright and clear eyes.
"Let's go.'" Jackie walked out of her room and slid into the shadows and dark places. Other people were already asleep while the two of them sneaked out of the place.
Shein was inside his own room monitoring the two of them to make sure that they can go out with out any problem and to erase any traces of them.
As the two of them went out of the house, Jackie noticed a car hidden in a thick foliage of bushes. If it wasn't for the mirror reflecting the light of the moon, she wouldn't notice it all.
"Wait here." Jackie whispered and made a round to see who was observing them from afar. 'Huh? There's no one?' she thought to herself while looking at the car carefully.
"What are you doing in the middle of the night, darling?" a mocking and lewd voice spoke right beside her ear.
Jackie stiffened and didn't dare to move at all. She could feel the cold nuzzle of a gun pointed behind her head.

"I thought I found a comrade. I am checking out the Madrigal's home." Jackie lied in order to get herself out of the situation.
"Who sent you? Jillyanna is my target so don't touch - ugh!" He couldn't finish what he said since Riley came and strike him from behind.
"Let's drive that car and leave him somewhere." Jackie suggested. The two of them dragged the man and tied him before throwing him inside the car.
"Let me drive." Riley volunteered and opened the car door to the driver seat. Jackie didn't argue with her.
She climbed inside the car and check the man whom they met. "Lucky!" Jackie uttered happily. "I was wondering where I could find you but you came to deliver yourself to hell."
"Who is that?" Riley asked, maneuvering the car out from the bushes.
"Someone escaped from the jail and we are going there to settle things."
"What about Jillyanna? What if she knows that we are out doing this again? You know, she tried so hard to give us a normal life. She doesn't us do this again."
"A normal life for me is when Jillyanna is alive. What will you do if this person causes her death?"
Riley couldn't find anything to retort that question. She also didn't want Jillyanna to die but she didn't want to take more lives than she already had in the past.
Jackie could sense her twin's hesitation and she couldn't blame her. She gave something to the man without batting an eyelid before facing her sister once again.
"You don't need to kill anyone. You just have to wait for me and keep watch of my surroundings. Distract anyone who might come to me but don't take their lives."

"Okay." Riley answered almost a whisper to her ears.
Jackie felt a little guilty for bringing along her sister who wanted to change her life. She never wanted this to happen but she couldn't leave someone out there, trying to target Jillyanna and kill her.
They passed through a dark alley with less crowd. Not waiting for another second, she threw the man she captured - poisoned to death already.
She didn't know the name of the person she caught but she knew it was the eldest of the Summer family. He was the one who killed Jillyanna's mother. 'How dare you escape!' Jackie sneered with cold eyes. 'No one can take her life. Over my dead body!'
Riley continued to drive the car, leaving a huge commotion behind. She drove all the way to the foot of the mountain where the regional city jail was found.
"Don't get inside the parameter. Just lure them somewhere so I can infiltrate the place. I heard from Vincent that they tightened the security after I sneaked in last time." she informed Riley about her plan and their escape route and the time they should meet. "I'm off now. See you in an hour."
Shein was also listening to their conversation through their earpiece. It was his only way to communicate and to tell them which place to take and not to take.
"Shein, are you ready?" Jackie asked him, he who was looking at them through his computer screens.
The vicinity got so many added cameras and Shein will have a lot of work to do but he couldn't care less about it. His mission was to erase their traces and helped them escape. That's what Jillyanna told him before they left to go back to the hospital. She knew that Jackie will make a move, so someone needed to check thru backend to make sure that they will be home safe.
"I'm ready whenever you are." Shein firmly nodded his head and started working his fingers. They were like butterfly wings fluttering over his keyboard, shutting down several cameras at the same time.
Still remembering her last route when she first infiltrated the system, Jackie jumped over the wall and landed on the same lettuce plot like before. She didn't have any idea that her previous items were buried right beneath her feet.
"It's payback time." Jackie murmured as she ran through hallways and corridors, looking for the entrance to the cells.

To Blunt The Sharpest Claw
The Velvet Paw of Asquith Novels are a series of New Fable genre novels that involve cats and dogs and high adventure and romance and espionage and food-fights and hotels and explosions and car chases. With large casts, exotic locations and an absurdity only possible in the absence of human characters, the Velvet Paw of Asquith Novels blend Wind in the Willows with James Bond, though with more cafes and fewer badgers. This submission is the third title in its Morigan Trilogy, beginning two-thirds of the way through the series' longest adventure yet. Here's a quick recount of what's happened so far: When Oscar Teabag-Dooven, a Velvet Paw of Asquith, is ordered to investigate how a mysterious poet, the Ar'dath-Irr, is able to travel instantaneously around the world, two very bad things happen. Firstly, he meets Lydia, an insane librarian who punches everyone in the face, and secondly, the Ar'dath-Irr reveals he is intent on taking over the world. Although this second thing might be considered worse than the first, Oscar feels differently following Lydia’s destruction of a cafe, a library and his face in one afternoon. In comparison, thwarting world domination just seems easier. Along with Binklemitre, a fellow Velvet Paw of Asquith, and Lydia, Oscar infiltrates the Ar’dath-Irr’s realm of dark poetry to discover the dog not only intends wrenching the world apart but has no intention of cleaning up afterwards. As a result, Oscar decides it’s all too hard and goes home to have a bath. After lots of arguing and the sort of food fight that posh restaurants were invented for, Lydia and Binklemitre convince him that they must stop the Ar’dath-Irr for several reasons, one of them quite serious. A vibrant cast of characters collide as Oscar, Lydia and Binklemitre battle the Ar’dath-Irr and his disciples in an adventure involving exploding cafés and appalling hotels, car chases and inadvertent surgery, dreadful poetry, lots of arguments and at least one temper-tantrum, all of which draw the three into dark and convoluted corners of a world they weren’t aware existed. Moreover, any chance of sitting down and discussing things over some buns disappears when Lydia punches the Ar’dath-Irr in the face. This results in her having a psychotic episode and Oscar getting run over by an ambulance. Although Binklemitre suffers neither, he witnesses both, which is almost as dreadful, though not nearly so messy. An enormous battle ensues, followed by a dinner party and then everything explodes.
