In a big mansion stood six teenagers around the age of 13 in front of a lady that was dressed in a black dress and had her hair tied in a ponytail. Her hair was black and she looked very pretty. On her left side stood a man, an old man around his 30s. He was wearing a butler’s uniform but there was something off about him, he had a glow in his eyes, a dangerous glow.

“ From today on you will not have names you will only have numbers you’ll be called from 1 to 6. You will be trained to be killers, to be assassins. The weak shall die and strong shall live, that’s the rule here. Mr. Erikson is the butler and also the trainer that will train you to be assassins, he will train you to handle the weapons you choose. You can call me Lady Lilly and I will be your boss. You will report to me and you will obey me and you won’t ask questions about anything, about who we serve or about the purpose of the missions you’ll take, you'll just follow the orders, understood?”

The kids were still confused but their instinct said that they should nod in approval. They were mostly homeless children and in the past six hours this woman came to them and offered them a job where they can have warm food and a place to stay, but the downside to the job is that they need to commit to it for the rest of their life. They accepted it without hesitation because they don’t have a life, they were homeless on the street and they don’t know if they can find food to eat. So they took the job and now this lady tells them that they are now a part of a weird organization and they have to be killers and assassins. It was very confusing to them.

Seeing them nod in approval Lilly turned to Mr. Erikson: “ I will leave them to you. I want you to determine which weapon is the best for them and start the training immediately and use the training technique I gave you. It will give them better bodies than normal humans.”

Mr. Erikson bowed: “ as you wish my lady”

Lily then walked away to sit in her office She started thinking about the plans Adrius gave her and how she will achieve them, but she thought it would be much quicker to achieve it because Mr. Erikson is helping her. She didn’t know who he was until she met with Hadith to get the house he said that he bought Mr. Erikson by the order of Adrius and he is a trained assassin that was captured and enslaved. He will be the new Butler and he will train the kids. Hadith also gave her the knight technique of the Lykos family so she can train the kids in it. Making them stronger and more powerful than the normal humans, thus making the assassinations more successful.

Lilly sighed, this was a lot of work, she doesn’t know if she can achieve all of this without any help. She has to take over the underground city and this will be very hard especially since she’s only one person, she needs more followers but first she needs to train these kids to be trusted assassin‘s then enlarge the organization.

Her next month will be very soon. There was a dance happening at the Lord’s palace and in that dance she can approach Veronica. It will be very hard to do but through her years as a guard she has learned to act she has learned to wear a mask to cover her true emotions to make people like her more.

While she was reading a document about finance and how she will achieve her goals her eyes drifted to the back of her right hand and she saw the thing that gave her nightmares every day she saw the serpent with it’s red eyes watching her. From the day she got it until this moment the fear inside her grew only bigger and scarier, the person who gave her this tattoo was not a normal human it was a magus a really really evil magus. She has dreamed every day of her waking up and the serpent crawling and biting her neck, killing her in the process.

Then the picture of the man that gave her the tattoo popped in her head with his dark ropes and he’s evil smile. She started shivering just thinking about the things he does in his room and the screams she heard every night when she was guarding him outside of his room, screams that made her shiver in fear. Screams of a tortured soul, she was not like Hadith. Hadith was the captain of the guards in the house they were serving at and he has done a lot of horrible things for the family. But she was only a minor character in the guards and she didn’t do a lot of things; she only hunted beasts and guards and the family.

Inside the airship Adrius was sitting in a chair reading a book about history. It has been three days since they departed from Firebird city. It was two days until they got to the Raven academy and Adrius was kind of nervous. He didn’t know what was happening at the raven academy. Did Sophie twist the reality and tell everyone that he was the one that escaped and she escaped by chance or he sold her to Oliver so he can escape but then Oliver turned on him and she got the chance to escape and did that.

Adrius was not afraid of his reputation getting destroyed; he had already destroyed it. Already no one wanted to deal with him; he was a maniac. That was his reputation but if a student betrays another student in a mission then they will be heavily punished by the order hall and Adrius don’t want to do that because the order hall already hates him so if such rumors started to spread around the academy then they will investigate him and maybe even plant evidence against him. Sophie was a part of the Gaius family, one of the three most powerful families in the Academy so it will be very easy for them to buy the order hall thus making Adrius’ effort to clear his name worthless.

If he wasn’t controlling himself and he wasn’t controlling himself to think logically then he would’ve killed Sophie without even hesitation by the sight of her but after her betrayal to him he has decided to think logically just until he has enough power to do he’s things without being stopped. He was very weak right now a magys can kill him with a blink of an eye so he can’t just go around killing people or flaying them. And expect nobody to stop him maybe a dark magus won’t do it because it will not harm them but the light magus will definitely hunt him until he dies or they will do worse they will catch him and torture him until he dies then they will capture his soul and torture it too. So he has decided to keep his maniac levels at the low for now until he has enough power and the everything he does is for power so if that means he has to change, he will change, he will do it without hesitation. Only power is eternal, not morals, not personality only power!
