When Jillyanna woke up, it was already past noon and she saw a lot of people with solemn faces inside the room.

"Thanks god you are awake now." It was Cielo who was sitting on a chair beside her bed. She was looking at Jillyanna in worry but there was a faint smile on her lips.

Jillyanna didn't speak to anyone. She closed her eyes again and turned her back on them, crying her heart out silently.

Her trembling shoulders, her constant sniffing and hiccups made everyone felt a pang in their chest.

Everything happened so fast. It was just three days ago that they were having so much fun talking about marriage and wedding. They were still happily taking their photos after their marriage got registered. In just a blink of an eye, everything was turned upside-down just because of a single action in the past. And to think, they were not at fault.

"Are there any urgent company matters?" Jillyanna asked after almost half and hour of silence.

"Nothing urgent." Savannah answered her. "Take a rest and we will face our battle tomorrow."

Jillyanna didn't speak again. She was still contemplating what to say. "Collate the number of employees that lost their job and include their job titles. We will conduct a job interview next week when Shein is back." she responded to Savannah after almost five minutes of keeping herself quiet.

"Sure. I'll inform the HR immediately." Savannah went out of the room and contacted someone from the company.

Diego and Wynwyn came over to see her and Travis, too after hearing the news from Cheska. Wynwyn held a press conference before noon and told the public about the accident. She also asked everyone to refrain from going after the young madam due to her pregnancy.

"I can only wish for miracle and let Travis wake up already." Wynwyn murmured and Diego nodded his head to agree with her.

Before checking on Jillyanna, they checked on Travis in the ICU first, though they can only watch him from the outside through the glass window. Many tubes and monitors were attached to him and he looked ghastly pale.

Jillyanna moved on her bed and sat up straight while wiping her face with a tissue. "I am fine now. No need to worry about me. You can all go back to your work or at home and take a rest."

Thomas who had been silent the whole time approached her. "Jill, I know you want to do everything you can for my son but I am worried for you and the baby. How about we let someone else manage the company for now?" he suggested which Jillyanna refused almost immediately.

"No dad. I won't entrust his company to other people. As for J Entertainment, Diego and Wynwyn had been managing the company hand-in-hand with Travis for years. I don't have any doubts with them and I have seen the people there. As for Venus Plaza, it is a very large company and moles were living off of your hardwork. I can't let that happen again."

Thomas sighed helplessly and squeezed her hand gently. "If that's what you think is best, do that. Just make sure to properly rest and don't overwork." He then turned to Savannah who just came back from making a phone call. "Savy, starting today, all meetings and appointments should not go beyond 5 o'clock in the afternoon. Once it's half and hour before five, wrap up everything for the day."

"Yes uncle. I've been moving the meeting to earlier schedules." Savannah responded politely.

"I will leave for now." Thomas commented and walked out of the room with the body guards circling around him.

Sky and Alex were there too. "I am glad you are fine. How about I stay here with you?" Sky volunteered herself even though she knew Jillyanna would refuse her.

"Mom, I am fine. I was just shocked and afraid earlier. I won't be around here most of the time but I would greatly appreciate it if you can stay here to check on Travis from time-to-time for me."

"Hn. I'll come here during the day, everyday, to check on him. Don't worry. Your dad can stay at home and take care of the house." Sky responded with a smile.

"Isn't it wrong? Shouldn't the wife be staying at home?" Alex asked which earned him a pinch on his waist. "Ouch! I was just asking." he complained to his wife but his antics just made everyone relax, including Jillyanna.

"By the way..." she called out everyone's attention since she had noticed that they kept glancing over the twins. "These two ladies are my sisters. This is Riley." she introduced Riley first who was sitting on the couch near the window. "This is Jackie." she introduced Jackie who was leaning on the wall.

"When did you get yourself a twin sisters?" Cielo frowned and asked her.

"I found them when I was 16 years old. The first time I went abroad." Jillyanna responded to Cielo as she beckoned the twin with her finger to stand beside her bed. "You wanted to meet my family, right? So let me introduce my family to you. My real parents are gone as I have told you and these people are my family now." She started of with Cielo and included Travis' friends since they will be acquainted from now on. "The man who left earlier was Travis' father named Thomas."

"Wow! You know a lot of people." Riley pointed out with her eyes wide open in surprise. "You said about J Entertainment and Diego and Wynwyn earlier. Are they the same persons?" She was pointing at Diego and Wynwyn who was sitting on the couch.

"Yup. They are. You can apply in their company if you want." Jillyanna responded to her which delighted the young girl. "I'll show you some pictures for those that aren't here. Well, you know Winter already so I won't include her." She chose Brown first and Valkyrie.

"You must be very happy watching this two." Jackie commented since they knew how much Jillyanna liked to read BL mangas and BL anime.

"At first, it was fun. Now, they are fighting so I don't like it. Hopefully, they'll make up soon. This taller guy is Valkyrie and this one Brown." she skipped to other photos and found Jenny. "This one is my other sister named Jenny. She's still at school so you'll see her in the future." She skipped to another picture and found Gabriel.

"Wait! I knew this guy!" Riley exclaimed and worry started clouding her face. "If I am not mistaken, this is Gabriel Colton. A general or something."

"You knew Gabriel? How did you know him?" It was Savannah who was asking her now. "You are not having an affair with him, aren't you?"

"What?! You think I'm crazy! I will never like anyone from the military. I have..I have someone I like." Riley shouted and stuttered with a blush.

"We know." Jackie and Jillyanna replied to her at the same time. They both giggled since they knew who the person she likes.

"Anyway, I know that general because someone looked into your military records and whatsoever you call that. He is probably in Pantar now."

'Boom!' she dropped the bomb.
